The desiccant for automobile lamps, which is currently mainly used, is very different from the desiccant used in everyday life or in industrial and logistics sites. Therefore, the generally known desiccant lifetime method should not be used. Automobile lamps are affected not only by design but also by changes in light sources and external environment. Therefore, it is necessary to estimate the life of the desiccant by considering these factors. In this study, a method of predicting the life time according to temperature, humidity, light source, and structure for the desiccant applied to the headlamp was proposed, and also a method for predicting the desiccant life according to field claims was proposed and analyzed.

In the case of parts makers, product evaluation is carried out according to the development standards given by OE and performance is guaranteed. However, it is often difficult to consider the environment of the vehicle or the impact on the surrounding parts by itself. Even in the case of headlamp, the headlamp are continuously affected by engine heat and vibration and impact caused by bumpers, hoods, and fenders in the vehicle conditions. However, it is very difficult to reproduce the problem in the parts state, and it is also very difficult to analyze the cause even if the problem occurs due to this effect. Until now, this analysis had no choice but to analyze with problems occurring in the field rather than analyzing in the component state. Therefore, in this study, the cause of the problem and the analysis method are proposed by analyzing how the surrounding parts of the headlamp affect the watertight of the headlamp in the vehicle conditions and material unit.
냉각장치를 이용한 헤드램프 습기 억제 시스템 개발을 위한 연구

While studies on the fogging in the headlamp so far have focused on fogging removal, this study suggests ways to suppress the generation of fogging. We have understood the mechanism of fogging to improve fogging performance in the headlamp system. and the relationship between the temperature of the headlamp housing and the fogging performance has been found by analyzing the thermal characteristics of vehicles. Finally, the method of controlling the fogging suppression using water was proposed in the humid conditions and the analysis was performed.
아두이노와 라즈베리 파이 기반의 스마트 도어록 시스템 구현

이 논문은 보안성과 성능이 향상된 새로운 스마트 도어록 시스템을 제안한다. 기존의 1세대 도어록은 보안성이 취약하다는 단점을 지닌다. 이를 해결하기 위해 NFC 기반 시스템이 제안되었으나 취약한 보안 문제를 완벽히 해결하지 못한다. 이 논문에서는 아두이노, 라즈베리 파이 및 다양한 센서를 이용한 스마트 도어록 시스템을 제안한다. 제안 시스템 구현을 위해 초음파센서, 라즈베리 파이 카메라, 부저, 서보모터를 이용한다. 또한 3D프린팅을 이용하여 제작한 프로토타입을 보인다.
