Influence of InAs quantum dots on the transport properties of GaAs-based solar cell devices

We investigated both the photovoltaic and transport properties of GaAs based solar cells with and without InAs quantum dots (QDs). In small forward bias region, humps in the local ideality factor are found in the QD-embedded devices at low temperatures. This might be caused by the charges captured in the QD-induced defect states. The temperature dependence of the ideality factor, extracted from large voltage regions, was well explained by the tunneling-mediated interface recombination process. The reverse-bias current also exhibited a signature of trap-mediated tunneling. All these results suggested that the presence of trap states could cause the degraded photovoltaic performance of our QD-embedded solar cells.
액상 광촉매 시스템 상에서 In, P-TiO₂를 이용한 메탄올/물 분해 수소생성반응 연구

The photocatalytic production of hydrogen from water using solar energy is potentially a clean and renewable source for hydrogen fuel. This study exarnined hydrogen production over In, P-Ti0₂ photocatalysts. 1mol% In-Ti0₂ and P-Ti0₂ were produced using the solvothermal method; they were treated at 500 and 800˚C to obtain anatase and rutile structure, respectively. The photocatalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), UV-Vis spectroscopy, Photoluminesence spectra, X -ray photon spectroscopy(XPS). The H₂ production from methanol photo-decomposition was greater over the rutile structure than over the anatase structure of Ti0₂. Moreover, the amount of hydrogen was enhanced over In-Ti0₂ and P-Ti0₂, compared to that over pure Ti0₂; the production increased about 30%. The structural effect and the addition of In, P had influence on the H₂ production from methanol/water decomposition.

본 연구의 목적은 보육교사의 교사효능감을 신뢰롭고 타당하게 측정할 수 있는 검사를 개발하는데 있었다. 이를 위하여 선행연구 분석을 통하여 보육교사 교사효능감의 개념 및 구성요인을 도출하고 이들 요인을 측정할 수 있는 문항을 개발한 후 전문가의 내용타당도 확인 과정을 거쳤다. 그리고 1차 완성된 문항을 총 550명의 현직 보육교사를 대상으로 하여 예비조사와 본조사를 실시하여 자료를 수집한 후에 통계적 타당화 작업을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서는 보육교사 교사효능감의 구성요인을 개인효능감(자신감, 정서효능, 자기주도성), 교수효능감(수업지도, 과제난이도 선호), 양육효능감(돌봄, 영유아 상호작용)의 세 가지로 분류하여 총 35개의 예비문항을 개발하였다. 350명의 보육교사의 응답 자료로 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하여 요인 수를 확정하였다. 그리고 200명의 자료를 사용하여 확인적 요인분석을 실시하여 구인타당도를 확인하였다. 이와 같이 요인분석과 문항분석 작업을 통해 최종 30문항으로 구성된 ‘보육교사 교사효능감 검사’가 완성되었다. 본 연구에서 개발된 보육교사 교사효능감 검사는 구인타당도와 수렴타당도, 판별타당도가 확보된 검사이다. 따라서 보육의 질적 제고가 논의되고 있는 보육현장에서 보육교사들의 교사효능감을 측정하여, 개인차에 근거한 보육교사 효능감 함양을 위한 교사교육프로그램 개발에 활용되기를 기대한다. Objective: The purpose of this study was to develop a reliable and validated ‘teacher efficacy test’ for child care teacher. Methods: The concept and components of teacher efficacy of child care teachers were derived through the review of previous studies, and experts’ content validity analysis was confirmed after the development of the items. And the first completed questionnaire were applied to 550 in-service child care teachers as a preliminary survey and the main survey process, and the data were collected and the statistical validity was verified. The factor was confirmed by conducting exploratory factor analysis with 350 child care teachers’ response data, and the construct validity was confirmed by conducting confirmatory factor analysis using 200 data. Results: Final 30 items of the ‘teacher efficacy test of child care teacher’ were confirmed through factor analysis and item analysis. The teacher efficacy test developed in this study was a test that confirmed construct validity, convergent validity, and discrimination validity. Conclusion/Implications: Based on these results, we expected that the teacher efficacy of child care teacher will be measured in the field of child care where the qualitative improvement of child care is being discussed, and it will be used for education for cultivating the child care teacher efficacy based on individual differences.
