만성두드러기에 대한 임상적 고찰

Introduction Urticaria is widely spread disease. About 15-20 $\%$ of population has experienced at least once in a life time. The etiology of urticaria is uncertain till now, and the affcting factors are various chemical material, physical factors, alcohol, fever, exercise, and hormone, etc. The symptoms of urticaria are small or large wheal-erythema reaction and itching or tingling sense. Cause there is no probe to detect the urticaria clearly, the treatment of urticaria is symptomatic. And mostly urticaria can be chronic and very hard to treat it fundamentally. Nowadays, many trials to treat the urticaria in oriental medical way show good curability. In this paper I'd like to report the treatment rate and degree of urticaria patients mostly using anti-histamine medication. Subjects From the outpatients who visited Korean Hospital of Kyunghee Kangnam during 2000-4 and 2002-1, the 36 chronic urticaria patients, at least more than 4 weeks from onset and 2weeks of treatment period, were chosen. Methods I evaluated the results of treatment with the following scale. Very Good: The all symptoms are clearly disappeared or one third of symptoms remain and sometimes eruption is appeared. Good: Half of the symptoms are improved but most of symptoms remain. No Change: No change appears before and after treatment. Worse: The degree and duration of eruption get worse than pre-treatment state. Results For Acupuncture treatment, I chose the several Acu points like Hapgok(합곡), Taichung(대충), Gokji(곡지), Yanggok(양곡), Yanggea(양계), and lmeup(족임읍), and usually lasted it 15 minutes. With the acupuncture treatment and herb medicine, 2-3 times a week, the patients whose treatment period was 2 to 4 weeks were 17(47.2$\%$), 4 to 8 weeks were 11(30.5$\%$), 8 to 12 weeks were 3(8.3$\%$), 12 to 16 weeks were 3(8.3$\%$), longer than 16 weeks were 2(5.5$\%$) Collecting the statistics of the frequency of prescripted herb medicine, Hyangsosan(향소산) was prescripted 21 times(58.3$\%$), Hyangsapyungwisan(향사평위산) was 15 times(41.6$\%$), Hwapisan(화피산) was 9 times(25$\%$), Yangwitang(양위탕) was 6 times(16.6$\%$), Bojungikkitang(보중익기탕가미) was 4 times(11.1$\%$), Yongdamsagantang (용담사간탕가미) was 4 times(11.1$\%$). The result of the treatments, evaluating with mentioned rate scale, was 11 cases(30.5$\%$) were Very Good degree, 19 cases(52.7$\%$) were Good , 6 cases(16.6$\%$) were No Change. No cases were Worse degree. Conclusion According to this research, we could say that chronic urticaria can be treated with Oriental medical methods. But more precise probes in both Oriental and Western medicine to diagnose the chronic urticaria should be established and we need to make standards for testing and diagnosing the chronic urticaria.

