        지방도시의 주택수급에 관한 사례적 연구

        2008년에 발생한 세계적 금융위기는 우리나라의 경제에 심각한 영향을 초래하였고 건설시장도 이를 피해갈 수는 없었다. 2009년 토지공사와 주택공사가 LH공사로 통합하는 과정에서는 재정상의 이유로 공사 내 구조조정을 단행하면서 두 기관이 그동안 추진해 왔던 주택건설 사업을 대대적으로 축소하였다. 주택건설시장에서 이 2가지의 대형 악재는 그동안 꾸준히 주택이 공급되던 주택시장에 커다란 파급효과를 초래하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 우리나라 대표적인 지방도시를 대상으로 주택수요와 공급현황을 알아보고 저소득층을 중심으로 주택공급의 안정화 방안을 찾아보고자 하였다. 연구의 대상지역은 전라북도 지역을 중심으로 하였으며 연구방법은 도서, 논문, 통계자료를 활용한 이론적 고찰과 중소도시를 중심으로 현지조사와 실질적 내용의 조사를 수행하여 진행하였다.

        섬진강 상류 지역의 민가건축에 관한 연구 -평명유형을 중심으로-

        This study aims to find the characteristics of the folk houses in the upper area of Seomjin river in the view point of generating housing floor plans by their human and natural elements of environment. Because they are formed differently as them and have the characteristics as the houses in the upper area of Seomjin river. Seomjin river flows from mid-west area of the Korean peninsula to the southern sea. This is about 212.3km long and the fourth in the south of the Korean peninsula. It is surrounded high mountains in the upper area and makes open field in the mid and lower area of river. The study is surveyed and analyzed to the folk houses of the middle and lower class people in the area of Seomjin river. Because they have been formed by their natural and human elements of environment gradually. They are 35 houses - 13 in Jinan-kun, 4 in Imsil-kun, 10 in Namwon city, 10 in Sunchang-kun. They are analyzed by their floor plans and their spatial relations. The result of this study is that they are made by their natural and human elements of environment. There are some houses with semi-several wings and with storage that are appeared in the mountain village. It reflects that they are surrounded by high mountains. And there are some houses with wooden floor room that are appeared in the area of river little in the area of mountain. To prevent wind from the river the houses are layouted as a form . open ㄴ type, open ㄷ type, and their wall is made of stone and planted bamboo trees around their houses.

        전주한옥마을 주거건축 평면의 특징에 관한 연구

        This study aims to classify and find the characteristics of the housing floor plan by their spatial organization, the condition of use, the process of changes in Jeonju Hanok Village. To carry out this study, first the 534 in 779 housings in this village are investigated, and finally 55 of them are investigated and analyzed. They are surveyed and investigated from November in 2008 to January in 2010. The followings are as conclusions; The prototype of housing floor plan in this village is consisted of the main room in the middle part with the toimaru (wooden veranda), kitchen and meoribang (the room that is located back or the side of the main room) and kennen-bang (the room that is located the side of main room) in it's house. They are generated and changed on the basis of this type. The floor plans of the housings in Jeonju Hanok Villages are classified and characterized as the type of original floor plan house (original type), that of semi foreign house with the Korean style by the Japanese style or modern style, that of the house for rent a room or two rooms or one family, that of the house which mixed with commercial function and that of etc. They are generated by the social and economic condition of that period. And they will be studied with the life style of residents.

        표준 점수법을 응용한 주거환경 수준 측정에 관한 연구

        The residence environment is the basis and the receptacle of daily lives and activitives. It influences on the formation of mans personality as an artificial environment. This study aims to analyze the residence environment level of the some local cities by using the Z-score method and to propose a higher residence environment. The elements of measurement in this study are determined by the general methodology. The results are as followings: 1. The residence environment level of Yeosu and Mokpo is high, that of Andong and Kyeongsan is low in this study. The ratio of road paving is the most related element in the correlation analysis. 2. The ratio of sewage supply is low compared with the scale of the dwelling area. So the sanitation environment should be improved. 3. In this correlation analysis on the residence pattern, the ratio of a single detached house is more positive than that of a multi-family house. So the single detached house pattern will be desirable in the residence environment.

