        온라인 수업에서 간호대학생의 문제해결적극성과 자기주도학습능력의 관계

        목적 본 연구는 온라인 수업에서 간호대학생의 문제해결적극성과 자기주도학습능력 간의 관계에서 성장마인드셋과 고정마인드셋의 매개효과를 규명하기 위해 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 방법 본 연구의 대상은 J도 소재 2개 대학교에 재학 중인 간호대학생 307명이었다. 자료분석은 SPSS 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t 검정, 일원분산분석, Pearson’s 상관계수분석으로 하였고, 매개효과 분석은 SPSS PROCESS macro의 병렬매개모형분석과 Bootstrap방법을 활용하였다. 결과 연구대상자의 자기주도학습능력 수준은 5점 만점에 3.73점이었다. 자기주도학습능력은 문제해결적극성, 성장마인드셋과 유의한 양(+)의 상관관계가 있었다. 병렬다중매개효과 검증 결과 문제해결적극성과 자기주도학습능력 간의 관계에서 성장마인드셋의 부분매개효과를 확인하였다. 즉 간호대학생의 문제해결적극성에서 자기주도학습능력으로 가는 직접경로와 성장마인드셋을 매개로 하여 자기주도학습능력으로 가는 간접경로가 모두 유의하였다. 반면 고정마인드셋의 매개효과는 유의하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 간호대학생의 자기주도학습능력 향상을 위해서는 문제해결적극성과 성장마인드셋을 높일 수 있는 수업전략 및 교과외 프로그램의 개발과 적용이 필요하다. Objectives This study is a descriptive study that sought to investigate the mediating effects of a growth mindset and a fixed mindset on the relationship between proactivity of problem-solving and self-directed learning ability of nursing students in an online learning environment. Methods The subjects of this study were 307 nursing students attending two universities in J-do. Data analysis was performed with descriptive statistics, Independent t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficient, and the parallel mediation model analysis of PROCESS macro and Bootstrap method were used for mediating effect analysis. Results As a result of the study, the average self-directed learning ability of the subjects was 3.73 out of 5. There was a significant positive relationship between proactivity of problem-solving, growth mindset, and selfdirected learning ability. Also, growth mindset were partially mediated in the relationship between proactivity of problem-solving and self-directed learning ability of nursing students. In other words, the direct route from the proactivity of problem-solving of nursing students to self-directed learning ability and the indirect route to self-directed learning ability by medium of growth mind set were noted. but the mediating effect of the fixed mindset was not significant. Conclusions Based on the results of this study, it is strongly recommended to implement measures that can improve the proactivity of problem-solving and growth mindset to enhance the self-directed learning capabilities of nursing students.

      • 산욕기 산모의 건강 통제위 성격과 자기간호 이행에 관한연구

        The purpose of this study was to identify the Health Locus of control (HLC), the mothers' self care during the 2nd postpartum period, and the relationship between the HLC and the self care compliance of postpartum mothers. The subject, consisting to 70 mothers who were enrolled in 2nd postpartum mothers in M. city. The data were collected by home visiting. The measurement tools were multidimensional HLC scale (Wellston & Wallston, 1978) and self care scale (developed by kim) Questionaire urvey was conducted from Dec. 18, 1989 to Jan. 10, 1990. Analysis of data was done by using Mean, S.D., Anova, and Pearson correlation coefficient. The results was as follows : 1. The mean score of internal HLC was 25.69, chance HLC 24.21, and powerful HLC others 18.03 out of maximum range of 6∼36 respectively. 2. The variance which was not related with self care. And the variance was related with the HLC was sex, education level and the helper who takes care of postpartal Mother's health. 3. Hypothesis 1. Stating that the higher the score of internal HLC, the higher the score of level of implementation of self care was not supported(r=0.0436, p=0.360). 4. Hypothesis 2. Stating that the lower the score of powerful HLC, the higher the score of level of implementation of self care was not supperted.(r=-0.1339, p=0.135) 5. Hypotheses 3. Stating that the lower the score of chance HLC, the higher the scoer of level of implementation of self care was not supported.(r=1.322, p=0.138)
