공유경제시대에서 도서관의 공유가치 실현을 위한 역할 도출에 관한 연구

이 연구는 공유경제의 특징과 편익 가치 등에 관한 이론적 논의와 검토과정을 통하여 공유경제가 가지는 잠재력과 가치를 분석하고, 도서관의 기능과 역할을 공유경제의 가치 측면에서 비교 분석하여 공유경제 환경에서 도서관의 역할을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 공유경제로부터 창출되는 가치를 경제적 가치, 사회적 가치, 커뮤니티 가치, 기술적 가치, 환경적 가치 등 5가지로 구분하여 공유경제의 잠재적 가치와 도서관의 역할, 기능, 가치가 유사함을 제시함으로써 이를 기반으로 공유경제시대에 도서관의 공유가치 실현을 위한 기능과 역할을 제시하였다. 연구 결과, 공유경제의 경제적 가치를 실현하는 도서관의 물건, 공간 공유, 사회적 가치를 실현하는 도서관의 지식정보서비스, 교육, 콘텐츠 공유, 커뮤니티 가치를 실현하는 도서관의 네트워크, 경험 재능 공유, 기술적 가치를 실현하는 신기술과 편리성의 공유, 그리고 환경적 가치를 실현하는 도서관의 친환경성으로 도출 및 제시하였다. The study aims to present function and role of the library in the age of sharing economy. For this purpose, through theoretical discussion and review of the characteristics and benefits of the sharing economy, the potential and value of a sharing economy were analyzed and the role of libraries was compared and analyzed in terms of the value of a sharing economy. In this study, the values created from the sharing economy were divided into five categories: Economic value, Social value, Community value, Technical value, and Environmental value, showing that the potential value of a sharing economy is similar to the role, function and value of a library. Based on this, it presented a function and role to realize the sharing value of a library in the era of a sharing economy.

도서관을 대피시설로 활용하는 방안에 대한 사서 인식 조사 연구

제3차 도서관종합발전계획에서는 도서관의 공식 및 비공식 사회적 안전공간 기능을 추진과제로 삼고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 도서관의 대피시설 지정여부 및 관련 서비스 현황, 재난 및 재해 대응 서비스에 대한 사서의 인지도, 인식 및 태도를 조사하였다. 이를 바탕으로 재난 및 재해 대응 서비스의 활성화 방향을 제안하고자 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 서비스 제공 주체인 사서들의 인식 개선이 필요하다. 둘째, 임시 또는 상시 등 공간적 측면에 대한 논의가 필요하다. 셋째, 재난 및 재해 관련 서비스 모델 개발이 요구된다. 넷째, 도서관의 사회적 안전공간 기능 수행의 실효성을 위해서는 행정부의 지원과 관리가 필수적이다. 다섯째, 사회적 대피처로서 도서관의 역할과 관련 서비스에 대한 가이드라인 개발 시에 개별 도서관과 사서들의 우려를 해소할 수 있는 구체적인 내용이 명시될 필요가 있다. In the third comprehensive library development plan, the formal and informal social safety space function of the library is used as a project. Therefore, this study investigated whether libraries were designated as evacuation facilities and related service status, and librarians' awareness, perception and attitude toward disaster and disaster response services. Based on this, it was intended to propose a direction to activate disaster and disaster response services. The research results are as follows. First, it is necessary to improve the perception of librarians who are the service providers. Second, discussions on spatial aspects, such as temporary or permanent, are needed. Third, development of disaster and disaster-related service models is required. Fourth, the administration's support and management are essential for the effectiveness of the library's function as a social safety space. Fifth, when developing guidelines for the role of libraries as social shelters and related services, specific details to address the concerns of individual libraries and librarians need to be specified.

