The inorganic powder EL lamp was made by screen printing technique with a phosphor ink and a dielectric ink. Value of color coordinates X and Y increased under the condition of supplying driving power to the inorganic powder EL lamp and changing voltage with constant frequency. When frequency was changed under the constant voltage, value of color coordinates X and Y were decreased with increasing frequency. However, level of change of color coordinates X was different from color coordinates Y. When voltage was increased under constant frequency, changing degree of color coordinates X and Y shows similarity. But under the constant voltage with changing frequency, color coordinates X and Y were differently changed that degree of change of color coordinates Y showed five times more than that of color coordinates X. As increasing thickness of phosphor ink and dielectric ink, level of voltage and frequency, color coordinates X and Y were slightly changed. According to the thickness of phosphor ink and dielectric ink, and level of voltage and frequency, color coordinate of color light was changed. Frequency was most important element influencing on the change of color coordinate.
4차 산업 혁명 시대 인쇄 산업 육성을 위한 교육과정 개편 필요성

한국은 인쇄문화의 종주국이다. 유네스코 기록유산인 현존하는 세계 최고의 금속활자 본인 ‘직지심체요절’과 ‘고려대장경판’(팔만대장경) 등으로 대표되는 오래된 인쇄문화를 가지고 있기 때문이다. 역사가 증명하듯이 인쇄 산업은 보통의 일반적인 개별 산업과 달리 한 나라의 정치와 경제, 사회, 문화 등 전체적인 분야에 걸쳐 광범위하게 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 가치는 오늘날에 이르러서도 마찬가지다. 새로운 산업 생태계를 만드는 데 인쇄 산업은 큰 역할을 할 수 있으며, 시대의 변화에 따라 4세대인 디지털인쇄 시대 를 넘어 5세대인 인쇄전자 분야로 응용 분야가 확대되어지고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 신문, 잡지, 서적 등의 출판물을 제작하는 것이 인쇄라는 편견 때문에 인쇄 산업의 무 궁무진한 가치가 제대로 알려지지 못하고, 인쇄 기술 발전에 발목이 잡혀 있는 것이 현 실이다. 본 연구의 주요 목적은 시대의 변화와 발전 과정 속에서 기존 인쇄 산업의 변화를 살펴본 후, 4차 산업 혁명 시대라는 새로운 패러다임에 인쇄 기술이 영향을 미치는 분 야와 응용 가능 분야를 알아보고 인쇄 기술의 잠재적인 고부가가치를 발굴하여 인쇄전 자 분야의 주요 산업으로 이어질 수 있도록 육성하기 위한 인식 전환의 필요성과 중요 성을 제안하고자 하였다. Korea is called the cradle of printing culture. This is because it has a long-lasting printing culture represented by the world’s best metal movable type, ‘Baegun Hwasang Chorok Buljo Jisimche Yojeol’(Jikjisimcheyojeol) and ‘The Tripitaka Koreana’(The Tripitaka Koreana). As history proves, the printing industry, unlike any other individual industry, has had a wide impact on the politics, economy, society, and culture of a country as a whole. These values are still the same today. The printing industry can play a big role in creating a new industrial ecosystem, and the field of application is expanding beyond the 4th generation digital printing era to the 5th generation printed electronics field. Nevertheless, the inexhaustible value of the printing industry is not known properly because of the prejudice that printing is the production of publications such as newspapers, magazines, and books, and the reality is that the development of printing technology is hindered. The main purpose of this study is to examine the changes of the existing printing industry in the process of change and development of the times, to examine the fields and applicable fields that print technology affects the new paradigm of the 4th Industrial Revolution era, and to suggest the necessity and importance of the recognition transition to foster the potential high value-added of printing technology to lead to major industries in the printing and electronics sector.
전극 스트립 제작을 위한 스크린인쇄에 있어 스크린 망사의 견장 각도별 인쇄 두께 변화

전극 스트립의 제작을 위한 스크린인쇄에 있어 인쇄되는 패턴의 인쇄 두께는 전극 스트립의 특성에 영향을 미치는 아주 중요한 인자로 중점 관리 항목이다. 인쇄되는 피 인쇄체 크기(sheet size)가 커질수록 인쇄되는 두께의 균일도는 나빠지게 되는데 이러 한 원인은 아주 다양하며, 인쇄되는 패턴의 두께가 어떻게 변화하는지를 주기적으로 측 정해서 편차를 검사하지 않으면 인쇄 두께의 허용 범위를 벗어나게 되어 부적합의 요 인이 된다. 본 연구에서는 전극 스트립 제작에 있어 스크린 망사의 견장 각도에 따라 인쇄되는 패턴의 두께가 어떻게 변화하는지를 실험하여 안정적인 인쇄 두께를 유지할 수 있는 스크린 망사의 견장 각도에 관해 고찰하였다. In screen printing for the manufacture of electrode strips, the print thickness of the printed pattern is a very important factor affecting the characteristics of the electrode strip and is an important management item. The larger the printed sheet size, the worse the uniformity of the printed thickness becomes If the thickness of the printed pattern is not checked periodically by measuring how the thickness of the printed pattern changes, it will be out of the allowable range of the print thickness, resulting in a nonconformity. In this study, we examined how the thickness of the printed pattern changes according to the stretching angle of the screen mesh in the manufacture of electrode strips, and investigated the stretching angle of the screen mesh that can maintain a stable printing thickness discussed.
길들이기 과정을 고려한 변속기용 기어의 접촉피로 수명 해석

Surface pitting is a major failure mode for gears. The contact fatigue life analysis of transmission gear considering running-in process is presented in this paper. Surface roughness change of rolling test is used in a life analysis. Contact stresses are obtained by contact analysis of a semi-infinite solid based on the use of influence functions; the subsurface stress field is obtained using rectangular patch solutions. Mesoscopic multiaxial fatigue criterion which can yield satisfactory results for non-proportional loading is then applied to predict fatigue damage. Suitable counting method and damage rule were used to calculate the fatigue life of random loading caused by rough surface. The life analysis considering running-in is in good agreement with the experimental results.

An elastic-plastic contact analysis is developed using a semi-analytical method. The elastic contact is solved within a Hertz theorem. The reciprocal theorem with initial strains is then introduced, to express the surface geometry as a function of contact stress and plastic strains. The irreversible nature of plasticity leads to an incremental formulation of the elastic-plastic contact problem, and an algorithm to solve this problem is set up. Closed form expression, which give residual stresses and surface displacements from plastic strains, are obtained by integration of the reciprocal theorem. The distribution of contact stress, residual stress and plastic strain are obtained by the changed surface geometry.

The contact fatigue life analysis of transmission gear considering run-in process is presented in this paper. The effect of surface roughness change can be calculated by this analysis. To apply "Run-in" process to the contact fatigue life prediction, rolling test results were used. Computational method and the theoretical basis are also discussed. Contact stresses are obtained by contact analysis of a semi-infinite solid based on the use of influence functions; the subsurface stress field is obtained using rectangular patch solutions.
