        간호사가 인식하는 병원윤리풍토가 상사신뢰와 조직유효성에 미치는 영향에 대한 경로분석

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the paths of influence that a hospital’s ethical climate exerts on nurses’ organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior, with supervisor trust as the mediating factor, and verify compatibility of the models in hospital nurses. Methods: The sample consisted of 374 nurses recruited from four hospitals in 3 cities in Korea. The measurements included the Ethical Climate Questionnaire, Supervisor Trust Questionnaire, Organizational Commitment Questionnaire and Organizational Citizenship Behavior Questionnaire. Ethical Climate Questionnaire consisted of 6 factors; benevolence, personal morality, company rules and procedures, laws and professional codes, self-interest and efficiency. Data were analysed using SPSS version 18.0 and AMOS version 18.0. Results: Supervisor trust was explained by benevolence and self-interest (29.8%). Organizational commitment was explained by benevolence, supervisor trust, personal morality, and rules and procedures (40.4%). Organizational citizenship behavior was explained by supervisor trust, laws and codes, and benevolence (21.8%). Conclusion: Findings indicate that managers need to develop a positive hospital ethical climate in order to improve nurses’ trust in supervisors, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior.

        간호대학생의 SBAR를 이용한 단계별 의사소통 교육프로그램의 효과

        Purpose: This study intends to examine the effects of a stepwise communication education program among nursing college students, focusing on scenarios and nursing case-based role playing. Methods: The study design was a one-group repeated measure ANOVA. Participants were 27 nursing students in practice. Students participated in 5-week stepwise communication education program using SBAR; including 1 week of lecture education, 4 weeks of scenarios and nursing case-based role playing. The data were collected at each level of the education process: pre-education, after 1 week of lectures, and after completion of scenarios and nursing case-based role playing. Repeated measures ANOVA was used to determine changes in SBAR technique knowledge and communication self-efficacy. Results: The stepwise communication education program using SBAR was effective in increasing SBAR technique knowledge, and communication self-efficacy. The lecture-based education was effective only in the area of SBAR technique knowledge and its subscale, attitudes towards SBAR. However, scenarios and nursing case-based role playing was broadly effective across communication self–efficacy, SBAR technique knowledge, and its subscale, knowledge of the SBAR. Conclusion: Based on this study, we propose that it is necessary to confirm the effect of long–term SBAR communication education using scenarios and nursing case-based role playing in nursing students’ practice.

        간호대학생의 실습 스트레스, 감정노동과 소진의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of social support on the relationship between practice stress, emotional labor, and burnout among nursing students. Methods: The sample for this study consisted of 199 students from four universities located in Korea, and had a practicum experience at least one semester before the study began. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson correlation and hierarchical multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 23.0. Results: It was found that: (a) burnout had a positive correlation with both practice stress and emotional labor, whereas a negative correlation was observed with social support; (b) social support mediated the relationship between practice stress and burnout, and (c) social support mediated the relationship between emotional labor and burnout. Conclusion: Results of the study suggest that social support decreases the negative effects of practice stress and emotional labor on burnout. Therefore, we need to find ways to strengthen social support for students.

        국가고시를 앞둔 간호대학생의 자기효능감과 사회적지지가 시험불안에 미치는 영향

        이 연구 목적은 국가고시를 앞둔 간호대학생의 자기효능감과 사회적지지가 시험불안에 미치는 영향을 확인하는 것이다. 연구대상자는 3개 간호대학의 212명 학생을 편의 추출하였으며, 자료는 2015년 12월동안 자가기입식 질문지로 수집되었다. 자료는 SPSS/WIN 18.0을 이용하여 서술 통계, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson correlations과 multiple regression을 하였다. 시험불안의 평균은 2.84(±0.53)로 중간 정도였으며, 자기효능감과 사회적지지의 평균은 각각 3.50(±0.54)과 3.72(±0.48)로 중간이상이었다. 시험불안은 자기효능감(r=-.32, p<.001), 사회적지지(r=-.27, p<.001), 친구지지(r=-.21, p=.002), 가족지지(r=-.25, p<.001), 교수지지(r=-.14, p=.038)와 부적상관을 보였다. 자기효능감, 가족지지, 성별은 시험불안을 13%설명하였다. 이 연구는 자기효능감과 가족지지를 높이는 것은 시험불안을 낮추는데 도움이 될 것임을 제시한다. This study was designed to examine the effects of self-efficacy and social support on test anxiety among nursing students taking the National Examination for Registered Nurses. A convenience sample of 212 nursing students was obtained from three nursing colleges. Data were collected by a self-administered questionnaire during December 2015. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson correlations and multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 18.0. The mean score for test anxiety was located in the middle range, with the score of 2.84±0.53; those for self-efficacy and social support were located higher in the 1-5 scale, each scoring 3.50±0.54 and 3.72±0.48. Test anxiety correlated negatively with self-efficacy (r=-.32, p<.001), social support (r=-.27, p<.001), friends support (r=-.21, p=.002), family support (r=-.25, p<.001) and professor support (r=-.14, p=.038). Self-efficacy, family support and gender explained 13.0% of participants test anxiety (F=11.01, p<.001). Findings from this study suggests that improving the self-efficacy and family support will be helpful for nursing students to relieve their test anxiety.

