프로농구 관중 특성에 따른 경기장 이벤트 유형별 선호도와 만족도 분석

본 연구는 프로농구 관중들의 특성에 따른 경기장 이벤트 유형별 선호도와 만족도를 파악하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 대상은 2004~2005 시즌 총 8개 구단 홈구장의 직접 관람자를 대상으로 하였으며 총 1,028부의 자료를 수집하여 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 각 응답 내용을 코드화 한 뒤 Window용 한글 SPSS version 12.0을 이용하여 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 빈도분석, 분산분석, 일원변량분석, t-검정을 실시하였다. 이와 같은 절차를 통하여 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 이벤트 선호도와 이벤트 만족도에는 유의한 차이가 있었다. 여성은 항목별 유의한 차이가 없는 반면, 남성은 치어리더와 경품 선호도가 높았으며, 이벤트 만족도는 여성 관람객이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 관람자 특성에 따른 이벤트 선호도와 이벤트 만족도에는 유의한 차이가 있었다. 관람 빈도가 높을수록 응원에 대한 선호도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 연고지에 따른 이벤트 선호도는 응원과 경품 요인은 창원이, 치어리더 요인은 원주에서 선호도가 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 이벤트 만족도는 원주지역 관람자들이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 이벤트 유형에 따른 이벤트 만족도는 모두 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 경품 요인이 만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to analysis stadium events preference and its satisfactions of professional basketball spectators. The subject of the research have been selected from the actual spectators of 2004 ~ 2005 Season total of 8 professional basketball teams. Total of 1,082 surveys used convenient quota sampling method. The data had been coded for data processing and SPSS Windows Version 12.0 had been used to analyze factor analysis, reliability analysis, frequency analysis, one-way ANOVA, t-test. First, as statistical research follows it showed different pattern which was depends on age group and sexual distinction Compared to male and female spectator, male spectator it showed higher preference of cheerleader performance and giveaways. The majority age group of spectator: teenagers and 20's showed mainly preference of giveaways. In age group who were 30's and above showed high elevation for cheerleader performance. For teenagers had shown the highest advantage for event and relatively for 20's it's promotion showed low. Second, preference per event type with regards to viewing frequency showed meaningful significance. There was no significance between cheerleader entertainment and gifts. In case of cheering, preference was high, and the viewing frequency was high compared with those who are low in participation of viewing the game. Intention to watch the game again showed higher values for spectators with high viewing frequency. Finally, with regards to geographical location, statistically it showed different appreciation for the event performance and giveaways.
수상스키 참가자의 운동정서, 운동몰입, 운동만족에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to clarify how kinetic emotion, kinetic immersion and kinetic satisfaction of water-skiing Participants influence on each other. The population for this study was organized by purposive sampling method, with water-skiing group members who use the private-running facilities in Yangpyeong and Gapyeong on a regular basis from May to August of 2012. 290 responded the survey out of the 320 sampling target, and 282 answers were used for actual analysis except for 8 who are considered insincere or missed out several questions. Valid ones from collected data were statistically treated using SPSS 18.0 program, of which results are the follows. Firstly, for the differences among kinetic emotion, kinetic immersion and kinetic satisfaction according to individual properties, significant differences were appeared in pride and achievement emotions for each sex group; interest and pride emotions for each age group; interest and achievement emotions for each educational group; and interest and pride emotions for each participation-number group. Secondly, the kinetic emotion of water-skiing Participants has significantly influenced on kinetic immersion. Thirdly, kinetic immersion of water-skiing Participants significantly influenced on kinetic satisfaction. Fourthly, the kinetic emotion of water-skiing Participants significantly influenced on kinetic satisfaction.
