유치원 3세대 하모니 교육정책에 대한 학급교사의 인식 탐구

본 연구는 유치원 3세대 하모니 교육정책에 대한 학급교사의 인식을 탐구해보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 3세대 하모니 자원봉사자와 함께 생활하는 교사 9명을 대상으로 면담을 실시하였으며, 면담내용을 중심으로 3세대 하모니 자원봉사자가 유아교육현장에 주는 의미를 도출하기 위하여 분류체계분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사들은 3세대 하모니 자원봉사자는 노인의 사회활동, 교실 내·외 청결 유지 지킴이, 유아돌봄이, 보조교사 등의 측면에서 효과적이었다고 밝혔다. 둘째, 교사들은 또 다른 상사, 한 교실 두 교사, 업무부담 증가, 유아에 대한 지나친 허용 측면에서는 어려움을 겪고 있다고 토로하였다. 셋째, 교사들은 3세대 하모니 자원봉사자의 배치율 확대, 연령층 하향, 사전 연수, 공통의 이해 측면에서 개선해 나가야 한다고 주장하였다. 논의에서 우리나라 3세대 하모니 교육정책에 대한 개선점을 탐색하고 제언하였다. This study purposed to examine classroom teachers` perception of the 3-generation harmony education policy in kindergarten. For this purpose, we interviewed 9 teachers living tougher with volunteers for 3-generation harmony. Using the data collected from the interviews, the taxonomic analysis was conducted to extract the implications of 3-generation harmony volunteers for early childhood education. The results of this study were as follows. First, the teachers replied that 3-generation harmony volunteers were effective in elders` social activities, clean internal and external environment of classroom, child caring, and teaching assistance. Second, the teachers mentioned difficulties such as having another supervisor, two teachers in a classroom, increased work load, and excessive permission to young children. Third, the teachers suggested improvements such as the expansion of the deployment of 3-generation harmony volunteers, the lowering of target age, preliminary training, and common understanding. In conclusion, this study explored what to be improved in the 3-generation harmony education policy in Korea and made suggestions.

This study aims at analyzing the relations among children's affectiveness perspective taking ability, creativity, sociality, casuality, self control ability. The subjects for this study were 160 early children sampled from 4 kindergarten in Busan. The conclusions derived from the result of this study are as follows: First, creativity does not affect sociality of a child. Second, creativity affects physical casuality of a child. Thus, a child with high creativity has higher physical casuality than a child with low creativity. Third, creativity affects affective perspective-taking ability in part. In this case, the fact that this child is the observer or the person itself makes more difference than the simplicity of the environment. Forth, A child who has high total score of creativity in the emotion of pleasure and sadness has low affective perspective-taking ability, and a child who has low total score of creativity in the emotion of anger has lower affective perspective-taking ability than others. However, fear does not affects affective perspective-taking ability. Fifth, creativity does not affect self- control ability of a child.