도시재생 참여 주체로서 도서관의 역할에 관한 연구

도시재생사업에서 도서관은 기초생활인프라 중 하나로 필수적으로 고려되어야할 시설이다. 단순한 기초생활인프라로서의 의미를 넘어 도서관이 도시재생의 참여 주체로서 그 기능과 역할을 효과적으로 수행하기 위해서는 기존 도시재생 사업에서 도서관들의 역할 및 성격, 참여형태을 먼저 이해할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구는 도시재생사업 관련 전략계획의 내용에서 도서관과 관련된 내용을 조사하고, 도시재생 참여 주체로서의 도서관의 역할과 참여형태 차원에서 고찰하였다. 이를 통해 도시재생의 도서관이 향후 도시재생 참여 주체로서의 그 역할과 기능을 극대화할 수 있는 방향을 모색하고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 도시재생 내 도서관은 주거환경의 질 제고, 도시 활력증진, 생활밀착형 문화적·교육적·사회/복지적 역할, 지역 내 커뮤니티 허브로서의 역할이 기대되고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 또한, 도서관의 참여형태는 크게 지역·지리적 특화도서관, 다양한 서비스와 결합한 하이브리드 도서관, 지역사회 협력과 연계를 기반으로 한 도서관, 주민 참여를 기반으로 한 지역 커뮤니티 허브형 도서관으로 구분해 볼 수 있었다. 향후 도서관은 도시재생의 참여 주체로서 기대되는 5가지 역할을 바탕으로 보다 적극적인 역할 변화를 도모할 필요가 있다. 또한, 도서관이 도시재생 거점시설로서 그 역할을 성공적으로 수행하기 위해 도서관 서비스의 주체인 사서, 서비스, 프로그램 등에 대한 보다 세부적인 논의가 도시재생 계획 수립시에 필요할 것으로 보인다. Libraries are one of the essential living infrastructures in urban regeneration. Beyond its meaning as a basic living infrastructure, it is necessary to first understand the role, nature and forms of participation in existing urban regeneration projects in order for libraries to perform their functions and roles effectively as participants of urban regeneration. Therefore, this study investigates the contents related to libraries in the contents of the strategic plan related to urban regeneration projects, and considers them in terms of the role of the library and the form of participation. Through this, the city's library would seek to maximize its role and function as a participant in urban regeneration. As a result, the library in urban regeneration is expected to improve the quality of living environment, Urban vitality, culturally, educationally, socially/welfare role closely related to life, and the role of community as a hub. In addition, the types of library participation could be largely divided into regional and geographical libraries, hybrid libraries combined with various services, libraries based on community cooperation and linkage, and regional community hub libraries based on community participation. In the future, the library needs to promote a more active role change based on the five roles expected as participants in urban regeneration. In addition, more detailed discussions on librarians, services, and programs, which are the main subjects of library services, will be needed in developing urban regeneration plans in order for libraries to successfully fulfill their role as urban regeneration centers.

시대적 변화에 따른 경제·금융전문도서관 발전 방향 모색에 관한 연구 - 한국은행 도서관을 중심으로 -

본 연구는 국내에 경제·금융전문도서관을 대표하는 한국은행 도서관의 전반적인 운영현황 분석과 이용자 만족도 및 수요를 조사하고, 더불어 국내외 주요 도서관의 외부환경 변화에 따른 대응사례 조사하여 향후 경제·금융전문도서관의 발전 방향을 제안하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내외 주요 도서관 외부환경 변화 사례조사, 이용자 설문조사 등을 진행하였다. 그 결과, 향후 과제로 미래지향적 최첨단 도서관으로의 강화에는 스마트 시스템 도입, 일부 도서관 서비스의 로봇화, 시대상을 반영한 비대면 서비스 대응공간 등을, 경제금융인을 위한 특화된 서비스 제공에는 빅데이터 분석서비스 도입, 이용자 맞춤형 시스템 강화, SNS 커뮤니케이션 활성화 등을 제시하였다. 국내외 경제·금융 도서관과 협력 네트워크 구축으로는 클라우드 서비스, 유관기관 간 협력사업 유지 및 확대, 공유체계를 통한 국가 지식정보 망라적 수집 등을, 마지막으로 전문성 강화를 위한 정보서비스를 위해 특성화 장서 개발, 온라인을 활용한 참고 및 연구지원 서비스 확대, 발간물 원문 DB 구축 및 제공을 제안하였다. This study aimed to analyze the overall operation status of the Bank of Korea library representing the economic library in Korea, investigate user satisfaction and demand, and to propose a direction for the development of the economic library in the future. To this end, a case study was conducted on changes in the external environment of major libraries at home and abroad, and a user survey was conducted. As a result, the future tasks include introducing smart systems, robotics some library services, non-face-to-face service response spaces that reflect the times, introducing big data analysis services, strengthening user-tailored systems, and activating SNS communication. It proposed developing specialized libraries, online reference and research support services, and providing original DBs for publications to strengthen expertise, maintaining and expanding cloud services, maintaining and expanding cooperative projects, and collecting national knowledge and information.

