        해서탈춤의 장애 풍자

        노범섭 한국장애학회 2023 한국장애학 Vol.8 No.2

Talchum, the dance performed with masks on, is a highly familiar cultural practice for Koreans. Haeseo Talchum, which appeared in the late Joseon Dynasty, is a form of mask dance that conveys the struggles of the oppressed and marginalized classes, satirizing the societal conditions. Haeseo Talchum is recognized for its exceptional artistic merit, encompassing renowned performances like Bongsan talchum, Gangnyeong talchum, and Eunyul talchum. In Haeseo talchum, the ruling class, known as the yangban, are portrayed as disabled individuals. Through masks, they satirize yangban, the aristocrats, mocking them for their actual physical disabilities, such as limping. The satire of disabled yangban shown in Haeseo Talchum starts from making masks grotesquely. The disabilities of yangban are mostly represented through masks. This is a satirical portrayal of disabilities. Rather than falling into pessimism or despair about their disabilities, they choose to view their disabilities in an accepting light, seeing them "as they are." Not only that, they do not show any self-destruction or belittlement about their disabilities. Furthermore, their perspective on their own disabilities leads to the active affirmation of their qualities and characteristics. This transcends the discourse that views disabilities solely as physical deficiencies. Talchum, encompassing masks, dialogue, dance, and rhythm, creates a paradigm that rejects discrimination and marginalization.

대두 Bowman - Birk 형 Protease Inhibitor 들의 품종간 비교

김수일,이홍석,노범섭 한국농화학회 1989 Applied Biological Chemistry (Appl Biol Chem) Vol.32 No.2

Bowman-Birk type protease inhibitors of soybeans were purified with gel filtration on Sephadex G-75. Significant differences were found in the content and in the electrophoretic patterns of the purified protease inhibitors. Ten among fourteen electrophoretic bands appeared as protease inhibitors. The chymotrypsin and trypsin inhibiting activities in soybeans showed three and four fold variation respectively. And the cultivars with higher chymotrypsin inhibiting activities seemed to have higher cysteine contents.
