In order to study the efficiency of the command and task methods in physical training, random sample students were selected from the CNU undergraduates and divided as follows: 1. tennis class including 100 freshman coeds. 2. basketball class including 100 students from sophomore class. 3. volleyball class including 50 students from sophomore and junior class. 4. track and field sports including 48 students from freshman class. Each class was divided into two parts: one for command method and the other for task method. In order to check their capacity for each event, the basic capacity had to be checked: 1) the capacity for fore-hand stroke and back-hand stroke in tennis, 2) free throw and running shoot in basketball, 3) spike and serve receive in volleyball, 4) one- hundred-meter dash and long jump in track and field sports. After the physical training by the methods two hours a week for ten weeks, the improvement was measured. The results are as follows: 1. In tennis, the effect of command method in teaching fore-hand stroke is the same as that of task method. 2. Task method is more efficient than command method in training back-hand stroke. 3. In basketball, task method is more efficient than command method in training free throw. 4. In training running shoot in basketball, the efficiency of the two methods are the same. 5. In training spike in volleyball, the efficiency of the two methods are the same. 6. In volleyball, the task method is more efficient than command method in training serve receive. 7. The command is more efficient than the method in training one-hundred-meter dash in track and field sports. 8. In training long jump, the efficiency of the command method is the some as that of the task method.
고등학교 『국사』·『한국근·현대사』·『한국사』의 노동운동 서술 분석-1980년대 이후를 중심으로-

본 연구는 현재 역사학과 역사교육학에서 소외된 노동운동사를 현행 교육과정과 교과서에서 어떻게 다루고 있는지 분석하여 문제점을 확인하고, 이를 극복하기 위한 개선방안을 제시하였다. 우선 연구자는 7차 교육과정과 현행 2009년 개정 교육과정을 중심으로 노동운동에 대한 서술을 분석하였다. 다음으로 각 교육과정에 따라 발행된 『국사』, 『한국근·현대사』, 『한국사』에 서술된 노동운동에 대한 서술을 분석하고 비교하였다. 본 연구에서 다루는 노동운동 시기는 노동운동사 중 현재와 가장 가깝고 급진적 변화가 있었던 1980년대 이후 노동운동이다. 마지막으로, 위 내용을 기반으로 역사교과서가 다룬 1980년대 이후 노동운동에 대한 서술 상 문제점을 지적하고 개선방안을 제시하였다. 이상과 같은 연구를 통해 본 연구자는 노동운동의 교육적 가치를 살리는 내용구성 방안을 다음과 같이 제안하였다. 첫째, 노동운동 및 관련 내용이 교육과정 내에 보다 구체적이고 적극적으로 수록되어야 한다. 둘째, 교과서는 나열식 서술이 아닌, 시기별로 주요 흐름이나 역사적 사실에 대한 충분한 배경을 서술해야 한다. 마지막으로, 본문 외 보조 자료를 활용할 경우 본문과 연계되거나 본문을 보완해서 활용할 수 있는 자료를 적극적으로 사용하여야 한다. 본 연구를 통해 연구자는 노동운동이 민주주의 교육을 실현할 수 있는 가능성을 내포함을 확인하고 활용방안을 모색하였다. 이를 통해 학생들이 노동운동을 학습함으로 민주시민으로서의 자질과 태도를 함양 할 수 있기를 기대한다. This study analyzed how labor movement history, which is neglected in current historical science and history education, is handled in current curriculum and textbooks to examine problems, and suggested improvement plans to overcome such problems. First, the 7th curriculum and the current 2009 revised curriculum were examined for an analysis on the description of labor movement. Next, the narratives on labor movement described in 『National History』, 『Korean Modern History』, and 『Korean History』, which were published according to each curriculum, were analyzed and compared. The period of labor movement dealt with in this study is after 1980s when rapid changes were made but is still the closest to the present. Lastly, based on above results, the narrative problems on labor movement after the 1980s that history textbooks dealt with were pointed out, and improvement plans were suggested. Based on above, this study suggests the following plans that revives the educational value of labor movement. First, contents related to labor movement should be contained more aggressively and more in depth within the curriculum. Second, textbooks should describe sufficient background information about the key factors of historical factors chronologically, rather than reciting narratives. Through this study, the possibility of realization of democratic education by the labor movement was confirmed and the utilization plan was examined. Lastly, It is expected that students will be able to develop their qualities and attitudes as democratic citizens by learning the labor movement.

