        체육계열 대학생의 진로결정자기효능감과 진로준비행동 관계에서 사회적지지의 매개효과

        본 연구는 낮은 취업률과 인해 진로와 관련한 다양한 어려움을 겪고 있고 앞으로도 진로의 어려움이 예상되는 체육계열 대학생을 대상으로 그들의 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 진로결정자기효능감의 개인적 특성과 가족, 친구 및 교수의 사회적지지의 환경적 특성의 영향력을 규명하고 진로결정자기효능감과 진로준비행동 간의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 매개효과를 분석하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 대구 및 경북지역에 소재한 4년제 대학의 체육계열 대학생 361명을 연구 대상으로 선정하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 설문 자료는 SPSS 프로그램을 이용 하여, 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석된 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진 로결정자기효능감은 진로준비행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 가족, 친구, 교수의 사회적지지는 진로준비행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 진로결정자기효능감과 진로준비행동 관계에서 가족, 친구, 교수의 사회적지지는 긍정적 인 매개변수로서 역할을 한다. 따라서 체육계열 대학생들이 합리적인 진로결정과 결정된 진로목표를 성취할 수 있도록 가정과 학교의 적극적인 상호작용과 지원 전략이 구축해야 할 것이다. This study aims to investigate influence of the personal characteristics of career decision-making self-efficacy on physical education students who have various difficulties in career due to low employment rates and influence of the environmental characteristics of social support by family, friends, and professors, and then, to analyze mediating effect of social support in relationships between their career decision-making self-efficacy and career preparation behavior. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 361 physical education students of four-year-course universities located in Daegu and Gyeongbuk in order to achieve the research purpose. For the collected survey data, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis were done using SPSS program. Analyzed research result is as follows. First, career decision-making self-efficacy has a positive influence on career preparation behavior. Second, social support by family, friends, and professors has a positive influence on career preparation behavior. Third, social support by family, friends, and professors plays a positive parameter role in relationships between career decision-making self-efficacy and career preparation behavior. Therefore, it is required for home and schools to establish positive interaction and support strategy so that physical education students can make reasonable career decision and achieve the decided target.

        체육계열 대학생의 학업 및 취업관련 스트레스와 학교적응 관계에서 긍정심리자본의 매개효과

        본 연구는 학업과 취업에 스트레스를 인지하고 있는 체육계열 대학생을 대상으로 이들이 인식한 학업 및 취업관련 스트레스와 학교적응 관계에서 긍정심리자본의 매개효과를 검증하는데 목적을 둔 실증적 조사연구이다. 연구대상은 대 구와 경북지역에 소재한 체육계열학과에 재학 중인 대학생 342명을 연구 대상으로 선정하여 온라인을 통한 설문조사를 수행하여 연구결과를 도출하였다. 도출된 연구결과를 통한 주요 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 체육계열 대학생의 학업 및 취업관련 스트레스 수준이 높을수록 학교적응 수준은 낮은 것으로 나타났고, 긍정심리자본 수준이 높을수록 학교적응 수준은 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 체육계열 대학생의 학업 및 취업관련 스트레스와 학교적응 관계에서 긍정심리자본은 부분매개변수로서 유의한 효과가 나타났다. 따라서 학업 및 취업관련 스트레스 수준을 감소하고 학교적응을 촉진할 수 있는 낙관성, 자기효능감, 희망, 회복탄력성으로 구성된 긍정심리자본을 확충 및 강화할 수 있는 다양한 방안을 대학교 차원에서 적극 개발하여 이를 적용할 필요가 있을 것이다. This study is an empirical research study aimed to verify the mediated effect of positive psychological capital in the relationship between academic and employment stress and adaptation to college life perceived by college students in physical education who recognize the stress of study and employment. Selecting 342 college students attending the department of physical education in Daegu and Gyeongbuk as the subjects for the study, the online survey was conducted to derive the results. The main conclusions from the result are as follows. First, it showed that the academic and employment stress recognized by college students of physical education has a negative effect on adaption to college life, and the positive psychological capital has a positive effect on adaption to college life. Second, it showed that the positive psychology capital had a significant effect as a partial medium variable in the relationship recognized by the students between academic stress, employment stress and adaptation to school life. Therefore, to reduce academic and employment stress and improve adaption to college life, it will be necessary to actively develop and apply various measures at the college level in order to expand and strengthen the positive psychological capital consisting of optimism, self-efficacy, hope, and resilience.

