This study analyses the mediating effect of business strategy on the relationship of internal marketing and business performance of hotel corporations. According to the result, both differential strategy and low price strategy of hotel corporations have mediating effects on the balanced performance financial, customer, internal process and learning and growth perspectives. This result supports suggestions from current research that internal marketing is a key factor of business performance and also suggest that interaction of internal marketing and strategy are related in the process of achieving business performance. Therefore, hotel corporations recognize the importance of internal market concept where competence of employees is regarded as a source of competition superiority and consider internal marketing as the strategic tool for management. The analysis result in terms of balanced performance propose various research hereafter that involve diverse performance indices and strategy variables for business performance area of hotel corporations.

This study analyzes the structural relationships among internal marketing, employee satisfaction, and turnover variables for the purpose of suggesting efficient empirical data that would be useful for human resource management of food service companies. According to the result of analyses, internal marketing of food service companies improves employee satisfaction and decreases turnover rate. Additionally, it is identified that internal marketing gives indirect impact on turnover decrease via improved employee satisfaction. These results supports suggestion from extant research that internal marketing and turnover variables are conceptually related. These empirical data can be used for the basis of practical tools for employee management and performing additional research of related issues.