        고도보존지구의 빈집 변화추이와 활용방안에 관한 연구 - 전라북도 금마고도보존지구 중심으로 -

        본 연구는 중소도시지역 농촌마을의 빈집현황을 알아보고 이에 대한 활용방안을 강구하는 목적으로 진행되었다. 특히특수한 조건이 주어졌을 때 빈집의 변화가 어떻게 일어나는지를 알아보기 위하여 고도보존지구이면서 중소도시인 익산시 금마면을 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구를 진행하기 위하여 고도보존지구가 지정되기 이전인 2013년 1차 조사를 실시하였으며 고도보존지구로 지정된 이후인 2017년 1월에 재조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 2013년 142동으로 나타났던 빈집은 현재 46동으로 감소하였고, 이는 정부의 지원이 있었기 때문으로 추정되며 계속 감소하는 추세를 보이고 있다. 빈집의 용도나 노후도, 구조, 재료, 색채, 지붕, 담장과 같은 건축적 내용은 2013년과 2017년 거의 유사하게 나타나고 있다. 빈집의 용도는 주거시설, 창고, 상업시설순으로 나타나고 있으며 빈집 발생 원인으로는 거주자의 이주, 사망, 관리의 어려움이 순차적으로 나타나고 있다. 빈집 소유주의 활용의사에 있어서 매매계획이 1순위로 나타났으며, 신축계획, 리모델링이 그 뒤를 이었다. 빈집의 활용방안을 제안한다면 임대, 마을커뮤니티시설로 활용, 빈집은행에서 관리하는 방안이 있을 것이다. 빈집은 농촌마을의 경관저해요소로 이러한 활용방안을 통해 농촌마을의 경관을 향상시킬 수 있도록 하여야 할 것이다. This study aims to find out the change trend of the existing vacant houses in the small and medium sized farming city. And the using method of those houses is proposed in this paper. Especially to find out the change trend ratio of vacant houses in the case, the historic conservation area - Keumma village is selected as the research target area. To carry out this study, it was surveyed in 2013 when they were not designated as the special area first. And it is reviewed in 2017 when it is designated. The contents of the survey were their use, old age, structure, materials, color, roof of the main building and wall. they were surveyed by direct and interview survey. And thew were analyzed and synthesized. It is concluded that the 142 vacant houses in 2013 were declined 46houses in 2017. It is caused by the government support. And they will be declined continuously. The architectural statues of vacant houses between in 2013 and in 2017 are almost same in it’s use, old age, structure, materials, color, roof of the main building and wall. In the use ratio of the vacant houses that of residence is most high, and that of warehouses, commerce are followed in turn. The reason of that statues is moving out is the first and the death of house holder, the difficulty of managing are followed. As the their re-use plan of owners, the selling is the first, constructing new buildings and the renovation them are followed. As the method of their use, re-use, community facilities, managing in the vacant houses bank are proposed. As the vacant houses are the reason of bad elements in the rural landscape in the farm village, the method of its improvement will be carried out.

        대학교 기숙사 건축에 있어서 장애인 시설의 실태와 개선추이에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to minimize physical obstacles, to propose how we can improve them, andto get the basic information to establish the welfare policy for handicapped students in the university dormitory by studying and analyzing actual conditions of existing facilities and its improving transition which provide most important living accommodation to university students. To carry out this study, they have been surveyed 10 Universities in Korea as a case study which 1university in Seoul & Kyunggi province, 2 universities in Chungchung province, 5 universities in Jeolla province and 2 universities in Kyungsang province. And they have been studied in relation to the law, theory of the architectural planning & design, and general onsideration about handicapped people. As a result the checklist about the facilities was made. The term of survey was in August 2001 and in September 2004. It is concluded that most of universities which have been surveyed were equipped with good facilities for general students without regards for handicapped people at that time. As you can see the result of this research, the facilities of boarding house for handicapped people are very scanty in many universities. So they must be required facilities for handicapped people in the stage of architectural programming, the process of designing the dormitory facility.
