기판 소재에 따른 패널 레벨 패키지 공정 단계별 warpage 해석

We have simulated the process induced warpage for panel level package using finite element method. Silicon chips of 5 × 5 mm2 were redistributed on 122.4 × 93.6 mm2 size panel and the total number of redistributed chips was 221. The warpage at each process step, for example, ① EMC molding, ② attachment of detach core, ③ heating, ④ removal of a carrier, and ⑤ cooling was simulated using ANSYS and the effects of detach core and carrier materials on the warpage were investigated. The warpage behaved complexly depending on the materials for the detach core and carrier. However, glass carrier showed the lower warpage than FR4 carrier regardless of detach core material, and the minimum warpage was observed when the glass was used for the detach core and carrier at the same time. 패널 레벨 패키지(Panel Level Package)에서 공정 단계별로 발생하는 휨(warpage)에 대해 유한요소법을 이용하여 전산모사를 진행하였다. 5 × 5 mm2 크기의 실리콘 칩이 총 221개가 포함된 122.4 × 93.6 mm2 크기의 패널에 대해서① EMC 몰딩, ② detach core 부착, ③ 가열, ④ 캐리어 분리, ⑤ 냉각의 5 단계에 대해서 해석을 수행하였으며, 캐리어와 detach core 소재로 유리와 FR4의 조합이 휨 현상에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 캐리어 및 detach core의 소재에 따라공정 단계별로 휨의 경향이 다르게 나타나고 있으나, 최종적으로는 유리를 캐리어로 사용하는 경우에 detach core의 소재와 관계없이 FR4 캐리어에 비해 낮은 휨 값을 나타내었으며 유리 캐리어와 유리 detach core의 조합에서 가장 낮은 휨값이 관찰되었다.

Space is an important theme in recent queer independent documentaries. In this article, I will explore the meaning of sexual identity and space in Korean queer independent documentaries, focusing on the documentaries Home Ground and Life Unrehearsed. First, Home Ground traces spaces for LGBT people from the 1970s to the present day, centered on the life of Yoon Kim Myung-woo, the owner of Lesbos, the first lesbian bar in Korea, which still operates as a bar for queer people today. In addition to on-location footage, the film uses oral histories, found footage, and re-enactments to synthesize the memories and experiences of LGBT people who have been in and out of these spaces, while also addressing the importance of LGBT spaces as safe spaces for people to be themselves. Next, the film Life Unrehearsed focuses on the lives of Kim In-sun and Lee Soo-hyun, a lesbian couple in their 70s who moved to Germany from South Korea in the 1970s. Connected to different communities in Germany, the film shows the couple's lesbian romance and caregiving centered around the private space of their home. On the other hand, the fact that they document the lives of older LGBT people, who are rarely seen within the Korean LGBT community, reminds us that these two documentaries are also worthy of attention on the topic of LGBT aging. From this perspective, it can be said that the lives of Yoon, Kim, In-sun, and Lee strive to create a space where people in similar conditions to themselves can feel comfortable based on their own identity, country, and community.

Recently, atmospheric-pressure plasmas have been studied for many types of microorganism sterilization in the food science because of its abundant active agents, including atomic oxygen, ozone, radicals, thermal energy, and UV radiation. In this work, a dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) plasma source generated by a 30 kHz low-frequency pulse power supply was used to treat air gases filling pouches. Electrical and spectroscopic investigations were performed to characterize plasma properties. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and an ozone detector were used to analyze the compositions of plasma treated air gases injected into the grape storage pouch. In addition, the effects of plasma on fruit qualities were probed through measurements of brix degree (%), acidity (pH), and mold enumeration. Microbiological analysis showed that filling the pouch with plasma treated gases allowed better storage conditions of fruits without degradation in fruit quality.
Er, Er/Cr, Er/Yb 이 도핑된 KNbO₃형광체의 1550 nm 여기광에의한 상방전환

Near-infrared to visible upconversion emission was observed in Er,Er/Cr, Er/Yb doped KNbO₃phosphors. The excitation at 1550 nm produced blue, green, red, and near-infrared emissions from Er ions. Additional Cr-ion doping enhanced the relative intensity of red to green emissions and the upconversion emission intensity indicated the optimum Cr-ion concentration. Yb ions enhanced all the upconversion emissions from Er ions by cross relaxation of energy transfer. Er, Er/Cr, Er/Yb 이 도핑된 3가지 종류의 KNbO₃형광체를 제조하고근적외선으로부터 가시광선으로의 상방전환 형광발생을 연구하였다. 1550nm 에서 여기하여 Er이온으로부터 청색, 녹색, 적색, 근 적외선 형광을얻었다. Cr이온이 추가로 도핑된 재료에서는 적색 형광과 녹색형광의비가 증가하였고 상방전환 형광세기를 통해 Cr이온의 적정 농도를 알 수있었다. Yb 이온 도핑은 Er 에서 발생하는 전체 상방전환 형광세기를상호 이완 과정의 에너지 전달을 통해 향상시켰다.
