Purpose: This study was done to investigate the probability of stroke, knowledge of stroke, and health-promoting lifestyle among stroke risk groups. Method: A descriptive correlational design was used. Data for 110 patients were analyzed. The probability of stroke was calculated using the Stroke Risk Profile from the Framingham Heart Study (2013), knowledge of stroke was measured using a questionnaire developed by Yoon et al. (2001), and health-promoting lifestyle was measured using the HPLP-Ⅱ, developed by Walker et al. (1995). Results: The average probability of stroke was 11.74, knowledge of stroke, 67.88, and health-promoting lifestyle, 2.27. Probability of stroke showed significant differences according to gender. Knowledge differed according to patients’ salaries. Health-promoting lifestyle showed significant differences according to gender. There were no significant correlations between probability of stroke and knowledge of stroke or probability of stroke and health-promoting lifestyle, but there was a significant correlation between knowledge of stroke and health-promoting lifestyle. Conclusion: Results indicate the necessity of active education to increase knowledge related to stroke which will contribute to an increase in health-promoting behaviors and make primary prevention a reality in the reduction of risk of stroke among stroke risk groups.

The application of photovoltaic into building as integrated building components has been paid more attention worldwide. Photovoltaic or solar electric modules are solid state devices, directly converting solar radiation into electricity; the process does not require fuel and any moving parts, and produce no pollutants. And the prefab building method is very effective because the pre-manufactured building components is simply assembled to making up buildings in the construction fields especially the sandwich panel. Architecture considerations for the integration of PV module to building envelope such as building structure, construction type, safety, regulation, maintenance etc. have been carefully reflected from the early stage of BIPV module design. Trial product of BIPV module are manufactured and sample construction details for demonstration building are purposed. Therefore, this paper intends to advanced its practical use by proposing how to get integrated PV system which can be applied to prefab building material, and how to apply it.

Nowaday, The Sustainable Development about global environment is the most important subject. In urban environment, a variety of the nature energy utilization such as the solar energy are the most efficient solution to solve this issue. One of these efficient solutions, a photovoltaic system using sunlight has been introduced to the building with an advantage such as cost-effective, safe for using and good for environment friendly in light with energy utilization. Recently, many of the apartment housings are built in domestic country. The apartment buildings have been constructed since early of 1970's. now apartment is taking over 50% out of entire housing in korea. The apartment housing applying to a photovoltaic system has been extensively studied in the foreign country but our county runs short, So, It was necessary to technical development of PV application which is suitable in Korean house culture. The objective of this study is to develop the building integrated PV application method for apartment building.

웰니스와 헬스케어로 구성된 의료정보화 사업은 초기 의료기관별로 경영효율화를 목표로 시작되었지만, 의료기관 자체의 노력만으로는 대국민 서비스를 제공하는 것에 한계가 있다. 특히 공공서비스의 성격이 강한 의료서비스의 경우 의료보험 수가 등과 연계되어 운영됨에 따라 정확한 진료내역과 수가 산출 등에 대한 기반 마련이 요구된다. 또한 정보통신기술의 발전으로 유헬스(u-Health) 영역이 신규 시장으로 형성되고 있으나 관련 법제도 등의 제약으로 큰 확대는 이루어지지 않고 있다. 이는 장기적 로드맵을 기반으로 국가 단위의 구성전략과 노력이 요구되는데, 핵심 사항으로는 국가표준 중앙 의료데이터베이스시스템 구축 및 API(Application Programming Interface) 개발, 영세한 중소형 병원을 위한 범용 솔루션의 보급 및 운영관리 지원, 각종 정책, 제도, 서비스, 연구개발 지원 등이 있다.

So, this paper describes a design and performance test of the 10kW poly metal pv module(pmpp) system. It is concluded that the prediction of BIPV system's performance should be based on the more accurate PV module installation.

This study aims to present the application of pv system for apartment buildings. Regarding to the domestic housing politics to improve residing environment and effective use of country land, apartment buildings have been constructed since early of 1790's. Now apartment is taking over 50% out of entire housing in Korea. PV System of apartment buildings has been developed periodically and recently gable roof or canopy is popular which pv installation is more favorable. For balcony part with double skin facade sassy window, it has a preferable condition to install on the wall depending on the window direction. In case of superhigh floor apartment buildings where facade is mostly double skin facade of curtain wall system, pv module can replace the traditional curtain wall and will reduce architectural materials and obtain various out look design thereof. So, the purpose of this research is a basic study for clean energy source and present to applicability of pv systems for apartment buildings in preliminary design step.
