        지각운동능력이 조종능력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose was to not only investigate the difference between the pilot test groups but also to find out what influence the perception-motor ability has on the pilot test group and have concluded as follows. First, the outcome of the research about the difference between the pilot test groups was that the superior group had faster perception speed than the average group(p<.01). The superior and average group had a more broad eye-hand coordination than the inferior group. Also the superior group had a higher (faster) prediction time than both of the other two groups. The average group had higher prediction time than the inferior group(p<.001). Second, it has been found that to the pilot test group, the perception-motor ability affects the perception speed by 3.4%, eye-hand coordination by 6.6% and prediction time by 89.0%. A proposal for follow-up studies from the conclusion above would be, first, because the research was conducted upon subjects which were limited to university students attending the department of aeronautical science, it would be unreasonable to generalize the outcome of this study. Therefore a more broad range of subjects should be chosen for generalization. Secondly, along with these findings, it would be a more in-depth study if complex studies such as numerous variables physical fitness, body composition, the relation with anxiety which are expected to affect the outcomes of the pilot test, and the affects of psychological aspects on the outcome of the pilot test are conducted together.

      • B3-4 : 국내 항공사 운항부분의 조직특성과 조직공정성에 관한 연구

        항공사의 조직 구성원들은 그 다양성이 다른 여타의 조직 보다 더욱 다양하다고 할 수 있다. 항공사의 조직 구성원들을 분류하면 크게 네 가지로 구분할 수 있는데, 전문 영역이라고 할 수 있는 운항, 정비, 고객 서비스를 담당하는 고객 접점 업무부서와 직접적인 고객접점이 없는 관리, 행정, 마케팅 등으로 나눌 수 있을 것이다. 그 중 운항 부분은 실제 항공기의 안전운항을 담당하여 회사 안전도에 대한 고객의 만족도와 직접적인 영향을 주는 직종이라고 할 수 있다. 운항 승무원의 실수나 잘못된 판단은 재앙이라 할 정도의 큰 사고로 연결 될 수 있고, 이는 항공사의 브랜드 관리에 결정적인 결과를 초래할 수 있다. 앞으로 20년간 중국 및 아태 지역의 수요 증가와 미국 내의 고령 조종사 대거 은퇴 등으로 조종사 수요가 사상 최고로 급증할 것이라고 예측하고 있으며 미국 보잉사에 따르면 “향후 20년간 아시아 지역에서 18만 여명의 조종사, 중국에서만 7만 여명의 신규 조종사가 필요할 것으로 전망하고 있고 2029년까지 전 세계적으로 조종사 46만 6천 명이 필요할 것이며, 이는 연간 2만 3천 300명의 조종사가 필요하다.” 라고 언급하였다. 국내의 항공운송산업은 1969년 대한항공의 설립이래로 끊임없이 발전해왔으며, 1988년 아시아나항공의 설립으로 양대 항공사 체제로 발전하여 오다가 제주항공, 진에어, 에어부산, 이스타항공, 티웨이항공 등 다수의 저비용 항공사들이 설립되어 국내 항공운송산업을 성장시켜 오고 있다. 이에 따라 자연스레 항공기를 조종하는 조종사들의 수요도 끊임없이 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 게다가 최근 중국 항공운송산업의 폭발적인 성장으로 국내의 우수한 경력조종사를 공격적으로 채용함으로서 국내 항공사들의 조종사 부족 현상이 심화되고 있다. 중국의 몇몇 항공사들은 외국 조종사 채용을 위해 미국 노동통계국이 공개한 미국 주요항공사 소속 조종사들의 평균연봉 (13만 5000달러)의 2배에 달하는 연봉을 조건으로 제시하고 있기도 하다. 이러한 높은 연봉에도 불구하고 해외로 이직했던 조종사들이 중국 현지 문화와 운항환경에 적응을 하지 못하고 다시 국내 또는 제3국으로 가는 경우도 있다. 이 같은 현상은 조직특성, 근무조건, 조직몰입도, 조직공정성 등에 따라 조종사들이 느끼는 직무 만족에 영향을 주고 있다는 단서를 주고 있다. 조종사의 직무는 안전이라는 커다란 명제와 함께 하고 있다는 점에서 항공사 운항부분의 조직특성과 조직공정성을 연구하는 것은 항공 안전에 있어 매우 중요한 부분이라고 할 수 있다. 세계 항공운송 시장의 팽창과 함께 민항기 조종사 인력의 확충과 관리가 필요한 시점에서 본 연구는 국내 민간항공사 내의 조종사들이 느끼는 조직특성이 어떠한 지를 알아보고 이러한 조직특성이 조직공정성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 가를 파악하여 안전한 항공운항 환경을 개선하는데 연구의 목적이 있다고 할 수 있다.

        비행적성에 영향을 미치는 대학수학능력시험에 관한 연구

        The study is intended to help to select the pilot candidates with exceptional flight aptitude ability and to investigate the relationship between the results of the scholastic aptitude test and the flight aptitude. It is intended that the research will help to draw recommendations on the relevant fields of the scholastic aptitude test that is to be used to select the high caliber candidates with exceptional flight aptitude ability, to gauge the resulting effectiveness of its application and helping to revise the university’s syllabus accordingly. From the study, korean, mathematics, english grade and the flight aptitude test results have all shown to hold mutual relationship and through simple correlation analysis, it was discovered that mathematics and English are the two factors that affect the results of the flight aptitude test, with the extent of its impact graded in descending order of English, mathematics and Korean. Lastly, the logistic regression analysis have discovered that the mathematics grade has significant effect on the classification of the flight aptitude and non aptitude category groups, and English also has significant influence close to the 0.05 p-values. It is believed that should the findings of this study be considered as part of the selection process of the university applicants of the department of aeronautical science,making discovery of candidates of higher quality is expected.