        한국간호사의 윤리풍토 관련변인에 대한 체계적 고찰

        Objectives: The purpose of this study is to identify relevant factors in ethical climate of Korean nurses by systematically reviewing previous studies. Methods: The studies were searched through COre DB recommended by NECA (National Evidence-based Healthcare Collaborating Agency), which includes KoreaMed, KMBASE, KISS, NDSL, KISTI, MEDLINE, CINAHL, Cochrane, EMBASE. We analyzed studies published by December 2019. The searched studies were organized using Zotero program and Excel. The Checklist for Analytical Cross Sectional Studies was used to assess the quality of the studies. Results: Ten studies were carefully selected according to inclusion criteria for systematic review. These were 9 quantitative studies and 1 mixed study. The ethical climate factors highly recognized by Korean nurses were laws and codes, company rules, and social responsibility. The variables related to ethical climate were more commonly found in job and organizational areas than in personal and nursing areas. The ethical climate factors were positively correlated with variables such as organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and supervisor trust, while negatively correlated with job stress, intention to quit, and moral distress. Conclusions: The results of this study indicate that the nurse’s ethical climate is important in areas such as job and organization, individual competency, and quality of nursing in Korea. Nursing managers should try encourage ethical climate related to positive variables and block ethical climate related to negative variables.

        간호대학생의 도덕판단력과 윤리적 의사결정 및 실습에서 경험한 윤리적 딜레마

        본 연구는 간호대 학생들의 도덕 판단력과 윤리적 의사결정 유형을 파악하고 실습에서 경험한 윤리적 딜레 마를 분석한 연구이다. 자료 수집은 2-4학년 학생 189명의 구조화된 설문지와 윤리적 문제에 대한 자가 보고로 이루 어졌다. 기간은 2012년 11월6일에서 20일 까지 하였다. 학생들의 P(%)점수는 2학년 47.92, 3학년 43.74, 4학년 43.75 였다. 4단계 점수는 22.37, 22.98, 19.74였다. 4학년의 P(%)점수는 3학년보다 떨어지지 않았고, 4단계 점수는 감소하였 는데, 이는 윤리교육 효과에 대한 선행 연구결과와 같았다. 이와 같은 결과는 학생들의 자발적인 사례발표와 토론의 결과라 할 수 있다. 학생들이 가장 선호하는 윤리적 의사결정은 유형3(35.45%)이었다. 학생들이 실습에서 경험한 윤 리적 딜레마는 7개 항목으로 환자의 권리와 존엄성 손상, 치료와 간호 표준 불이행, 임종 준비와 죽음 순이었다. 본 연구는 학생들이 실습에서 경험하는 윤리문제를 스스로 분석하고 개방적인 토론을 하는 윤리교육에 대한 후속 연구 를 제언한다. This study examined the moral judgments and ethical decision-making and analyzed ethical dilemmas experienced in practice by nursing students. The data were collected using self-reported questionnaires and reports from 189 college students in their 2nd ~ 4th grades. Data collection period was from Nov 6th - 20th in 2012. Each grade’s P(%) scores were 47.92, 43.74, and 43.75 respectively.. For stage 4 score, each grade’s scores were 22.37, 22.98, and 19.74. This result shows that, compared to juniors, senior student’s P(%) scores did not drop and stage 4 scores rather decreased, which is in line with the results of previous studies about the effects of ethics education. This finding could be attributed to the regular and voluntary case presentations and discussions required for the senior participants. Regarding ethical decision-making type, the most favored was type 3(35.45%). Among seven categories of the ethical dilemmas facing the students, the most commonly reported was the patient’s rights and dignity, followed by practices based on nursing standards, arranging for dying patients. This study raises the need that the curriculum is revised to encourage student’s participation in the analysis of ethical issues they confront in the field.

