        소외계층 영재의 영재교육 서비스 만족도 및 자아효능감

        본 연구는 소외계층 영재에게 제공된 영재교육 서비스가 어떤 만족한 결과를 가져오는지 그리고 이같은 만족도와 자아효능감에 어떤 관계가 있는지를 알아보기 위한 것으로써 대학 영재교육원에 다니는 소외계층의 유아 및 초등 저학년 173명을 대상으로 실시되었다. 연구 결과 영재교육 프로그램이 소외영재에게 서비스 만족도를 크게 향상 시켰으며(16.7% 향상), 유아(19.6%)가 초등생(4.3%) 보다 더 크게 향상되었다. 또한 서비스 만족도와 자아효능감간에는 높은 정적 상관관계(r=.480)를 나타내고 있으며, 유아(r=.540)가 초등생(r=.358)보다 더 높은 관계를 나타냈다. 이같은 결과는 영재교육 서비스가 소외계층 영재의 자아효능감도 높일 수 있다는 의미를 나타낸다. The purpose of this study was to investigate in what ways gifted education programs were beneficial to economically disadvantaged gifted students, and analyzes the relationship between these student’s satisfaction in gifted programs and their sense of self-efficacy. The subjects of this study were 173 economically disadvantaged gifted preschoolers and elementary school students in lower grades, enrolled in gifted education center attached in a university. The results indicated that student satisfaction increased in the disadvantaged gifted students who had access to gifted programs (16.7%). In this case, the preschoolers showed a steeper increase in their satisfaction (19.6%) than that of the elementary school students (4.3%). Also, there was a significant positive correlation between student satisfaction and self-efficacy (r=.480), which was manifested more clearly in the preschoolers (r=.540) than in the elementary school students (r=.358). These results suggest that gifted programs are expected to promote self-efficacy within economically disadvantaged gifted students.

        Purpose: To evaluate the effects of blood culture’s clinical practice guideline on nurse’s knowledge, cognition, practice and false positive rates. Methods: Research instrument was developed to assess knowledge, cognition, practice of nurses regarding blood culture by investigators. It consists of 26 questions and verified validity. One hundred-two nurses participated in this study. A descriptive analysis was conducted to determine the subject’s characteristics and t-test, and Pearson’s correlation were conducted to evaluate the effects of guideline using SPSS 21.0. Results: After educating this guideline, nurse’s knowledge, cognition and practice of nurse significantly improved before education. The relations of correlation among knowledge and cognition, practice and knowledge, practice and cognition were statistically significant. In addition, although it was not statistically significant, false positive rate was decreased (pre-education 1.5%, post education 1%). Conclusion: The clinical practice guideline of blood culture may improve the nurse’s knowledge and nursing practice to decrease false positive rate in this study. The result of this research would provide the evidence-base practice in nursing as well as decline medical cost.
