노인 장기요양기관에서의 인권침해 유형별 효과적 대응방안에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 노인 장기요양기관에서 발생되는 노인 인권침해 유형별 효과적이고도 실효성 있는 대응방안을 강구하는 것이다. 이와 관련된 연구내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노인 장기요양기관의 노인 인권침해 유형별 실태를 조사하고자 한다. 둘째, 노인 장기요양기관 종사자의 노인 인권침해 유형별 수준을 파악한다. 셋째, 노인 인권과 관련하여 전문가 및 실무자, 기관운영자 및 종사자, 그리고 노인 부양자 및 친인척 등이 평소 인식하는 노인 장기요양기관의 인권상황 인지수준 및 노인 인권침해 인지수준 등에 대하여 파악한다. 끝으로 노인 장기요양기관 및 종사자에 대한 노인 인권침해 방지를 위한 대응방안을 모색한다, 특히 본 연구에서와 같이 노인 장기요양기관에서 발생되고 있는 노인 인권침해 유형별 효과적 대응방안 등에 대한 모색은 향후 노인 인권침해 사전방지 차원의 장기요양기관 운영의 합리화 그리고 내실 있는 종사자 교육관리 등에 있어서 매우 유의미한 시사점을 제공해 줄 것으로 판단된다. The purpose of this study is to examine the effective responsiveness toward types of elderly human rights violations at elderly long-term nursing facilities. As a result of investigating and analyzing this research target to solve the elderly human rights violations at elderly long-term nursing facilities through focus expert group interview like this, I could derive problems and improvements of elderly human rights violations at those facilities as follows. First, the role of elderly for long-term nursing facilities is should be established based on the guarantee of both elder`s security and privacy in their comfortable life like a secondary home. As ways to provide these suggestions, there is a need to newly establish our consciousness for improving the responsiveness being promoted and strengthening the human rights for elders. Second, it is actively necessary to management to the service quality of elderly long-term nursing facilities. Therefore, systematic planning for management of their service quality should be rearranged in terms of elder`s maximizing satisfaction for elderly long-term nursing facilities. Finally, this study recognized that the effective responsiveness to promote the human rights for elders at long-term nursing facilities is related to change of social welfare policy, improvement of facility, expansion of experts to protection of elderly human rights violations, and development of prevention program of elderly human rights violations. In conclusion, the effective responsiveness to types of elderly human rights violations at elderly long-term nursing facilities is influenced by combination of elderly human rights violations` types such as the right of freedom, the right to live, neglect of employee`s unconcern, not separately. On the other hand, this research suggests that improvement of elderly human rights in terms of neglect of employee`s unconcern should be provide more appropriate or reasonable education for their changing both mind and attitudes. In addition, a lot of efforts should be made to support activation of coexistent social project through visualization of social welfare effects in advance such as providing public administration and government policy related to development of elder`s human rights.

Recent construction projects, characterized by its complication and high-tech, requites highly efficient management efforts. Among others, labor management is very important due to various trades and increasing number of activities. Along with advanced information technology, Web-based construction site management systems are widely adopted in order to improve the efficiency of construction management. However, such information systems have mainly 2 (two) shortcomings. One is that the existing systems were developed and implemented not in subcontractor-centered way but in main contractor-centered way, though the daily construction information is mainly generated, gathered and reported by subcontractors. As a result, subcontractors seldom have access to such information systems. The other is that loss or omission of information may uclw during the information processing process, in which subcontractors have no direct access to such information system. This becomes a major reason of losing the reliability of the information in daily construction report. As a solution for these problems, this paper suggests a Web-based information system that is subcontractor-oriented and also suitable for tact schedule management. 최근 건설업은 복합화$\cdot$고도화에 따라 효율적 인 관리가 요망되고 있다. 그 중 출역인원관리는 다양한 공정의 변화와 단위작업의 증가로 인하여 매우 중요하다. 이에 따라 IT기술의 발달과 더불어 공사관리의 효율화를 위하여 인터넷을 기반으로 웹(Web)을 통한 현장관리시스템을 사용하고 있다. 그러나 기존시스템은 작업 일보정보를 입력하는 협력사 중심이 아닌 시공사 중심으로 개발되었고, 협력사에서는 시스템을 사용할 수 있는 환경이 조성되지 못하고 있다. 또한 작업일보 정보가 보관 및 관리 될 때까지 몇 단계를 거 치 면서 정보의 손실 및 누락이 발생되어 작업 일보 정보의 신뢰성을 떨어트리고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 작업 일보 정보를 수집, 보관, 관리할 수 있고 협력사 중심으로 효율적인 택트공정관리를 할 수 있는 시스템 제시를 목적으로 하였다.

Object : This study is designed to find out the influence of selecting an acupuncture point for the effective acupuncture therapy. Subject : 45 patients with low back pain caused by iliopsoas muscle disorder were divided into 2 groups; 22 samples and 23 controls. Methods : Control group took usual acupuncture therapies and sample group took acupuncture therapies at Haenggan(Liv.2) and Taechung (Liv.3) through the etiological analysis. Concluding the result, we studied Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) score statistically. Result and conclusion : In this study, we found that acupuncture therapies through the etiological analysis is more effective than usual acupuncture therapies on pain spot.