        태권도 지도자의 서번트 리더십이 태권도 전공 대학생들의 임파워먼트 및 운동몰입에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of the study is to explore influences of servant leadership of Taekwondo leader upon empowerment and commitment to exercise of university students majoring in Taekwondo. To this end, the study subjects were 435 students majoring in Taekwondo in two-year colleges and university in Daegu and Gyeongbuk areas. And questionnaire survey was carried out with them. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS program for Pearson's product-moment correlation analysis and Multiple Regression analysis. As the result, it was found out that servant leadership of a leader gave a positive influence on empowerment and commitment to exercise of university students majoring in Taekwondo. Empowerment gave a positive influence on commitment to exercise. Thus, servant leadership of a leader is effective instruction method for improvement of empowerment and commitment to exercise for players. Accordingly, to improve level of commitment to exercise for players, leaders should suggest vision so that players can participate in individual role to achieve their own goals. In addition, authority and rights of leaders should be empowered to players.

        운동트레이닝 및 처방으로서 전신진동운동의 국내연구동향과 효과 분석

        전신진동운동은 전통적인 운동 유형보다 쉽고 간편하고 상해에 부담이 없어 청소년, 일반 성인, 근기능이 상대적 으로 약한 노인과 환자 등 다양한 연구 대상들이 안전하고 효과적인 운동 처방 또는 트레이닝 방법, 준비운동으로 적극 활용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 전신진동운동의 국내 연구 동향을 분석하기 위해 박사논문 7편, 국내학술지 28편 총 35 편을 분석 대상으로 선정하여 전신진동운동의 연구대상 및 적용 분야, 운동처치 방법, 종속변인 그리고 효과를 분석하여 국내의 관련 분야 연구자들에게 도움이 되는 정보를 제공하고자 하였다. 연구결과, 전신진동운동은 뇌질환 관련 환자, 노인, 건강한 성인, 대학생, 청소년의 근신경계, 근골격계, 순환계, 신체조성, 운동기능 등에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으 로 나타났다. 하지만 국내 선행연구들은 외국 선행연구들과 달리 진동을 일으키기는 기전, 운동의 강도, 진동 형태가 인 체에 미치는 명확한 기준을 제시되지 못하고 있어 추후연구에서는 전신진동운동이 체계적이며 효율적인 운동 프로그램 또는 운동 처방 프로그램의 새로운 패러다임으로 구축되기 위해서는 다양한 진동 형태, 운동의 강도에 따라 나타나는 인체의 변화에 대한 연구를 지속적으로 수행해야 할 것이다. Whole body vibration is easier and simpler than conventional exercise type, and its risk of injury is low. Accordingly, diverse subjects such as the youth, normal adult, patient and old people whose muscle function was weak actively utilized it as effective exercise prescription, training method or warming up. This study was intended to provide information helpful to researchers in the related fields in Korea by analyzing subject, application area, exercise intervention method, dependent variable and effect of whole body vibration after selecting a total of 35 papers to analyze, such as 7 doctoral dissertations and 28 journal articles in Korea so as to analyze research trends of whole body vibration in Korea. According to the results of study, it was shown that whole body vibration had a positive effect on neuromuscular, musculoskeletal and circulatory system in the youth, college students, adults, old people and patients. However, clear standards for effect of mechanism of generating vibration, exercise intensity and vibration type on human body cannot be presented by the precedent studies in Korea differently from precedent studies in foreign countries. Therefore, in the further research, a study on a change in human body shown according to various vibration type and exercise intensity should continue to be carried out so that whole body vibration is established toward a new paradigm of systematic and efficient exercise program or exercise prescription program.

        복합운동에 따른 비만 중년여성의 신체구성, 혈중지질 및 건강 체력의 변화

        This study aims to conduct a combined exercise program composed of the aerobic exercise using treadmill and stationary exercise bicycles and the resistance exercise using dumbbell and weight machine on obese middle-aged women over BMI 25kg/㎡ without regular physical activity experience and then, to investigate the influence on body proportions, blood lipid and physical fitness of obese middle-aged women. 20 obese middle-aged women were divided into an exercise group and a comparative group, and the exercise group of 10 people participated in combined exercise program. Collected data were analyzed by paired t-test and two-way repeated measures ANOVA. As a result, the exercise group to which combined exercise program was applied showed significant reduction effect in weight, body fat, body fat percentage, BMI, and WHR while it showed increase in HDL-C out of blood lipid but significant reduction effect in LDL-C and TG. And, there was improvement in muscular endurance, flexibility, and cardiopulmonary endurance for health fitness. Like this, combined exercise composed of aerobic exercise and resistance exercise had significant effect on change in body proportions, blood lipid and health fitness of obese middle-aged women. Therefore, it is required for obese middle-aged women to form a exercise habit for regular and steady performance of aerobic exercise and strength training with proper recognition on health through physical activity in order to enhance their physical strength.

