굴 패각과 해조펄프를 이용한 항산화 비드의 식품 보존에 관한 연구

연구의 목적은 버려진 굴 패각을 재활용하여 감소시키는 것으로 굴 패각과 해조펄프를 이용하여 식품의 보존에 대한 항산화비드를 활용하는데 있다. 이 연구는 두 부분으로 나누었다. 첫 번째는 파일럿 규격조건으로 설계하고 제조하였다. 둘째는 [A],[B],[C-a],[C-b]화합물에 대한 최적제조 조건을 다루어 확립하고 이들 생성물을 분석하였다. 파일럿 규격 제조는 해조펄프의 분자수식합성과/Cl-전분 그리고 그의 다양한 비드 형태들이 극성용매에서 다양한 중량비율로 액상 혼합하여 제조되었다. 부가적으로, 혼합과정에서 해조펄프의 비율이 증가함으로서, 해조펄프/Ag-굴 패각을 섞인 것의 항균성은 감소되었으나 항산화와 비드의 견고성 성질은 증가되었다. 파일럿 규격의 생성라인은 해조 펄프와 Cl-전분을 분자수식으로 합성하였다. 그리고 극성용매를 사용하여 여러 가지 중량비율로 다양한 형식품 보존에 관한 연구태의 비드를 제조하였다. The objective of this research is to reuse and recycle the oyster shell wastes as a useful of antioxidant beads for foodstuff preservation through the treatment of oyster shell and seaweed pulp. This research is divided into two parts. In the first, designing and preparation of pilot scale condition was accomplished. The second part dealt with establishing the optimized manufacturing condition for [A], [B], [C-a], [C-b] compounds, and analyzing these products. The pilot scale preparation was composed of modify synthesized seaweed pulp /Cl-starch and it`s various bead form were prepared with various weight ratios using polar protic solvents. In addition, with increased seaweed pulp content in the blends, antibacterial property values of seaweed pulp/Ag-oyster shell blend was decreased, however, the antioxidant and bead`s solidity properties increased.
키토산 C-6 OH와 N-Picoryl-3-퀴롤론 카르복실산 기가 결합된 에스테르형 항균제 합성에 관한 연구

Chitosan derivatives possesses antibacterial activity, such as ester group contained O-acyl chitosan at C-6, -CH2OH are promising agents for new antibiotic development and application. Some quinolone bearing a fluorine atom at C-6 and N-alkyl group at N-1, known a fluoroquinolones are among the most important antibacterial agents, showing both a high potency and a broad spectrum antibacterial activity. In this study, In addition, substituted quinolone-chitosan derivative was characterized by using various physical properties. Low molecular weight chitosan and N-Picorylquinolone were than, coupled in the presence of acidic condition and evaluate their antibacterial activity.
키토산 C-6에 Amine기를 갖는 Polyamino Acid 유도체의 합성과 생물학적 활성에 관한 연구

Chitosan is widely used in cosmetics and medical fields. Special emphasis has been put on the chemical modification of chitosan to explore its full potential. We have described the synthesis and biological activity of novel peptide amino acid derivatives. The polyamino acid derivatives were synthesized by introducing alkylamine functional group on chitosan at C-6. The poor aqueous solubility of chitosan derivatives hinder both pharmacological studies and pharmaceutical development. To make amino acid coupled chitosan derivatives with improved biological effect and solubility, some attempts have been taken to consist of amino peptide group like aspartic acid and phenylalanine-aspartic acid derivatives onto chitosan C-6. The resultingly substituted chitosan was characterized by solubility in various solvents. We measured chitosan derivatives with 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR. Also; We were investigated on the physical properties and biological activities of these products.
α,β-Dichloro Succinic Acid와 수용성 Poly[N-(α,β-Dichlorosuccinic acid)glucosamine]유도체의 합성 및 응용

Water soluble Poly[N-α,β-dichlorosuccinic acid]glucosamines were synthesized through the reaction of maleic anhydride with Cl2, (UV)250∼300 nm wavelength in presence of CCl4. For the second reaction of Poly[N-dichlorosuccinic acid]glucosamine derivatives(I) was accomplished by a modification of the general acylation using excess α,β-(dichloro) succinic anhydride in the presence of 2% acetic acid with methanol condition as a solvent at elevated temperature(70℃). We considered organic acid derivatives were useful especially for treatment for the pharmaceutical chemistry, cosmetics and industry part.
새로운 5-Fluorobenzimidazole 항진균제의 합성과 생물학적 평가

New type of 5-fluorobenzimidazole derivatives was synthesized through the reaction of 4-fluoro-5-(2,6-dimethylmorpholinyl)-2-aminoaniline with 5-nitro-2-furoic acid and 5-methoxy-3-chlorobenzothiophene-2-carboxylic acid in presence of PPA and treatment of OH-. the resulting substituted 5-fluorobenzimidazole derivatives(6), (7) was characterized by high solubility in common polar organic solvents. We considered 5-fluorobenzimidazole derivatives were useful especially for antifungal drugs. These results are discussed from the viewpoints of the chemical and physical structures of the 5-fluorobenzimidazole derivatives.
탄화공정에 의한 저가 해조류의 탄화 유기용액(해초액) 제조공정에 관한 연구

본 연구는 여러 해조류 소재 중에서 국내 생산량이 많고 연소가 뛰어나 수율이 높은 해초액 화합물을 대량생산 실용화가 가능한 것을 목표로 하며, 해조류인 미역 다시마 톳 기타 김 등을 이용하는 것으로서 주로 원료확보는 폐자원 해조류 등을 이용하여 고온에서 Poly step trap식 건류 공정 적용인 탄화공정을 수반함으로서 생성된 해초 액을 개발하는 연구다. 이를 분리 정제하는 기술적 공정을 개발하고 나아가 시제품을 개발하여 농업, 식품, 비료, 의약품 대체화를 추진함과 동시에 제일 문제시 되고 있는 식품 첨가제를 해결함으로서 고 부가치성 창출과 바이오 생물약제 원료로 개발하고자 하였다. 그래서 해초 액을 추출 분리 및 정제연구를 실시하여 화합물 분석실험을 추진하였다. 그리고 목초액과 성분비교 우위성 입증실험을 성분비교실험을 통해서 비교 검증실험을 추진하였다. The purpose of this study is to process a seaweed resources that is easy to find in Korea and has outstanding phlogistone and high yield seaweed vinegar solution through mass-production and facility development for utilization. The compound uses wasted seaweeds, such as brown seaweed, kelp, seaweed fusiform, and laver, and carbonizes them in high temperature by drying in poly step trap to extract them. In also involves the development of a process that separates and refines the extracts to create a high value-added anti-bacterial bio solution that can replace chemicals in agriculture and industries and even chemical food additives. so, studied separation and refining of seaweed extracts to analyze the compounds. and processed and compared to seaweed vinegar extracts to prove superiority.