이용계층 및 지역특성을 반영한 김포시 특화도서관의 발전방향 도출에 관한 연구

특화도서관의 설립이 가속화되고 있는 상황에서, 본 연구는 김포시 시립도서관 운영이 20년이 됨에 따라 김포시 지역별로 산재해 있는 특화도서관 전체의 체계를 재정립함으로써, 타 지역과 차별화할 수 있는 김포시 도서관만의 특화된 비전과 전략 설정을 목적으로 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 김포시 도서관의 운영상의 문제를 크게 3가지 관점에서 논의하였다. 먼저, 특화주제 선정의 문제점이다. 다음으로 특화자료이용의 문제이다. 마지막으로 실질적인 특화프로그램 미운영의 문제이다. 이러한 분석을 바탕으로 특화주제 발전 방향은 크게 3가지로 제안하였다. 첫째, 지역 콘텐츠 및 이용자 요구에 기반한 특화주제 선정이다. 둘째, 특화서비스 활성화 방안의 마련이다. 셋째로, 지역 내 특화네트워크를 강화하는 것이다. In the context of accelerating the establishment of specialized libraries, this study aims to reestablish the entire system of specialized libraries scattered by Gimpo City as the Gimpo City Library has been in operation for 20 years. It aims to establish a specialized vision and strategy. In this study, the operational problems of the Gimpo library were discussed from three perspectives. First, there is a problem in selecting a special theme. Next is the problem of using specialized materials. Lastly, it is a matter of not operating the actual specialized program. Based on this analysis, three directions for the development of specialized topics were proposed. First, the selection of specialized topics based on local content and user needs. Second, it is necessary to prepare a plan to activate specialized services. Third, local specialty networks should be strengthened.

공공도서관의 코로나 이후 지속가능한 운영 방향 모색 연구 - 제3차 도서관발전종합계획의 추진실적 및 시행계획 중심으로 -

현 코로나 시대 속에도 실제 도서관들은 어떠한 영향을 받고 있으며, 또 이를 극복하기 위한 방안들로 무엇을 계획하고 활동하고 있을까? 이러한 질문을 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 도서관발전종합계획 2020년도 시행계획 추진실적, 2021년도 시행계획 내 코로나 관련 동향을 분석하여 공공도서관들의 코로나에 따른 영향 및 변화, 코로나 대응 방향을 분석하고자 하였다. 2020년도 공공도서관들의 추진상의 문제점들은 크게 코로나19의 전염성으로 인한 도서관 휴관 또는 축소 운영, 예산 삭감 및 예산 한계, 이용자들의 관심 및 참여 저하 문제, 급격한 서비스 변화에 따른 인프라 한계 및 운영상의 한계 등으로 나타났다. 이러한 한계점에 대한 개선조치 및 향후 추진계획으로는 1) 비대면 프로그램 개발 및 제공, 2) 온라인 기반 서비스 개발 및 제공, 3) 정보자료 및 인프라 확대 및 안정화, 4) 수요 대응을 위한 예산 확충, 5) 코로나 대비 공간 마련, 6) 협업 확대 등으로 구분할 수 있다. 아울러 향후 공공도서관에서는 체계적으로 코로나19를 대응하기 위해서는 첫째, 하이브리드 형태의 프로그램과 서비스 운영, 둘째, 온라인 및 비대면 서비스를 위한 인프라 확보, 셋째, 예산 활용의 유연성 확보가 필요할 것으로 전망된다. How are real libraries affected and what are they planning and working on in the current coronavirus era? Based on these questions, the purpose of this study was to analyze the Corona-related trends based on the 2020 implementation plan of the Library Development Comprehensive Plan and the 2021 implementation plan, and to analyze the impact and changes of the libraries in the city and the direction of corona response. The problems in the 2020 municipal libraries are largely attributed to the closure or curtailment of libraries due to the epidemic of coronavirus, budget cuts and budget limits due to coronavirus, declining users' interest and participation, infrastructure limits due to rapid service changes and operational limitations. Furthermore, the improvement measures and future plans could be divided into 1) development and provision of non-face-to-face programs; 2) development and provision of online-based services; 4) expansion of budget for response to demand; 5) provision of space against corona; and other response directions. In addition, in order to systematically cope with coronavirus in the future, it is expected that first, hybrid-type programs and services, second, infrastructure for online and non-face-to-face services, and third, budget utilization flexibility will be required.

