The study has the purpose of figuring out the effect of windsurfing instructor`s coaching style on flow experience and perceived performance. The study conducted statistical analysis of one way ANOVA, multiple regression analysis and others on 250 subjects who had windsurfing education at a windsurfing training center in Seoul after collecting data based on instructor behavioral scale, flow experience and perceived performance satisfaction scale. The results are as follow: First, there were no statistically significant difference in leadership style, flow level and perceived satisfaction depending on sex and income level of windsurfing participants. Second, windsurfing instructor`s leadership style showed no statistically significant difference on cognitive commitment whereas autocratic coaching which is a subgroup of a leadership style showed a negative effect on behavioral commitment. Finally, out of leadership styles, training and coaching showed a positive effect on social satisfaction, cognitive satisfaction, physiological satisfaction and social support coaching showed a positive effect on cognitive satisfaction, educational satisfaction, rest satisfaction, physiological satisfaction, Also, democratic coaching showed a positive effect on aesthetical satisfaction.

This study from December 2010 to February 2011 in Gyeonggi-do University of H, S University of educated college students were participating in class. Modvation for a total of 236 questionnaires from the 13-part questions, goal orientation and 12 questions, lesson satisfaction four items, two items consist of exercise adherence results were as follows: First, the liberal ski Participation goal orientation effects on motivation in the learning task orientation B=.330, t=3.609, fun B=.149, t=2.090, B=.334, and learning from his disposition, t=3.211 a statistically significant influence. Second, the liberal goal orientation and class satisfaction of participants in skiing impact on task orientation at the facility satisfies B=.293, t=2.253, a leader in satisfying task orientation B=.236, t=2.018, magnetic inclination B=-.152, t=-2.109 with a statistically significant influence. Third, the liberal ski lessons satisfaction of participants impact on exercise adherence facility satisfies B=.174, t=2.422, leaders satisfy B=.479, t=5.992 with a statistically significant influence.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the leisure consumer Behavior based on the characteristic of the water-skiing participants. Data collection consisted of 233 water-skiing participants a convenience sampling method. Exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were utilized for data analysis using SPSS WIN 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. The conclusions of this study were as follow: First, this sensation seeking tendency according to gender of water-skiing participants affected the leisure consumption tendency. Second, sensation seeking tendency according to length of participating period of water-skiing participation affected the leisure consumption tendency. Third, sensation seeking tendency according to frequencies of water-skiing participation affected the leisure consumption tendency. The results indicate that personal characteristics for participating in water-skiing are important factors to affect the sensation seeking tendency and leisure consumption tendency of water-skiers.

The purpose of this study is to clarify how kinetic emotion, kinetic immersion and kinetic satisfaction of water-skiing Participants influence on each other. The population for this study was organized by purposive sampling method, with water-skiing group members who use the private-running facilities in Yangpyeong and Gapyeong on a regular basis from May to August of 2012. 290 responded the survey out of the 320 sampling target, and 282 answers were used for actual analysis except for 8 who are considered insincere or missed out several questions. Valid ones from collected data were statistically treated using SPSS 18.0 program, of which results are the follows. Firstly, for the differences among kinetic emotion, kinetic immersion and kinetic satisfaction according to individual properties, significant differences were appeared in pride and achievement emotions for each sex group; interest and pride emotions for each age group; interest and achievement emotions for each educational group; and interest and pride emotions for each participation-number group. Secondly, the kinetic emotion of water-skiing Participants has significantly influenced on kinetic immersion. Thirdly, kinetic immersion of water-skiing Participants significantly influenced on kinetic satisfaction. Fourthly, the kinetic emotion of water-skiing Participants significantly influenced on kinetic satisfaction.
