        물리화학적 처리를 통한 극성 용매 내 나노다이아몬드의 탈응집 및 분산성 향상 연구

        In the present work, physicochemical treatments were introduced for de-aggregation and stable dispersion of detonation nanodiamonds (DND) in polar solvents. The DNDs in water exhibited a particle size of 138 nm and high dispersion stability without particular treatment. However, the DNDs in ethanol were severely aggregated to several micrometers in size and showed poor dispersion stability with time. To break down aggregates of DNDs and enhance the dispersion stability of them in ethanol, mechanical force and chemical surfactant were introduced as functions of zirconia ball size, kind of surfactant and amount of surfactant added. From the analyses of average particle size and Turbiscan results, it was suggested that the size of DNDs in ethanol can be reduced by only mechanical force; however, the DNDs were re-aggregated due to high surface activity. The long-term dispersion stability can be achieved by applying mechanical force to break down the aggregates of DNDs and by preventing re-aggregation of them using proper surfactant.

        가상커뮤니티 활동성이 P2P서비스 이용도에 미치는 영향

          As most of firms related with P2P services change their free services into fee-charging services, the problems of intellectual property rights are solved to satisfactory extent. Accordingly, P2P systems become more popular with the general public. In this respect, it is thought to be very important to research on the critical factors affecting usage of P2P systems. Although it is strongly expected that the characteristics of users activities in virtual communities affect the intention to re-use P2P systems, relatively few attention have been paid to this question. Therefore, this paper is to present empirical evidence to explain how the characteristics of users activities in virtual communities affect re-use intention of P2P services.<BR>  The theoretical contribution of this study is that the characteristics of users activities in virtual communities is theoretically derived from the comprehensive literature review and the logical reasoning, and that the research model of the relationship between the users activities" characteristics in virtual community and the re-use intention of P2P services is proposed and empirically validated, which is expected to expand explaining power of the TAM(Technological Acceptance Model). Also, the practical implication is to provide the guideline to support the successful strategic planning for development and?operation of P2P services through the virtual communities.

        정보시스템 성과 평가 모형 방법론 개발에 관한 연구

        국내 정보시스템 문헌에서는 형성적 구성변수에 대한 연구가 거의 없다. 따라서 올바른 구성변수와 측정변수의 관계, 즉 반영적 혹은 형성적 구성변수의 설정은 가장 현실에 가까운 성과 평가와 올바른 인과모형을 검정하는 데 필수적이다. 본 연구 목적은 포괄적인 문헌 고찰로 반영지표와 형성지표에 대해 정확히 이해하고 올바른 구성 및 개발 방법론을 정보시 스템 평가 분야에 적용하는 것이다. 그리고 정보시스템 성과 평가에 대한 형성적 지표를 개발할 수 있는 올바른 지침을 제시 하는 것이다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하고자 다음과 같은 연구과정을 수행하였다. 먼저, 정보화사업 성과 요인과 성과 평가에 관한 기저 이론과 선행 연구 모형을 검토하였다. 그리고 정보화사업 성과 평가 구성변수와 평가지표 개발 및 타당성 검증을 위한 지침(Guideline)을 통하여 정보화사업 성과 평가에 대한 올바른 형성적 구성변수 및 반영적 구성변수를 식별하였다. 이 에 따라, 체계적으로 구성변수를 올바르게 식별 및 분류하여, 향후 연구자가 정보화사업 성과 평가 구성변수의 올바른 구성변 수를 개발할 수 있도록 하였다. In the information systems literature from Korea, there has not been much research on formative constructs. It is crucial to establish a proper relationship between constructs and indicators. In other words, it is fundamental to specify reflective or formative constructs in evaluating performance as closely as possible to reality, and in testing the appropriateness of a proper causal model. One purpose of this study is that, through a comprehensive literature review, reflective and formative indicators are accurately understood, and a proper specification and development methodology is applied to the information system evaluation field. In addition, this study provides a useful guideline for developing formative indicators for performance evaluation of informatization programs. The following activities were undertaken to achieve the aforementioned purposes. First, the basic theories and preceding study models on successful factors of informatization programs and performance evaluations were reviewed, and a comprehensive interdisciplinary literature review was conducted to better understand the formative constructs. Lastly, we provide a construct for performance evaluation of informatization programs and evaluation indicators, as well as guidelines for specifying them. Therefore, by systematically specifying proper constructs, future domestic researchers can develop better constructs for performance evaluation of informatization programs.

