초등학교 예비 여교사를 위한 리더십 프로그램 개발

이 연구에서는 교육대학교 여학생들을 대상으로 하여 초등학교 현장에서 필요한 여교사들을 위한 리더십 기술을 향상시킬 수 있는 리더십 프로그램을 개발하여 그 효과를 검증해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 초등학교 교사들을 대상으로 한 사전 요구분석을 시행하였으며 그 결과로 나타난 리더십 요인들을 기반으로 하여 프로그램 내용을 구성하였다. 프로그램의 실시 대상은 부산교육대학교 1학년 여학생 20명이었으며, 전체 프로그램은 10회기로 한 주에 한 회기 씩 약 3개월에 걸쳐 시행되었다. 프로그램의 목표는 자기이해와 자기존중감 향상을 통한 자기관리 기술, 그리고 집단에서의 의사소통, 의사결정 및 갈등해결을 통한 집단관리 기술의 향상이었다. 프로그램 실시 결과, 학생들의 자기존중감 및 리더십 기술이 의미있게 향상되었다. This study aims to implement and thus prove the effecvtiveness of leadership program for girl student of teacher`s college that was developed on the basis of need analysis of elementary school teachers. The leadership program comprised two steps. The step 1 was self management that was planned to help to cultivate the individual leadership by improving self esteem and communication skill. The step 2 was group management that was planned to help to build up the group leadership through the communication skill in the group and effective decision making. This program was applied to 20 girl students of teacher`s college and this program is consisted of 10 sessions. In order to test the effects of the program the self esteem and leadership skill test was executed. The results of this study showed that the self esteem of the students was significantly increased and the leadership skill was increased very significantly.

반성적 교육실습을 통한 예비교사의 교사 효능감 변화

본 연구의 목적은 반성적 교육실습 원리와 교사의 효능감 정보원을 통한 예비교사 효능감 변화를 탐색하는데 있다. 그 결과 구체적인 반성적 교육실습 원리 세 가지는 발문 기법, 실천적 지식의 구현, 포트폴리오 활용이고, 이를 통한 교사 효능감 변화는 수업과 생활지도 측면에서 살펴보았다. 발문기법과 실천적 지식 구현은 협력교사의 시범수업 및 동료예비교사의 수업을 통한 대리경험과 예비교사 본인의 수업에 대한 성공경험을 통해 효능감 변화모습을 고찰하였다. 예비교사들은 포트폴리오 활용을 통한 협력교사의 학생생활지도 모습을 보면서 대리경험을 하고, 학생생활지도 결과 그들의 행동변화 모습에서 보람을 가짐으로써 성공경험과 함께 효능감 변화를 체험하게 된다. The purpose of this study is to examine prospective school teachers` changes in teacher efficacy by applying Reflective Educational Practice Program and being informed of such efficacy from sources. For the purpose, this researcher used Reflective Educational Practice Program which is based on three, questioning methods, practice knowledge applications and portfolio utilization. With the program, the researcher investigated prospective school teachers` changes in teacher efficacy in relation to instruction and child life guidance. Above all, prospective school teachers could indirectly experience questioning methods and practice knowledge applications by inspecting cooperative regular teachers` model instructions and other prospective school teachers` instructions, Through experiencing successful instructions of their own, in addition, prospective school teachers showed changes in teacher efficacy, especially in terms of such methods and applications as foresaid. Furthermore, cooperative regular teachers` guiding children`s lives by utilizing portfolios allowed prospective school teachers to directly experience efforts to change child behaviors. Through experiencing success in understanding child behaviors, in association, those prospective teachers showed changes in teacher efficacy.

교육정보화를 위한 교원연수 및 학생 교육 방안의 탐색 : 광주교육정 교단선진화 사례를 중심으로

The purpose of this paper is to explore the systemic strategies of teacher training and student education for the successful implementation of educational informatization in schools. The topics discussed include an overview and characteristics of Classroom Informatization specialized form of educational informatization by the school district of KwangJu; school based practical tasks to implement educational technology and information technology; the contents and delivery systems or channels for teacher training and student education. This paper suggests three domains of knowledge, skills, and attitude as a framework for the selection of training contents and three types of delivery systems(traditional group training, distance training, cyber training) for the training. Educational informatization needs the wholistic and simultaneous change in every related sectors in our society like educational or training organizations, administrative, technical and economical support from government, schools and corporate organizations. Of all, the teacher development is the most important task because they must play the major role in implementing educational informatization to schools and in integrating into curriculum.

