This empirical study was performed to verify the balanced scorecard(BSC) model which has been applied by a lot of domestic and foreign global corporations would be utilized in regional public hospitals that overcome their own business troubles. As the analysis of the relationship between financial performance and performance indicators in BSC, the hypotheses and BSC model were adapted in the verified former study, the survey, the factor analysis, the regression analysis, and path analysis. First, the compensation for gains in learning and growth are directly related to the internal process efficiency, but the job fitness and the education don``t have any connection with the internal process efficiency. Second, the compensation for gains in learning and growth are concerned with the customer satisfaction, such as the price satisfaction, the quality satisfaction, the medical service satisfaction, and the public information service satisfaction. However, the job fitness only are related to the medical service satisfaction and the public information service satisfaction. Besides, the education doesn``t have any causal relationship between the customer satisfaction of performance indicators. Third, the job improvement activities in the internal process efficiency have a causal relationship with all of performance indicators in the customer satisfaction. On the other hand, the application of automatic control system in the internal process efficiency is related to the quality satisfaction and the public information service satisfaction. Forth, the job improvement activities in the internal process efficiency are concerned with the operating income to sales ratio in financial performance, but the automatic control system has no influence on the financial performance(return on sales, ROS). Fifth, the customer satisfaction doesn``t affect on the financial performance(ROS). As a result, employees in regional public hospitals who are influenced on compensation for gains in learning and growth is given rise to enthusiasm for their work. The internal process efficiency is directly affected by the learning and growth and also have the causal relationship with the financial performance.
고전적인 4차 룬게-쿠타 방법을 이용한 피킹 스위치 수치 해석

A peaking switch plays a crucial role reducing the rise time of the high voltage output pulse from the Blumlein pulse forming line. An equivalent circuit in which the peaking switch is modelled as a series combination of inductor and resistor in parallel with a capacitor, is used to generate the output voltage waveform and to numerically analyze how much the rise time of the output voltage pulse changes at various conditions under the assumption that the input voltage is a Gaussian pulse whose rise time is ∼5 ns. Simultaneous ordinary differential equations for variables such as arc current, resistance, and output voltage, are derived from the equivalent circuit, and solved by the classical forth-order Runge-Kutta method. Simulation results show that the rise time can be extremely reduced up to 425 ps at a pressure of 17 atm.

Recently, the dependence of the electric energy is increased in accordance with a growth of industry. Therefore, scientific investigation is needed for the security of electrical safety and the judgement of accident causes. Accordingly, this paper consist of the analysis for the carbonization patterns of phenolic resin and the mechanism. As the follows, spider-legs as a carbide are generated around the rods, when the electric current flows on the surface of phenolic resin. The IR absorption peak generated by the thermal effects is appeared at about 1720㎝?¹. As the case of Joule's heat, the crystal of a carbide is generated because of the rarefied oxygen. It's estimated that the formation of carbonization conductivity as the currents are easily flowed.

In this result, the employees in Regional Public Hospitals who have the will to work and motivation to work which were induced by the learning and growth in adequate compensation, service training influence on internal process elevation and customer satisfaction. Also internal process elevation influence on customer satisfaction but financial results in partly. Therefore using the BSC theory in Regional Public Hospitals is proper effectively with detail investigation. we have to confirm whether BSC model is fitted for general public hospital. And we have to conduct the study results that include the valid outcome or outcome index, when we apply to BSC model. Particularly, if we survey directly customers satisfaction, we can elevate the creditability of study apply BSC model.
나선형 블룸라인 PFL을 이용한 50 ns 펄스폭의 고전압 펄스 발생

A high voltage pulse generator based on the Blumlein pulse forming line (PFL) was fabricated to produce a voltage pulse whose peak value is ∼300 kV and pulse duration is ∼50 ns. Three cylindrical electrodes, such as inner, middle, and outer electrodes, are concentrically placed to make a compact PFL. To increase the pulse duration of the output pulse without any change of the size of the generator, the middle electrode is replaced by a helical strip electrode. To determine the radius of the helical electrode, the impedance of the helical Blumlein PFL is calculated using an approximate formula where the dispersive property of the helical Blumlein PFL is not considered. The dependence of the impedance on the frequency is computed by a commercial program. The number of turns in the helical electrode is decided to provide a demanded pulse duration. The experimental result shows that the helical Blumlein PFL is capable of making a high voltage pulse of ∼50 ns pulse duration.

A triaxial Blumlein pulse forming line has been designed to generate a pulse whose voltage is ∼300 ㎸, pulse duration is ∼5 ㎱, and rise time is ∼500 ㎰. It turns out, however, that the rise time of the pulse becomes much longer than 500 ㎰ due to parasitic inductances and capacitances existing inside the system. A peaking switch has been developed to shorten the rise time of the pulse from Blumlein pulse forming line. In the peaking switch, a wedge-shaped dielectric material (MC 901 nylon) is employed to surround the electrode on the antenna side. This shape inhibits an abrupt change of the output impedance, thereby minimizing the reflection of the output pulse. Experimental results show that the peaking switch is capable of improving the rise time of the pulse at a level of 500 ㎰.

Purpose: To assess the role of OR in treatment of AAA patients, we reviewed the indications and our current results of OR of AAA. Methods: We retrospectively investigated the database of 366 patients (mean age, 68.3±8.7 years, male 86%) who underwent open surgical (n=291, 80%) or endovascular treatments (n=75, 20%) of AAA in a tertiary referral center between Sep. 2003 to Aug. 2010. Treatment-related morbidities and mortality rates within 30 days were investigated according to the indications for treatment, clinical features, anatomic location, and underlying causes of AAA. Results: According to the location of AAA, we treated 343 (94%) infrarenal, 17 (5%) juxtarenal and 6 (2%) suprarenal AAAs. Underlying causes of AAA were degenerative (90%), infected (3%), inflammatory (3%), Marfan’s syndrome (2%), and vasculitis (0.5%). Clinically, 338 (92%) were non-ruptured and 28 (8%) were ruptured AAAs. 75% of patients were treated with OR after the inception of reimbursement of aortic device while 25% of patients were treated with EVARs. The operative mortality rates of OR was 0.4% in patients with non-ruptured infrarenal AAA, 0% in patients with non-ruptured juxta- and suprarenal AAA and 21.4% in ruptured AAA patients. Conclusion: In an era of endovascular treatment of AAA, we have experienced excellent surgical results after OR in patients with non-ruptured AAA with various clinical features. Though EVAR is rapidly replacing OR in treatment of infrarenal AAAs, OR has its own role in treatment of AAA patients with unfavorable conditions for EVAR. The role of OR should not be underestimated.