        적외선 램프를 이용하여 소결한 구리 나노잉크의 전기적 특성 평가에 관한 연구

        A sintering process for copper based films using a rapid thermal process with infrared lamps is proposed to improve the electrical properties. Compared with films produced by conventional thermal sintering, the microstructure of the copper based films contained fewer internal and interfacial pores and larger grains after the rapid thermal process. This high-density microstructure is due to the high heating rate, which causes the abrupt decomposition of the organic shell at higher temperatures than is the case for the low heating rate; the high heating rate also induces densification of the copper based films. In order to confirm the effect of the rapid thermal process on copper nanoink, copper based films were prepared under varying of conditions such as the sintering temperature, time, and heating rate. As a result, the resistivity of the copper based films showed no significant changes at high temperature ($300^{\circ}C$) according to the sintering conditions. On the other hand, at low temperatures, the resistivity of the copper based films depended on the heating rate of the rapid thermal process.

        정보시스템 성과평가를 위한 형성적 구성변수(Constructs) 및 측정지표 개발

        Traditionally in IS studies, the relationship between construct and its measurement items tends to be assumed to be reflective, meaning that the measurements are a reflection of the construct. In reality. however, the nature of the construct can be often formative, which means that its measurement items describe and define the construct rather than vice versa. The purpose of this study was to investigate theoretical and empirically-analysed differences between formative construct and reflective construct through comprehensive interdisciplinary literature review. And then on the basis of these differences, we intended to derive the rule of specifying whether the construct is formative or reflective and propose the methodology of testing the validity(content validity, construct validity, internal consistency and external construct) of formative construct and its measurements, differentiated from that in the case of reflective construct. Also. we suggested the concrete statistical testing methods such as VTT(Vanishing Tetrad Test), MIMIC(Multiple Indicators and Multiple Causes) test and multi-collinearity test. In order to examine the applicability of this methodology to developing the constructs for performance evaluation of IS(Information Systems), we tried to identify its attribute(formative or reflective) and test the validity for the construct arbitrarily chosen among them which had been derived in our previous IS performance evaluation study by using this methodology. The result of the examination was that the methodology proposed in this study was significantly valid and effective in the area of IS performance evaluation.

        지진방재를 위한 지하공간정보 DB 구축 및 활용 방안 연구

        우리나라의 지난 33년간 지진발생 추이를 보면 3.0 이상의 지진이 연간 평균 약 9회에 걸쳐서 일어나고 있으며, 지진의 진앙지 역시 해안가에서 내륙지방 쪽으로 이동하고 있다. 이처럼 지진 발생 가능성이 높아짐에 따라 지진방재용 통합 지하공간정보 활용이 필요한 시점이다. 현재는 지진 재해 취약지역의 지질 및 지반 특성 파악 자료가 부족하므로, 전국 단위로 신규 지질, 지반조사 자료를 수집하고 기존의 지하공간정보와 공동 활용을 통한 지진방재계획 수립이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 지진 방재를 위하여 요구되는 지하공간정보 DB의 구축범위를 결정하고, 지하공간정보의 정적 및 동적 DB에 대한 구축방안을 제시하였다. 또한, 구축된 지진 방재를 위한 지하공간정보의 활용방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 지진방재를 위한 지하공간정보 DB의 범위, 구축 및 활용 방안의 수립으로 구축되는 지진방재용 지하공간정보는 소방방재청의 지진 및 급경사지 방재를 위한 지하공간정보 및 급경사지정보 통합관리시스템의 기반 데이터베이스로 활용될 예정이다. Looking at the changes in the earthquake of 33 years of South Korea, earthquake in the magnitude of 3.0 or stronger have been conducted about nine times a year on average, and the epicenter of the earthquake is moving towards the inland from the coast. As the possibility of earthquakes increase, it is time to require utilization of underground space integrated information for earthquake disaster prevention. But, now the data related to the characterization of the ground and geology in the areas weak against earthquakes is insufficient, so we need to collect new geology and the ground survey data on nationwide scale and have to establish earthquake disaster prevention plans through the joint use of the existing underground space information. In this study, we determined the scope of construction of underground space DB information that is needed for earthquake disaster prevention, presented the construction plan of DB static and dynamic information of underground space. It also suggested the utilization of underground space scheme information for built earthquake disaster prevention. The underground space information for earthquake disaster prevention that was built through determining the scope and constructing, planning the utilization of underground space information is supposed to used as DB of the integrated management system of underground space and steep slopes information for steep slopes and earthquake prevention by Emergency Management Agency.