        체육계열 대학생의 회복탄력성과 대학생활적응의 관계에서 가족․친구․교수의 사회적지지 매개효과

        본 연구는 체육계열 대학생을 대상으로 회복탄력성과 대학생활적응 관계에서 가족, 친구, 교수의 사회적지지 매개효과를 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 대구 및 경산지역의 4개 대학교 체육계열학과에 재학 중인 352명을 임의표본추출법으로 표집하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 설문자료는 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계, 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 체육계열 대학생이 인식한 회복탄력성과 사회적지지는 대학생활적응에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 회복탄력성과 대학생활적응 관계에서 가족, 친구 및 교수의 사회적지지는 유의한 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 체육계열 대학생의 대학생활적응 능력을 강화하기 위해서는 개인 내적 특성인 회복탄력성과 주변의 사회적 자본을 적극적으로 활용하는 방안을 강구해야 할 것이다. The objective of this study is to verify the mediating effects of social support from family, friend, and professor on the relation between resilience and adaptation to university life, targeting the university students majoring in physical education. For this, with the use of random sampling, a survey was conducted targeting total 352 students majoring in physical education of four universities in Daegu and Gyeongsan regions. Using the SPSS 23.0 Program for the collected survey data, the frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted, and the results were drawn as follows. First, the resilience and social support perceived by university students majoring in physical education had significant effects on the adaptation to university life. Second, the social support from family, friend and professor showed the significant mediating effects on the relation between resilience and adaptation to university life. Such results imply that it would be necessary to seek for the measures for actively utilizing the surrounding social capital and the resilience as an internal characteristic of individuals for reinforcing the ability to adapt themselves to university life of university students majoring in physical education.

        중심 안정화 운동과 저항성 운동이 만성요통환자의 통증완화 및 무게중심 변화에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of core stabilization exercise and resistance training on the changes of chronic low back pain and the center of gravity (COG). 23 chronic lumbago patients were divided into 3 groups as core stabilization group (n=8), resistance training group (n=8), and combined group (n=7) with core stabilization exercise and resistance training. They have been evaluated the body composition, COG and visual analogue scale (VAS) at 3 times (before training, after 3 weeks, and 6 weeks of training). Although there were no significant differences of weight and fat mass among three groups, core stabilization group had a significant decrease of %fat. After 3 weeks, core stabilization group had a little improvement of the COG in Coronal Left-Right (CLR) and Harmonic Frequency Pst-Frnt (HFPF). Resistance training and combined group had improved the center of gravity in Midsagittal Pst-Frnt (MPF) and Harmonic Frequency Left-Right (HFLR) after 6 weeks of training. In the changes of VAS, combined group was significantly lower than any other groups in back pain, exercise pain, stiffness, walking discomfort, standing still pain, twisting pain, handicap, work interference, work modification. In conclusion, combined exercise program with core stabilization exercise and resistance training of 6 weeks showed the reduction of %fat, balance of the COG, and low back pain. This program is suggested as an effective intervention for chronic lumbago patients.

        폐경 중년여성의 운동순서에 따른 신체구성, 혈중 대사변인 및 체력 변화의 비교

        The purpose of this study was to analyze effects of long term complex training program on body composition, blood metabolic profiles and physical fitness of postmenopausal women. 21 menopausal women were randomly assigned for 2 groups(Resistance-Aerobic exercise group; R-A, Aerobic-Resistance exercise group’A-R) and trained for 8 weeks. After 8 wks complex training, body weight, abdominal subcutaneous fat area, and body fat percentage were significantly reduced in the R-A. The R-A group also significantly improved serum lipid profile and a significant increase in glucose, estrogen, and osteocalcin. The R-A and A-R also had substantial physical changes. The R?A and A-R also had a significant increase in muscular endurance and flexibility. In conclusion, we verified that R-A complex training had a positive effect on reduction of weight, abdominal subcutaneous fat, body fat percentage and blood lipids. A complex training program can help prevent physical function and function control decline for middle-aged women, after menostasia. Although these results are not definitive, systematic programs are proposed for menopausal middle-aged women as an exercise method. Doing aerobic exercise after resistance exercise can resolve obesity quickly. It can also have a significant effect on improving muscle endurance and flexibility.<br/> <br/>
