      • 농촌지역 활성화를 위한 다목적 농업공원의 조성계획

        In this paper, the function of agricultural park in which agriculturalists and urbanites enjoy relaxation and have experiences of agronomy were defined, and then basic planning and efficient management schemes of agricultural park were established. It is estimated that many urbanites who feel nostalgic for agriculture and rural community will visit agricultural park throughout the year because the intended site for agricultural park is located in only 2-hour distance from Seoul, and consequently this rural district will be activated economically and socially. Urbanites will take a growing interest in rural community problems and try to solve them with agriculturalists since they can understand the problems of agriculture through the experiences of agronomy. Through these process, agricultural park will contribute to the activation of rural district in addition to the original object such as sight seeing, relaxation, recreation, education and so on.

      • 충남 농업의 현황과 지역농업개발 전략

        This study was carried out in order to provide a scientific model for agricultural development according to the suggested of Chung Nam Province. Data was collected through references issued by Ministry of Agriculture Forestry and Fisheries, Chung Nam Province as well as discussions with officials of agricultural organs in Chung Nam area and the interviews with farm successors. The results obtained are summarized as follows: 1. The agriculture in Chung Nam area was a high importance, rice farming and petty farmer of farming units in industrial structure. 2. The agricultural environment in Chung Nam area are turning into business farming and special cropping pattern of crops, because industrial structure changed high level and metropolitan market enlarged scale. 3. The north-west of Chung Nam area and Daejon area has been turned into urban farming and has promoted growth of regional agriculture. 4. The development of regional agriculture in Chung Nam area has to be pushed forward into various divisions; a urban farming area, west plain farming area and north garden farming area. 5. The agriculture of Chung Nam will be furnished with the preparation of human resources and material resources, improvement of settlement environment in order to strengthen its competitive power. 6. The agriculture of Chung Nam in the future was considered to meet the reduction of cultivated crop, specialization farming, magnification of cultivated field per house, appearance of technical service enterprise, youthfulness of farmer for special farming, increase of non-food farming and appearance of side agriculture ofr pleasure.

      • Lidocaine-Induced Changes in the Microviscosity of Phosphatidylcholine Model Membranes

        To get a better basis for studying the molecular mechanism of action of local anesthetics, the effects of lidocaine · HCI on the microviscosity of model membranes of phosphatidylcholine fraction extracted from synaptosomal plasma membrane vesicles (SPMVPC model membranes) were investigated using intramolecular excimerization of 1,3-di(1-pyrenyl)propane(Py-3-Py). The excimer to monomer fluorescence intensity ratio (I'/I) of Py-3-Py in liquid paraffin was a simple linear function of T/?? Based on this calibration curve, the microviscosity values of the direct probe environment in SPMVPC model membranes ranged from 234.97 ± 48.85 cP at 4˚C to 19.21 ± 1.11 cP at 45˚C. At 37˚C, a value of 27.25±0.44 cP was obtained. Lidocaine · HCI decreased the microviscosity of SPMVPC model membranes in a concentration dependent manner, with a significant decrease noted at 0.5 mM. These results indicate that the direct environment of Py-3-Py in the SPMVPC model membranes is significantly fluidized by lidocaine · HCI. Also, the present study explicitly shows that an interaction between local anesthetics and membrane lipids is of importance in the molecular mechanism of action of lidocaine · HCI.
