가속노화조건이 섬유강화 고무복합재료의 물성에 미치는 영향

타이어, 고무제품과 보호 장비 등 MRG(mechanical rubber goods) 개발을 위해 강화재로서 가볍고, 강도와 탄성률이 우수한 고기능성 섬유가 적용되고 있다. 섬유강화 고무복합재는 환경 인자에 따라 노화하게 되므로 사용되면서 본래 의도한 요구 수준에 만족되지 않아 여러 문제가 발생된다. 본 연구에서는 가속노화조건에 따른 폴리케톤섬유 강화 고무복합재의 물성 변화를 검토하고자 하였다. 열과 습도 노화된 섬유 강화 고무복합재의 형태적 특성, 경도, 열적 특성과 표면 화학조성과 계면접착강도의 변화를 살펴본 결과, 섬유 강화 고무복합재는 습도보다는 열에 의해 노화가 현저히 많이 이루어졌다. 또한, 강화섬유 표면의 접착제 프라이머 처리는 섬유/고무 복합재의 계면접착강도를 효과적으로 증가시키며 가속 노화 조건에서도 계면강도를 잘 유지해 주는 것으로 나타났다. As a reinforcement, the high fuctional fiber has been applied to the mechanical rubber goods (MRG) with high strength and modulus. The high adhesion of fiber/rubber interface and good durability to aging conditions are very important. In this study, polyketone fiber reinforced natural rubber composites were manufactured and were aged under accelerated aging conditions to assess the changes of the physical properties. Also, the effect of adhesive primer treatment, based on the resorcinol formaldehyde resin and latex (RFL), of fiber for interfacial adhesion was determined. Morphological and physical properties of the fiber/rubber composites were analyzed. Conseqeuntly, the fiber/rubber composites were aged much more by the temperature factor than the humidity factor. The interfacial adhesion strength between the fiber and rubber was increased by the adhesive primer treatment.

Rapid determination of uric acid and isolation of strains decomposing uric acid were investigated in barley straw-poultry manure silage and in poultry litter. After extraction of uric acid by 0.5% Li₂ CO₃, at 60℃, the standard error by enzyme assay in silage and poultry manure was no more than 1% of total uric acid. When the silage was ensiled at 30℃, 95 to 96% of uric acid was decomposed after 60 days. The microorganism that decomposing the uric acid was isolated and identified as Bacillus spp. Its decomposition rate is 66% in artificial UDP medium.

Effects of the addition of fresh poultry manure and aging on the process of barley straw silage fermentation were investigated For a period of 60 days. B aley straw and poultry manure were mixed with water (50-60% moisture content of silage) and various additives (glucose, corn, and barley) and ensiled in 0.1mm thick vinyl bag. The pattern of organic acid production varied according to the kind of additive added. after 60 days of ensiling, the NFE content of silage decreased 3-5%, the uric, arid being decomposed 90-95%, and the protein content increased 5-8%. Microbial study showed that the population of microorganism was 10^7 to 10^8 and did not vary significantly throughout the experimental period. The dominant strain was identified as heterofermentative lactic acid bacteria ire 45 days and 60 days silage. The silage contained 5%TDN when determined by iv DMD method. The value was 66.6% higher than raw barley straw, and palatability of the silage also increased significantly.