연성해석을 이용한 노즐조립체의 구조적 안전성 분석

본 연구는 다분야 물리계(Multi-physics)의 모델링 및 해석이 가능한 연성해석(Co-simulation)을 이용하여 연소시간동안 노즐조립체의 거동 분석 및 최대 작동 압력 하에서의 구조적 안전성을 판단하는 것에 목적이 있다. 멀티노즐을 사용하는 추진기관 시스템의 경우 연소시간 내 노즐의 거동은 추력 정렬에 영향을 미치게 되고, 이들에 의해 발생된 분력은 전체 로켓시스템의 자세제어에 큰 영향을 미치게 된다. 따라서 기존의 해석방법인 최대 작동 압력 하에서 노즐조립체의 구조적 안전성 분석뿐이 아닌 연소시간동안 노즐조립체의 거동분석 및 이에 대한 해석방법의 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 삭마가 거의 없는 노즐목 재료를 적용한 노즐조립체에 대하여 유동-열-구조해석(Fluid-Thermal-Structure Analysis)을 연성해석으로 수행하여 그 거동을 분석하고, 여러 분야의 연성해석 중 가장 효율적인 해석방법을 제안하고자 한다. In this paper, Co-simulation which can analyze multi-physics is used to determine whether nozzle assembly is safe or not as structure during burning time. The movement of nozzle in propulsion system using multi-nozzle can make side forces which influence to attitude control of whole missile system. Thus, this paper contains the result of Fluid-Thermal-Structure Analysis for nozzle assembly with the almost non-erosion nozzle throat. In addition, the effective analysis method is suggested in this paper.

다공질 복합재의 기밀특성에 관한 해석적 연구

본 논문은 다공성(porous)의 섬유강화복합재(Fiber Reinforced Plastics, FRP)를 소재로 한 연소관과 단열고무(Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer, EPDM) 간 미접착 영역의 진전특성을 해석적으로 모사하였다. 그 해석방법으로 미접착 구간을 모델링 후 틈새(gap) 유압(fluid pressure)을 임의로 부여하는 정적해석과, 미접착 구간의 유동을 모델링 후 틈새 유압과 벌어짐의 상호작용을 반영한 유동-구조 연성해석(Fluid-Structure Interaction, FSI)을 수행한 후 그 결과를 비교하였다. 또한 동일한 방법으로 비다공성(non-porous) 연소관에 대한 해석을 수행하여 복합재 연소관의 다공성에 따른 미접착 특성을 비교하였다. In this paper, analytical simulations of debonding propagation characteristics for FRP/EPDM interface is performed. Static analysis is based on modeling the debonding region under artificial gap fluid pressure. FSI analysis is additionally accomplished with modeling the inner/outer/interlayer fluid. Moreover, the results that porus vs. non porus composite motor case with boundary and load conditions is simulated are compared.
