        융합 R&E 프로젝트 활동이 화법 능력 향상에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of oral communication skills and feedback on performance in speech performance. The participants comprised Thirty-four34 high school students participated in this a Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) research & and education program. Baseline evaluations were performed by theusing a speech ability test with 10 categories. A Pphotoplethysmography (PPG) was recorded during the rest and speech stages along with a video recording of the speech performance. The Results results showed revealed that the subjects with PPG feedback revealed showed a significant improvement in speech performance as well as anxiety states compared to those without PPG feedback. The Those rresults suggest that visualization of the anxiety profile with PPG can be a better educational strategy in oral communication education.

        문학 작품을 활용한 극화 놀이 활동이 노인의 정서 안정에 미치는 효과 -H 강사의 극화 수업 사례를 중심으로

        이 연구는 낮은 문해력과 경증 치매 단계에 이른 노인들을 대상으로 한 H 강사의 문학 작품을 활용한 극화 수업을 2년에 걸쳐 참여 관찰하고, H 강사와 함께 수업을 개선한 실행 연구이다. 수업 개선 활동을 통해 안정적으로 정착된 교육 프로그램의 효과는 71세-91세의 노인 47명을 대상으로 검증하였다. 사전-사후 검사를 통해 효과 크기를 측정한 결과 문학 작품을 활용한 극화 놀이 수업은 노인들의 자아 존중감과 생활 만족도를 향상시켰으며, 우울증과 사회적 고립감을 감소시켰다. H 강사의 수업은 마당극을 통해 노인들을 방관자가 아니라 참여자로 유도하였으며, 사고 구술을 통해 노인들의 생각을 대신 하소연해 주는 방식으로 노인들의 화를 풀어 주었다. 이러한 수업은 죽음에 대한 공포, 자식들에 대한 서운함, 늙어서 무시당한다는 분노를 치유하는 문학 치료에 해당한다. This study makes use of dramatic play which is based on literary works to upgrade self-esteem, depression, social isolation and life satisfaction and accomplishes statistical analysis and case study of old people to verify the effect. Study target is 47 people of old man and age group is 71 age 91 age. In analysis conclusion, it confirms that dramatic play based on literary works improves self-esteem and life satisfaction but, on the other hand, it reduces depression and social isolation. This study is meaningful thesis in terms of analyzing dramatic play based on literary works as intervention program focusing on elderly female group when we compare to other old people program study.

        직장 내 회의의 갈등 유발 요인 탐색

        The main purpose of this study is to locate factors of conflict-inducing communication and discuss the critical factors influencing the success and failure of workplace meetings in Korea. A questionnaire survey was administered to 326 office workers to find out conflict-triggering situations in interaction and communication activities based on perceptions of past experience. An exploratory factor analysis was conducted with the data collected through the questionnaire survey. The study comes to the conclusion that there are two main conflict-inducing factors, `a lack of openness in communication` and `a lack of meeting skills`, in Korean workplace meetings. The study provides ideas, for future studies on approaching conflict-triggering situations in interaction and communication activities of participants in meetings. The result of the study sheds some light on how to ensure effective and successful meetings at the workplace.

        직장 내 의사소통 교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 사무직 회사원의 감정(분노) 조절 실태 조사

        This survey investigates white collar office workers’s emotion(anger)regulation in their communication. The results of the study showed that approximately 75% of office workers struggled with emotional difficulty in their communication once or twice a month or more. In addition, When they could not control their communication, most used the meaning of language and profanity to ignore others’ presence. The educational communication program should explored appropriate communication reactions and accurate judgment for an ideal situation to improve office workers’ emotion(anger) regulation.