        간호대학생의 생활습관, 월경불편감 및 대처방법간의 관계

        본 연구는 간호대학생의 생활습관, 월경불편감 및 대처방법 간의 관계를 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 2014년 11월 19일부터 12월 5일까지 K시 소재 K대학 재학 중인 여자 간호대학생 199명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson 상관계수로 분석하였다. 월경불편감은 2.7점으 로 78.2%가 호소하였다. 생활습관은 집중저하(r=-.17, p<.05), 행동변화(r=-.14, p<.05)와 음의 상관관계를, 휴식은 집중저하 (r=-.18, p<.05)와 음의 상관관계를 보였다. 음주는 월경불편감(r=-.19, p<.05), 집중저하(r=-.20, p<.05), 행동변화(r=-.18, p<.05), 부정적 정서(r=-.24, p<.05)와 음의 상관관계를 보였다. 월경불편감과 대처방법(r=.54, p<.001)은 양의 상관관계가 있 었다. 따라서 건강한 생활습관 형성으로 월경불편감 완화를 위한 교육과 월경불편감을 완화시키는 대처방법에 대한 중재프로그램 개발이 필요하다. The purpose of this study was to identify the relationships between life style, menstrual distress and coping method in nursing students. The survey was conducted with 199 nursing students at a nursing college in K city. Data were collected from November 19 to December 5, 2014, and analyzed using SPSS 18.0. Of the 197 respondents, 78.2% had menstrual distress and distress score was 2.7 on average. There was a significant negative correlation between life style and impaired concentration, life style and behavioral change, rest and impaired concentration. Alcohol was negatively correlated with menstrual distress, impaired concentration, behavial change, and negative affect. Positive correlation was observed between menstrual distress and coping. These results suggest that the development of educational program is needed to promote life style and thereby provide effective interventions for menstrual distress in college students.

        베트남 결혼이주여성의 문화적응 스트레스와 자녀양육효능감의 관계에서 배우자 지지의 영향

        Purpose: To identify the effects of spousal support on the relationship between acculturative stress and sense of parenting competence among married Vietnamese immigrant women. Methods: The sample for this study consisted of 175 married Vietnamese immigrant women in Gyeongsangnam-do. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, Pearson correlations, and hierarchical multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 23.0. Results: (a) sense of parenting competence was negatively correlated with acculturative stress, whereas a positive correlation was observed with spousal support; (b) spousal support mediated the relationship between acculturative stress and sense of parenting competence. Conclusion: Results of the study suggest that spousal support decreases the negative effects of acculturative stress on sense of parenting competence. Therefore, we need to find ways to strengthen spousal support for married Vietnamese immigrant women.

        전담간호사의 감성지능과 셀프리더십이 직무만족에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: This study aimed to identify the effects of emotional intelligence and self-leadership on job satisfaction among physician assistant nurses. Methods: The participants were 146 physician assistant nurses working at two university hospitals. Data were collected from August 1-September 31, 2020 and analyzed through t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson correlation, and hierarchical regression analysis using SPSS/WIN version 26.0. Results: Factors affecting job satisfaction were self-leadership (β=.30, p=.003), “less than 1 year of experience as a physician assistant nurse” (β=.27, p=.025), and emotional intelligence (β=.25, p=.007), and the explanatory power was 34.4% (F=6.03, p<.001). Conclusion: Our study shows that self-leadership and emotional intelligence play a significant role in the job satisfaction of physician assistant nurses; thus, strengthening these two factors is crucial to improve the nurses’ job satisfaction. The results of this study may serve as basic data for the development of strategies to enhance job satisfaction among physician assistant nurses.

        간호대학생의 공감능력과 인권감수성이 다문화수용성에 미치는 영향

        Objectives: The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of empathy ability and human rights sensitivity on multicultural acceptance among nursing students. This study is a correlation study that tests the relationship between variables. Methods: The sample for this study consisted of 186 nursing students from two universities in two cities in Gyeongnam, Korea. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire from August 27 to September 9, 2018. The questionnaire included empathy ability, human rights sensitivity, and multicultural acceptance. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation and stepwise multiple regression with SPSS 23.0. Results: It was found that: (a) In this study, the mean value of empathy was 3.74 (±0.37), human rights sensitivity was 2.74 (±0.87), and multicultural acceptance was 4.31 (±0.61). (b) Multicultural a cceptance had a positive correlation with empathy ability (r=0.43, p<0.001), human rights sensitivity (r=0.44, p<0.001). (c) Factors influencing multicultural acceptance were identified as following; empathy ability (β=0.34, p<0.001), human rights sensitivity (β=0.32, p<0.001), and aging (β=-0.18, p=0.003) with 31.8% explanatory power. Conclusions: In this study, it was found that empathy ability and human rights sensitivity have positive effect on multicultural acceptance among nursing students, whereas aging has negative effect. Results may be useful in developing new strategies for enhancing multicultural acceptance. Further research is needed to develop programs that include these variables and to verify their effects.
