장애인복지관 슈퍼비전 체계화 과정 사례 연구 - S장애인복지관을 중심으로 -

본 연구는 S장애인복지관의 슈퍼비전 체계화 과정 사례 연구로 장애인복지실천 현장에서 효과적인 슈퍼비전 실행을 위한 체계 구축 과정의 주요 과제와 방향을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. S장애인복지관은 장애인의 자립과 권리옹호 실현을 도모하고자 “평생복지”를 주요한 운영 방향으로 수립하였으며 2011년 “평생복지”의 구체적인 모델로 “평생과정설계” 개념을 정립하였다. S장애인복지관은 장애인을 위한 평생과정설계 지원에 있어 새로운 관점과 창의적 접근이 필요하였다. 이에 조직 구성원의 전문성 강화를 핵심과제로 하여 전문성 강화를 위한 과업으로 슈퍼비전 체계 구축을 시도하였다. S장애인복지관은 2011년에 준비단계, 수립단계, 실천단계를 거쳐 기본적인 슈퍼비전 체계를 구축하였고 이후 2017년에 슈퍼비전의 실행도를 높이기 위해 슈퍼비전 체계를 재정비하였다. S장애인복지관은 슈퍼비전 체계화 과정을 통해 조직 내 슈퍼비전의 의미 공유, 다양한 슈퍼비전 구성요소를 고려한 실행 체계 구축, 조직의 목적과 방향을 기반으로 한 창의적인 슈퍼비전 내용의 중요성을 제시하고 있다. 본 연구는 슈퍼비전에 대한 연구가 활발하지 않은 장애인복지실천 현장에서 장기간에 걸쳐 시도된 사례 연구라는 것에 의미가 있다. The purpose of this research is to suggest major issues and direction of the systematization process through investigating the systematization process and operating case of S rehabilitation center supervision for effective supervision implementation at the field of handicapped welfare. S rehabilitation center has mainly aimed “life-long welfare” for promoting self-support of disabled people and vindication of their own right, and finally found a concept called “Permanency Process Planning” as a specific model for “life-long welfare” in 2011. This center needed novel perspective and creative approach to support permanency process planning for disabled people. Therefore, supervision systematization was attempted to enhance the specialty of staff members in this organization. S rehabilitation center built supervision standard system in 2011 via the serial processes of preparation, establishment, and implementation. After that, the supervision system was readjusted for improving the execution. S rehabilitation center realized the importance of the creative supervision contents based on sharing meaning of supervision within the organization, constructing implementation system with consideration of supervision components, goal and direction of the organization in the process of supervision systematization process. This research has a great significance in the fact that this study reflected the operating case with persistent attempt and change, though there has still limitations in terms of supervision study in the field of handicapped welfare.

델파이 기법을 활용한 시판 마터니티웨어 디자인의 적합성 연구 -임신기 및 출산 선호하는 디자인을 중심으로-

The purpose of this study is to identify the design features appropriate for the altered physical characteristics of pregnant women and formulate the direction of future design and development of maternity wear. A Delphi research method based on a panel of experts and pregnant women was used and the survey was conducted to determine the suitability of maternity wear. The survey found that A-line silhouette outerwear with round necklines, with wide sleeves and snap-button fastening on the front with a formal and decent look was considered appropriate as maternity and postpartum wear. Shirts and blouses long enough to cover the hip area to complement women’s curvy and full figures, especially around the bust, waist, and hip areas during the later stages of pregnancy were found to be appropriate. Calf-length pleated skirts were comfortable to wear during pregnancy due to the abundant freedom of movement and space offered by pleats. Ankle-length straight leg pants were rated appropriate in terms of comfort and style both during late stages of pregnancy and at work postpartum. Dresses decorated with pleats from the armholes all the way down to the knees were found to provide high levels of comfort at the abdomen, chest, and hips, and considered appropriate. Based on this study results, a follow-up study will be conducted to examine the design of maternity wear during pregnancy as well as at work after pregnancy.