In this paper, we introduce a pilot s scheduling model which is able to maintain and balance their capabilities for each relevant skill level in military helicopter squadron. Flight scheduler has to consider many factors related pilot s flight information and spends a lot of times and efforts for flight planning without scientific process depending on his/her own capability and experience. This model reflected overall characteristics that include pilot s progression by basis monthly and cumulative flight hours, operational recent flight data and quickly find out a pinpoint areas of concern with respect to their mission subjects etc. There also include essential several constraints, such as personnel qualifications, and Army helicopter training policy’s constraints such as regulations and guidelines. We presented binary Integer Programming (IP) mathematical formulation for optimization and demonstrated its effectiveness by comparisons of real schedule versus model s solution to several cases experimental scenarios and greedy random simulation model. The model made the schedule in less than 30 minutes, including the data preprocessing process, and the results of the allocation were more equal than the actual one. This makes it possible to reduce the workload of the scheduler and effectively manages the pilot s skills. We expect to set up and improve better flight planning and combat readiness in Korea Army aviation.
조직풍토와 교사의 전문성발달단계가 조직헌신성과 조직효과성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

본 연구는 조직풍토, 교사의 전문성 발달단계 및 교사의 조직 헌신성과 조직 효과성간의 관계에 대한 실증적 연구를 하고자 하였다.이에 따른 연구가설을 설정하고 설문조사를 하였다. 구조방정식 모형을 통해 연구 모형을 작성하고 연구가설에 대한 통계적 검증을 하였다.외생변수의 단순 평균값을 비교해보면, 조직풍토는 종합 평균이 3.26이며 동기부여, 업무추진성, 친밀감 순으로 높게 나타났고 냉담은 평균이하로 나타났다. 전문성 발달 단계는 3.49이며 능력구축단계, 열중성장단계, 입문수용단계 순이었고 안일안 주단계가 2.85로 평균이하로 나타났다. 내생변수에서는 조직 헌신도 3.67, 조직효과성 3.78 모두 상당히 높게 나타났다.조직풍토와 조직헌신성 간에는 비교적 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있으나, 교사의 전문성 발달단계와 조직헌신성의 관계는 통계적으로 유의성이 나타나지 않았다. 조직헌성과 조직효과성은 다른 선행연구와 같이 유의미한 정(+)의 상관관계를 나타냈다.향후 새롭고 다양한 변수측정도구의 개발과 새로운 변수를 추가하여 상호관계를 규명하는 후속 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다. This study is aimed at finding out the interrelationship among the organizational cultures, teachers' developmental step, teacher's commitment to organization, and the effectiveness of organization.Using data extracted from 235 teachers in kindergartens, the survey was developing and the output is analyzed statistically. ANOVA and structural equation model are used to prove the actual empirical proof.The result of this study is as follows.Hypothesis 1 and Hypothesis 2 are rejected because each p-value is 0.487 and 0.145 at the significance level α =0.05. Therefore there is no significant difference in teacher's commitment to organization and the effectiveness of organization according to teachers' careers.Hypothesis 3 is accepted with path coefficient 0.459, t value 3.752. The organizational cultures affects on teacher's commitment to organization positively.Hypothesis 4 is rejected with p-value 0.934. This result is similar to the outcome of hypothesis 1. The influence of teachers' developmental step on teacher's commitment to organization is not significant at the significance level α =0.05.Hypothesis 5 is accepted with path coefficient 1.837, t value 4.456. Teacher's commitment to organization has an positive influence on the effectiveness of organization.