2007년 개정 교육과정에 따른 "초등학교 창의적 재량활동"의 교육현장 적용 방안

본 연구는 제7차 재량활동 교육과정 편성·운영 실태를 조사 및 분석하여 2007 년 개정 교육과정의 초등학교 창의적 재량활동 적용 방안을 찾는 것을 목적으로 출발하였다. 본 연구에서는 부장교사, 교사 두 집단을 대상으로 질문지법과 면담법 그리고 재량활동 교육과정을 분석하여 재량활동의 실태, 문제점, 개선방안을 종합 검토하여 재량활동을 내실 있게 운영하기 위한 구체적인 대안들을 제시하였다. 즉, 재량활동 개발에 대한 교사들의 이해 및 전문성 제고, 재량활동의 프로그램 개발·보급 , 범교과학습과 자기주도적 학습 프로그램 운영의 자율성 확대, 재량활동 평가기준의 수립 등이다. The purpose of this study is to find out effective plan of ``creative discretionary activities`` in elementary school. This study has been carried out on the basis of questionnaire, interview, reference reports and books concerned, etc. Subjects of the questionnaire are 113 teachers (including 64 chief teachers) in 56 elementary schools in Busan. The collected data have been analyzed with χ2 test, etc. The conclusion is summarized as the followings: 1. Professional knowledge for effective ``discretionary activities`` should be provided to teachers(including chief teachers) in elementary school. 2. New instruction and program model of ``discretionary activities`` should be presented to teachers in elementary school. 3. Abundant personal and material resources in community should be utilized in order to promote effective ``discretionary activities`` in elementary school. 4. Much more program for cross-curricula learning and self-directed learning should be freely expanded in elementary school without excessive government control. 5. Effective ``service training system`` for ``discretionary activities`` should be established for teachers in elementary school. 6. Better criteria of evaluation on ``discretionary activities`` should be prepared in order to assess proper achievement of students in elementary school.

리더십에 대한 국내 연구동향

이 연구는 교육전문가와 교육자들의 리더십 이해에 유용한 기초자료를 제공하려는 의도에서, 리더십 이론의 발달을 살펴보고 국내의 리더십 연구 동향을 교육 외 분야와 교육 분야로 나누어 고찰하였다. 본 연구의 내용을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 리더십에 관한 탐구는 성공적인 리더들의 개인적 특성을 탐구하려는 특성이론에서 시작해, 집단이나 조직의 성공적인 목표달성을 위해 리더의 어떤 행동유형이 구성원들의 활동을 변화시키는지에 초점을 둔 행동이론, 어떤 상황요인이 리더로 하여금 어떤 행동을 하게 하는지에 초점을 둔 상황이론 등으로 발전하였다. 그러나 이들 전통적 리더십은 보상과 교환에 기초한 거래적 리더십이 때문에 목표달성에 한계가 있다고 비판하면서 등장한 변혁적 리더십은, 구성원들의 도덕성에 바탕을 둔 동기부여를 증대시킴으로써 기대이상의 목표를 성취할 수 있게 해야 한다는 것을 강조하였고, 전략적 리더십, 카리스마 리더십, 셀프 리더십, 서번트 리더십 등의 다양한 리더십 개념을 진화시키고 있다. 둘째, 국내 교육 외 분야의 리더십 연구들은 전통적 리더십과 변혁적 리더십을 비롯한 다양한 개념에 기반을 두고 탐구를 하고 있다. 교육 분야의 연구들은, 교육 외 분야와 달리, 다양한 리더십 이론들이 강조하고 있는 개념들을 종합적으로 적용하는 교육적 접근에 의해, 유아 및 초 중등학생들의 리더십 수준과 성별, 연령에 따른 리더십 등을 밝히고, 리더십은 성적수준, 정서지능, 창의성, 부모의 지지 등의 변인들과 관련을 가진다는 것과 리더십 프로그램을 적용하면 리더십 특성을 향상시킬 수 있는 것을 확인해 주고 있다. This study intended to investigate Korean research trend on leadership to provide useful information to people who is interested in leadership. The findings of this study are as follows: First, leadership studies began with traits theory which aims to identify the traits of leaders in a society who have made significant achievements, followed by behavior theory that focuses on leaders` behaviors effective for achieving the aim of group or organization, and contingency theory that focuses on leaders` behavior according to situation flow. transformational and transactional leadership study stresses that group member`s emotional aspects influencing achievement of the aim. Recent leadership studies are going about strategic leadership, charismatic leadership, self leadership, and servant leadership, all of which are derived from transformational and transactional leadership concepts. Second, in Korea generally research trend follows the pattern of theoretical development on leadership. However research trend in the field of education is somewhat different from the general one in that educational approach which combines various concepts of leadership has been adopted to identify the leadership skills of students and related variables, and to develop assessment tool and programs to enhance students` leadership. As the results of the leadership studies, it has been confirmed that students` leadership is closely related to gender, emotional quotient, creativity, and parental support, and leadership program can improve students` leadership skills.