언택트 시대 줌 기반 영어 수업에서 학습 앱 활용의 효율성

본 논문의 목적은 줌을 기반으로 학습용 앱 활용이 학습자들의 영어 성취도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 이를 통해 줌 기반의 학습용 앱을 활용한 영어 수업의 효율성을 고찰하고자 한다. 본 연구는 줌 기반 수업에서 English Central 앱을 활용하였으며 이를 통해 다양하면서도 학습자들의 참여를 유도하는 영어 활동을 수행하였다. 줌 기반의 EC 앱 활용 수업의 효율성을 파악하기 위해 1차와 2차 성취도 테스트, 개방형 설문조사를 실시하였다. 두 차례의 테스트 결과 줌 기반의 EC 앱 활용 수업은 학습자들의 영어 성취도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 설문 조사결과 학습자들은 줌 기반 수업과 EC 앱 활용에 대해 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 줌 기반 수업에 대한 만족의 이유는 "부족한 수업 내용 보완", "영어 연습", "실시간 소통과 의견 공유" 으로 나타났다. 학습용 앱 활용에 대해 만족하는 이유는 "지루하지 않음", "영어의 4기술 훈련", "즉각적인 피드백"으로 나타났다. 변화된 언택트 시대 교수자들은 변화된 환경에 맞는 변화된 수업 도구의 효율적 사용을 위해 노력해야 한다. This study examined how the use of learning apps in Zoom-based classes affects learners' English achievement and assessed the efficiency of app use in Zoom-based English classes. The study utilized the English Central (EC) app to induce learners to actively participate in zoom-based classes. To assess the app's efficiency, two rounds of achievement tests and an open-ended questionnaire were administered. The two tests showed that Zoom-based EC app utilization classes positively affected learners' English achievement and the questionnaire revealed that the learners were highly satisfied with using the EC app in Zoom-based classes. The participants praised this approach for "complementing insufficient class content" and facilitating "immediate feedback" (on the EC app), "English practice," and "real-time communication and sharing of opinions" (on Zoom-based classes), describing it as "not boring" and "4 skill training in English." Instructors should strive to efficiently use such new teaching tools in the evolving environment of the untact era.

淸肌散의 效能에 關한 實驗的 硏究

Chunggisan has been widely used in treatment of urticaria which is based on. Oriental Medical literatures. These studies were attempted experimental effects of chunggisan on the analgesia, sedation, antipyretic, anti-inflammatory and isolated illeum of the experimental animals. The result of the studies were as follows: 1. The inhibitory effect was recognized on the Analgesic study by the Acetic acid Method in mice. 2. The spontaneous momentum of mice was restricted and the duration of Hypnosis induced by pentobarbital-sodium in mice was prolonged. 3. Anti-inflammatory effect was recognized significantly on the rat hind paws edema induced by dextran. 4. The inhibitory effect of leukocyte emigration was recognized by the CMC airpouch method of rats. 5. The inhibitory effect was noted on capillary permeability induced by histamin in mice. 6. Spontaneous mobilities in isolated ileum of mice were significantly suppressed, and contraction by acetylcholine, barium chloride and histamine were inhibited. According to the above results, it is expected that chunggisan can be widely used in treatment of urticaria.

야담에 나타난 여성의 우정 실현의 두 양상

The study purposes to discuss the realization type of woman's friendship through the yadam in the period of Chosun(朝鮮) dynasty. The works of discussion are NAK HA YU SAENG(洛下柳生), MAE HEON(梅軒), which are composed mainly of woman' friendship.<br/> In spite of different social position, three women with a same birthy day in NAK HA YU SAENG made friends with each other from childhood. After growing up, as one of them married to a man, the others sought for to her to live together and marry her husband. On the above works, woman's friendship realized their friendship through the polygyny legalized in the Chosun society.<br/> The subject of MAE HEON is the friendship of two woman writers. One died of miscarriage, the other took her own life to follow with her friend. On the point of women's early death, not only the woman's friendship but also their activity of learning and art seems to be refused from the Chosun society.<br/> The subject of woman's friendship is very rare, taboo in Korea classic literature including yadam, because Chosun dynasty was a androcentric society.<br/> In conclusion, the discussion on the above two works, woman's friendship in the yadam has to choose alternatively polygyny or tragic death. But none of two ways is the true realization of woman's friendship.

Nummular eczema is well-shaped, coin-like lesion. Usually it is surrounded by the papules and vesicles, and is likely to be the impetigo. It's said that nummular eczema is combined with atopic dermititis, contact dermatitis, bacterial infection and so on. Recently, we experienced a nummular eczema with impetigo and that was successfully treated by the herb-medication and the ceramic resonance therapy. The medications taken by the patient were yunwhasagnatang and gamisopungsan which is used to treat allergic disease and make immune system be strong. The former effects the liver to be cool down and healthy and it also has anti-imflamatory reactions like the corticosteroid hormone. Ceramic resonance therapy utilises irradiation within the frequency range of the radiation emitted by the human body. So we report this case with a brief review of the oriental medical and medical literatures.
