차량 Full 모델을 고려한 Air Suspension System HILS 개발

전통적인 HILS(Hardware-In-the-Loop-Simulation)는 주로 항공우주분야 또는 대형구조물과 같이 전체 시스템을 대상으로 하는 시험이 매우 제약적이고 큰 비용을 요하는 경우나 예측하기 힘든 환경변화로 위험이 수반되는 경우, 이 시스템을 구성하는 핵심 단위부품만을 실물로 선정하고 시뮬레이션 모델로 구성된 나머지 전체 시스템과의 인터페이스 환경을 구축함으로써 선정된 핵심 부품이 전체 시스템에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 용도로 활용되어 왔다. 최근에는 자동차 분야에서도 전장부품이 차지하는 비중과 다양성이 높아지고 신규 차종 개발 시 개발 속도가 가속화되는 추세를 보임에 따라 이러한 HILS 기법이 조향, 제동, 현가 등 차량 샤시를 구성하는 제품 개발 과정에도 적극적으로 도입되고 있다. 본 논문은 고급차종을 중심으로 적용영역이 점차 확대되고 있는 4C(corner) 에어서스펜션 시스템의 성능예측, 분석 및 평가를 목적으로 개발된 1/4 car HILS 시스템에 대해 소개하고, 실차 시험결과 및 K&C(Kinematic and Compliance) 해석을 통한 전체 차량모델링 과정에 대해 기술하였다. 또한 몇 가지 대표적 주행 환경에 대해 개발된 HILS 시스템의 시험 결과와 분석 내용을 기술하였다.

OTR is a part of the steering gear that adjust the direction of the car so OTR is highly susceptible to vibration and durability. This study proposed a structural design method for the damper outer tie rod installed at a high performance car and introduce the development of damper outer tie rod function and performance, The strength of outer tie rod was optimized by adopting the developed steel and applying the structural optimization techniques. At the proto design stage of a new outer tie rod, it is cost-effective to utilize FE(finite element) analysis to predict each performance. Satisfying the critical design requirement. The determined optimum shape is investigated for the rest for performances. In this study, the design of experiment interpolation it adopted to obtain the minimum pull out strength satisfying the critical design requirement.

State-of-the-art commercial vehicle powertrain concepts with automatic transmission must comply with inceasingly stringent legislation on emission and fuel consumption while fulfilling or surpassing customers’ expectations as to driveability. In this respect, automated manual transmission (AMT) for commercial HEV, that is kind of shift-by-wire system, must compete with conventional automatic transmissions (AT) and manual transmissions (MT). In this paper, optimal analysis parameters which suppress deviation and error are sought Taguchi methodology for gear-actuator of automated manual transmission for commercial HEV.

Steer-By-Wire is the one of the advanced technology that will be applied of steering system for the futuristic vehicle. It has removed the mechanical linkages connected between steering wheel and tire. For the result of this omission, it can be enhanced the safety of car crash and simplified vehicle design process. For the previous research, dual-motor type L/RH separated Rack assembly has been developed with based on the HILS. Likewise, ECU & control logic has been developed and harmonized with this type. In this research, it has been developed the reformation of ECU for next generation as well as vehicle package alternation with system completed in the first year of second step. Automatic code formation of control logic has been used to make an improvement of counter-steer and rack position control logic. At the conclusion, it has been verified in the test vehicle.

This paper describes development of AMT(Automated Manual Transmission) shift control logic applied to the commercial HEV(Hybrid Electric Vehicle). Shift control algorithm is composed of shift sequence according to hybrid mode and collaborative control with HCU(Hybrid Control Unit), ECU(Engine Control Unit) and MG(Motor & Generator), position control of clutch & shift actuator. The proposed algorithm is proven to be successful by experiments performed vehicle.

Automobile Technology requests high application electromecahnical system rate because people want new needs about safety and convenience. These present-day tendencies in Automobile technology cause quickening of Drive-By-Wire. This paper designs and develops Electronic Control Unit which applied Fail-safe algorithm of Shift-By-Wire which included transmission part of Drive-By-Wire by DSP (Digital signal Processor).

This paper describes the development procedure of shift-by-wire system for passenger car. The development procedure can be divided into three main parts. First part is about the electronic control unit(ECU). Second one is developing electric shift lever, which plays a role of command input tool, and DC motor. which is the shift actuator. And the last one is control logic. Throughout this research, those three parts were developed and tested with an automatic transmission of a 2.4L class domestic mass production model SUV.
