Fetus papyraceus or fetus compressus is a relatively rare complications of multiple pregnancy. I had experienced a case of fetus papyraceus associated with triple pregnancy at the Department of Obsterics and Gyunecology, College of Medicine, Cho Sun University and presented it with a brief cases history and review of literature on it.

본원에서 1994년 1월 1일부터 1994년 12월 31일까지 복강경수술을 시행한 100예를 분석하 여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 복강경수술의 적응증은 자궁외임신 42예(42%), 난소낭종27예(27%), 자궁내막증이 9예(9%) 이었다. 2. 복강경수술의 방법으로는 난소관절제술, 난관절제술, MTX 주입법, 전기 소작법 등이 있 다. 3. 환자들의 평균연령은 28.7세였다. 4. 환자들의 평균산출력은 1.1회였다. 5. 수술시간은 수술의 종류, 난이도에 따라 30분에서 2시간까지 다양하였다. 6. 입원기간은 평균 4.1일이었다. To evaluate the efficacy of pelviscopic surgery in gynecologic patient, we reviewed 100 patients treated pelviscopically from January 1994 to December 1994. The results were as follows; 1. The common indications were ectopic pregnancy (42%) ovarian cyst(27%) and endometriosis (9%). 2. Frequent types of surgery were salpingo-oophorectomy(27%), salpingectomy(20%), MTX injection(14%), and cauterization(9%). 3. Mean age and parity of patients were 28.7 and 1.1. 4. Mean duration of hospitalization was 4.1 days. 5. The most common complication was hemorrhage at the trocar site but it was controlled without difficulty. In our conclusion, pelviscopic surgery makes minimal incision, minimal postoperative hemorrhage and postoperative discomfort, low complication and short hospital stay. This type of surgery is simple and useful method of treatment in the community hospital.

저자 등은 최근 본원 산부인과에서 난소임신 3례를 체험하였기에 간단한 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Ovarian pregnancy is rare type of the ectopic pregnancy. To diagnosis a primary ovarian pregnancy, Spiegelbergs four criteria must be met; 1. The fallopian tube is normal and separate from the ovary. 2. The conceptus is in the normal anatomic location of the ovay. 3. The conceptus is connected to the uterus by the ovarian ligament. 4. Definite ovarian tissue is histologically demonstrated with placental tissue. Three cases of the ovarian pregnancy are reported with a brief review of literatures.