        융복합 사회에서 민간 항공사 운항승무원의 조직몰입 결정요인 : 안전, 근무조건, 조직공정성을 중심으로

        본 연구는 운항 승무원의 삶의 질을 높이기 위한 방안마련을 위해 안전과 근무조건 및 조직공정성, 조직몰입 정도를 측정하고, 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 관련요인을 파악하기 위해 경로분석을 시행하였다. 2014년 11월 2일부터 3일까지 인천국제공항 및 김포국제공항을 운항하는 국내 7개 민간 항공사의 운항승무원 230명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 안전, 근무조건, 조직공정성, 조직몰입 등을 리커트 5점 만점으로 측정하여 신뢰도와 타당성 검정을 수행하였다. 경로모형의 적합도는 X2=88.424, p<0.001, df=48, X2/df=1.842, RMR=0.044, GFI=0.940, NFI=0.926, CFI=0.964, IFI=0.965로 나타났으며, 최종 연구모형에서 근무조건과 안전은 조직공정성과 조직몰입의 유의미한 영향요인으로 나타났다. 따라서 민간 항공사의 조직공정성과 조직몰입을 위해서는 안전을 강화하고 근무조건을 향상시키고 안전에 대한 노력을 강화해야 한다고 제시된다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the safety, working condition and the organizational commitment among crews members of airline companies in Korea. The data were collected from 230 employees of the a private airline company who gave their informed consent and completed a self-reported questionnaire in November, 2014. A structural equation model was established. The fitness of the hypothetical model was adequate (χ2=88.424, df=48, RMR=0.044, GFI=0.940, CFI=0.964, NFI=0.926, IFI=0.965). Analysis of the hypothetical model demonstrated that effects of safety, working condition were significantly correlated with organizational justice and organizational commitment. The results of this study indicate that it is necessary to develop a safety program and working condition to encourage better organizational commitment of the pilot, leading to a brighter future for domestic airline business.

        민간항공사 운항승무원의 피로 관련요인 - 근무조건, 작업강도, 보상만족, 조직몰입을 중심으로 -

        The purpose of this study was to investigate fatigue for airline flight crew. The variables for the study included working condition, intensity of work, compensation for satisfaction and organizational commitment. The data were collected from 230 employees of the airline flight crews who gave their informed consent and completed a self-reported questionnaire in November, 2013. A structural equation model was established and used to assess parameters such as working condition, intensity of work, compensation for satisfaction, organizational commitment, and fatigue. The fitness of the hypothetical model was adequate (Q(CMIN/ DF)=25.636, GFI=1.000, NFI=1.000, CFI=1.000, IFI=1.000, RMR=<0.001)Analysis of the hypothetical model demonstrated that the direct and total effects of working condition, intensity of work, and organizational commitment were significantly correlated with fatigue. The explanation power of the hypothetical model was 25.6%. The factors that influenced on the organizational commitment were working condition and compensation for satisfaction and the explanation power was 24.3%. The results of this study indicate that it is necessary to develop fatigue control program to enhance working condition, compensation for satisfaction, organizational commitment.

        학생조종사의 학업성취도가 비행적성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        Since the success of the first flight, vast advancements have been made to the aircrafts with recent developments incorporating highly complex mechanisms, placing greater emphasis on the competence of the pilot. Studies are currently being undertaken to effectively source the trainee pilots with the most ideal level of aptitude for aviation with an aim to optimise the selection process with focus on economy and time, while research into identifying the optimal human characteristics for aviation is being done. As part of the selection process, number of tests is arranged with focus on the individual competence, suitability for flight, health status, aptitude and intelligence with the results of the tests used as reference materials during the selection procedure. This study has investigated the effect the academic competence has on the aptitude for aviation amongst many other abilities of human beings and the findings show that higher levels of aptitude have been demonstrated by the students who have displayed academic excellence across all the courses with statistics pointing to a positive correlation between the two subjects. This supports the theory that students who are academically superior have higher probability of being found to possess greater level of flight aptitude. The outcome of the study iterates the fact that academic competence of the students should not be regarded lightly in the selection process. Based on the current study, it is believed that a research into determining the relationship between the SAT results, average yearly grade and flight aptitude will help identify the key factors in possessing high level of flight aptitude with greater certainty.

This study has been written after numerous studies have been conducted on the efficient selection process of pilot candidates attending the department of aeronautical science, hoping to select future caliber candidates with exceptional pilot aptitude abilities. In order to obtain variables related to pilot test, 12 variables were used and based on the students` physical fitness and the cardiopulmonary function that may ultimately decide the pilot test excellence group and the non-excellence group. Through t-test analysis, it was discovered that 4 variables had an effect on the classification of the pilot test group. Logistic regression analysis showed that flexibility, maximum heart beat, and PEI had significant influence on the classification of the pilot test excellence group and the non-excellence group.
