格技選手들의 基礎體力에서 敏捷性에 關한 實驗的 硏究 : 柔道와 Boxing選手를 中心으로

In order to fundamental study on agility of physical fitness of Judo and Boxing in the Martial Arts were determined in forty-five Judoman and thirty-seven Boxer's who are amateur sportsmen in Korea. The results obtained were summarized as follows: 1. The anthropometric data of body composition in subjects of Judoman and Boxer's were excellent, when compared those of data were better than normal Koreans of same age group. 2. The average value of Burpee test score of Judoman was tend to be higher than Boxer's, and that of Zigzag run test score of Boxer's was tend to be fast than Judoman. 3. There was statistically significant of difference in the special ability between right and left dominant handness. The relationship between hand dominant and special agility in Judoman were 77.8% (28/36) of consistency in the right dominant handiness with right side and that of 55.6% (5/9) in the left handiness with left side. In the cases of Boxer's were 68%(17/27) of consistency in right dominant handiness with right side and that of 90%(9/10) in left handiness with left side. 4. There are statistically significant level of difference of the agility test score on the sports career between under 4 years and over 4 years in Judoman and Boxer's. 5. The correlation coefficients among the % Fat of body weight and score of Side step test was r = -0.557(p < 0.01) and that of score of Zigzag run test was r = +0.412 (p < 0.01), respectively.

The aim of this study is to examine the injury of Aikido players. The subject was 37 Aikido major students of Korea Yudo College and 18 Aikido players of Wiryae Commercial High School. The results of the individual examination and questionaire are as follows. 1) The Period of Aikido career was usually from 1 to 3 years. The distribution according to Dan was highest in the first dan, black belt. 2) The injury condition according to the part was in the order of knee(2/cases, 16.4%), foot(17cases, 13.28%), ankle(16cases, 12.5%), shoulder, hand(respectively 12cases, 9.37 %). This proves that player most frequently get injury on the lower parts of body. 3) The number of injury according to the technique was in the order of breakfall (39cases, 30.4%), chop kick(29cases, 22.65%), defense(8cases, 6.25%), and fan- lock(7cases, 5.46%). 4) The treatment method of injury was in the order of self-treatment(89 cases, 69.53%), treatment by the coach(22cases, 17.18%), and treatment by the medical doctor(17 cases, 13.28%). 5) The situation at the time of injury was in the order of practice (116cases, 90.62%), competition(12cases, 9.37%). 6) The cases of injury was in the order of lack of practice (being unskilled, 29cases, 22.65 %), lack of warming up exercise(19cases, 14.84%), excessive adhesion to victory(15cases, 11.7%), bad condition of the mats and overstrain(14cases, 10.93%), and overconfidence in one's ability(13cases, 10.15%). 7) The period of treatment was in the order of 2 to 3 weeks(58cases, 45.31%), and less than 1 week (49cases, 38.28%). 8) The motivation of injury was in the order of inevitability(25cases, 45.45%), carelessness(20cases, 36.36%). 9) The phupical Condition at the time of injury was in the order of usual condition (25cases 45.45%), bad condition (20cases, 36.36%). 10) the weather at the time of injury was in the order of cloudy(30cases, 54.54%), fine(15cases, 27.27%), and rain(4cases, 10.90%). Summing up, to prevent injury the use of protectors full course of warming-up exercise, and right attitude of mine are necessary.
한·일 대학유도선수의 체력 비교연구 : 용인대·동해대 선수를 중심으로

The main concern of the study was to compare the difference of body composition, physical fitness and motor ability along with individual skills and injuries caused by practice, between maie judo players of Yongin, and ?? Donghae Universities, who represent Korea and Japan. The sample size were 36 males from Yongin university in Korea and 67 from Donghae University in Japan. Questionaire survey was appiled for the investigation, which contained 13 items for the knowledge and attitudes toward Judo, 13 items for body composition, and 11 items for physical fitness and motor ability. The analysis of data yielded the following results. (1) Seoinage was the most favorite individual skill in both schools, however nage was adapted very frequently by 40% of Yongin University players, and 20% of Donghae University players. (2) Among some of the players who were away from practices about 1 month because of injuries, shoulder was the most common part caused injuries with 41%, and elbow the next with 30% in Yongin University, which meanes the mostly upper arm injury, however, 45% on knee and 23% on shoulder in Donghae University. (3) Big difference were not found between the two schools in body composition, however, Donghae University was slightly better in neck, chest upper arm. (4) Donghae University showed better records in muscle strength, grip strength, bench press, and running, but flexibility was higher in Yongin University.
