Magnetic arc extinguishing technology is effective as an extinguishing device for low-voltage direct current (DC) circuit breakers with a resistive load of ≤4 kW. The separation distance between the magnet and the electrical contact must be shortened to increase the magnetic arc extinguishing force. However, if the magnet is installed too close to the electrical contact points, the magnet is exposed to high temperatures due to the arc current generated when the load current is cut off and the magnetism is lost. To solve this problem, the effective magnetic flux density at the electrical contact can be maintained high by placing the arc extinguishing magnet in a tandem structure with the electrical contact point between them, and the proper separation distance between the contact points and the magnet can be maintained. In addition, an electric arc extinguishing technology that emits arc energy using a series circuit of diode and resistor is used to suppress the continuous arc voltage generated by the inductive load. For the proposed circuit breaker, the breaking characteristics are analyzed through the breaking test for the DC load of the 760 V level, the load power of 4 kW, and the time constant of 5 ms, and an appropriate arc extinguishing design guideline is proposed.

On analyzing the power circuit of a DVR system, control limitations and control targets are presented for the voltage compensation In DVRs The control delay in digital controllers increases the dimension of the system transfer function one degree higher which makes the control system more complicate and more unstable. Based on the power stage analysis, a novel controller for the compensation voltages in DVRs IS proposed by a feedforward control scheme. Proposed controller works well with the time delay m the digital control system This paper also proposes a guide line to design the control gam, appropriate output filter parameters and inverter switching frequency for DVRs in digital controllers. Proposed theory is verified by an experimental DVR system with a typical digital controller.
단상풀브릿지 구조를 갖는 계통연계형 인버터의 필터인덕터 설계

본 논문은 단상풀브릿지 구조를 갖는 계통연계형 전압형 PWM 인버터를 위한 필터설계를 목적으로 한다. 단상풀브릿지 전압형 PWM 인버터의 교류출력단 전압과 계통전압의 관계를 분석하여 필터인덕터에 흐르는 스위칭리플전류의 크기를 정량적으로 구하였다. 이러한 분석을 기초로 하여 계통주입전류의 기본파성분에 대한 리플전류의 비율을 평가함수로 하는 필터인덕터의 설계법을 제시하였다. 제안된 설계방법을 시뮬레이션 및 실험을 통하여 검증하였다.
국내 경쟁법 절차에 비밀유지권 도입 검토 - 일본의 제도를 중심으로 -

This article mainly focused on explaining the details of the Legal Professional Privilege(“LPP”), which is recently introduced in the competition law procedure of Japan, and looking at the implications that should be considered when the LPP is introduced in South Korea. The new LPP system in Japan has a similar form to the EU competition law with respect to its content and procedures. Although the scope of the LPP is limited to cases related to cartels, the introduction of the LPP is important since Japan was one of the few countries where the LPP was not recognized. The Supreme Court of South Korea explicitly denied the LPP in 2012, but there is ample need for the exchange of legal communication between an attorney and client to be recognized as a secret as part of the right to defend in the competition law procedure in Korea. After the introduction of LPP in Japan, South Korea become the only OECD member country that denies the LPP in competition law. Thus, it is necessary to recognize the LPP in the competition law enforcement system as soon as possible. Regarding the specifics of the LPP, the discussion could be based on the content of the LPP system in the EU and Japan.

The relation between instantaneous active/reactive powers and currents is defined by voltage mapping matrix in three-phase four-wire systems. Control strategies for an active filter without energy storage components are proposed on the basis of mapping matrices. It can compensate for the zero-sequence voltage exists in a three-phase four-wire system.
괴테의 ‘타우리스의 토아스’ - 토아스의 대사와 역할을 중심으로 살펴본 괴테의 『타우리스의 이피게니에』

Goethes Iphigenie auf Tauris ist bis heute nicht nur in der literarischen Welt, sondern auch in der Theaterwelt und in der Religionswissenschaft in aller Munde. Unter diesen wurden der Humanismus und die Autonomie des Volkes als die grundlegenden Standpunkte für die Iphigenie auf Tauris wahrgenommen. Diese bereits existierenden Analysen konnten jedoch nicht von dem Vorurteil abweichen, dass die Hauptfigur, die die Wilden zur Erleuchtung führte, ‘die große’, von Hellas geborene Iphigenie ist, wobei die Rolle des Thoas völlig ignoriert wurde. Außerdem konzentrierte sich die bisherige Analyse von Goethes Iphigenie auf Tauris auf die Konfrontation zwischen ‘Barbarentum und Zivilisation’. Aus diesem Grund weist dieser Beitrag auf das Problem dieser Tendenz hin und konzentriert sich auf Thoas statt auf Iphigenie in Goethes Werk und untersucht die Aspekte, die in der Analyse der bestehenden Ansätze übersehen wurden. Denn der Umfang von Thoas' Auftritt zeigt, wie sich Goethes Werk im Vergleich zu den antiken Werken dramatisch verändert hat. Dieser Aufsatz soll ein neues Licht auf den literarischen Wert von Goethes Werk werfen, indem er den enormen Unterschied im Ausmaß der Aufmerksamkeit, die Thoas erhält, und seine Bedeutung untersucht.
무변압기 방식의 고효율 동적전압보상기의 구조 및 제어방법

수전단에서 발생하는 전압사고의 90%이상은 순시전압 저하(sag) 사고에 기인한다. 순시전압저하 사고를 대비하기 위한 효과적이고 경제적인 수단으로서 동적전압보상기 (Dynamic Voltage Restorer)가 연구되어왔다. 전형적인 동적전압보상기의 매칭변압기는 돌입전류 및 누설인덕턴스 등의 의하여 주입전압의 왜곡을 야기한다. 본 논문에서는 매칭변압기를 사용하지 않으며 높은 동 특성과 운전효율을 보장하는 동적전압보상기의 회로구조를 제시하고 제어방법을 제안한다.
