Many industrialized countries of the world have many problems about the reuse of waste landfill area because the increase of terminated waste disposal landfill. Especially, the effective use of the terminated waste landfill nearby the urban area has been demanded, because of the lack of the usable land. However, the reuse of terminated waste landfill is needed an adequate stabilization of ground for increasing the bearing capacity and reduce the allowable settlement for the given structure. This study is to evaluate the reinforcement effect of geocell for the increment of bearing capacity of solid waste landfill ground. The in-situ plate loading tests were performed to determine the static behaviors of reinforced ground with geocell. Three series of test were conducted with variations of ground condition and geocell reinforcement. Based on the in-situ plate load test results, the bearing capacity of geocell-reinforced ground gives 1.53 times higher value than un-reinforced ground.

During the last decade, possibility of flaw occurrences has been rapidly increased world-widely as the increase of operating times of petro-chemical facilities. For instance, from a recent in-service inspection, three different sized surface cracks were detected in welding parts of a spherical oxygen holder in Korea. While API579 code provides corresponding engineering assessment procedures to determine crack driving forces, in the present work, numerical analyses are carried out for the cracked oxygen holder to investigate effects of complex geometry, analysis model and residual stress. With regard to the detailed finite element analysis, stress intensity factors are determined from both the full three-dimensional model and equivalent plate model. Also, as an alternative, stress intensity factors are calculated for equivalent plate model by employing the noted influence stress function technique. Finally, parametric structural integrity evaluation of the cracked oxygen holder is conducted in use of failure assessment diagram method, J/T method and DPFAD method. Effects of the geometry and so forth are examined and key findings from the simulations are fully discussed, which enables to determine practical safety margins of spherical components containing a defect.

하루가 다르게 패러다임이 바뀌고 있는 광고시장의 중심엔 늘 콘텐츠라는 용어가 빈번하게 사용되어지고 있다. ‘콘텐츠 광고’라는 용어 또한 귀에는 익숙하지만 명확하게 정의 내리기에는 모호함이 남아있다. 본 논문은 융합과 소통이 화두인 최근 광고 시장 속에서 새롭게 스며들고 있는 콘텐츠 광고를 정의하고 그 구조를 알아보는 탐색적 논문이다. 연구 방법은 우선 콘텐츠 광고를 정의 내리고, 콘텐츠 광고의 커뮤니케이션 방식을 살펴보았으며, 2014년 Canne Creative Award 우수작품을 중심으로 콘텐츠 광고 안에서의 콘텐츠 유형과 특징을 연구하였다. 연구 결과, 콘텐츠 광고의 커뮤니케이션 방식은 Awareness-Play-Transfer 의 과정을 거치게 된다. 특히, Awareness 와 Play 과정에서 소비자와의 협업(Co-creation)과 재생산(Reproduction)을 반복하며 브랜드를 전이(Transfer)한다 (Branded). 또한, 콘텐츠 광고에서 활용되는 콘텐츠의 유형은 크게 기술, 정보, 바이럴, 공익으로 나눌 수 있었고, 하나의 콘텐츠 광고 안에서 다른 유형들이 서로 Transfer 되면서 시너지 효과를 보이고 있었다. 즉, 콘텐츠 광고에서의 전이는 콘텐츠간에도 일어나고 소비자와의 관계에서도 일어나며, 결과적으로 소비자와 브랜드 사이에서 일어나는 Trans Communication 과정임을 확인할 수 있었다. In the center of advertising market in where the paradigm changes everyday, the term called content is frequently being used. ‘Contents Advertisement’ is also a familiar term, however, it is vague to give a clear definition. This study is an exploratory research to examine the structure of and define the Contents Advertisement, a new kind of advertisement in the recent advertising market where the convergence and communication are hot issue. First of all, we defined the Contents Advertisement and examine its communication methods. Then we studied the types and characteristics of contents in the Contents Advertisement targeting the prestigious works received 2014 Canne Creative Award. The result showed that the communication of Contents Advertisement went through the process of Awareness, Play and Transfer in order. Especially, a brand was transferred through the repetitive co-creation with the consumers and reproduction in the awareness and play process. In addition, the types of contents used in the Contents Advertisement were roughly categorized into four: technology, information, viral and public interest. These different types of contents were having synergy effect by transferring in one contents advertisement. In other words, we could verify that the transference in the Contents Advertisement is a general trans communication process between the contents and contents, contents and consumers and finally consumers and brand.
가솔린 기관용 전이금속 대체 삼원촉매의 모사실험을 통한 배출가스 저감 특성에 관한 실험적 연구

The 3-way catalyst has been adopted to the gasoline engine vehicle essentially since its first appearance in 1970s because it can reduce CO, THC and NOx which are the main harmful emissions simultaneously in the midst of strengthening the regulating the emission control intensively in the advanced countries of automobiles in the world due to the acceleration of global warming and environment contamination. The precious metals used in 3-way catalyst for gasoline engine are mainly PGM(Platinum Group Metal) such as the Pt(Platinum);Pd(Palladium) and Rh(Rhodium). The price of the platinum group metals has been fluctuating extremely due to the unbalanced demand and supply and it is worried for its depletion because they have been used in the catalyst for automobile and in diverse parts as well. Accordingly, many studies have been made in every country of the world to reduce the precious metals used for the catalyst. This study is purposed to provide the essential basic data for developing the transition metal 3-way catalyst to apply to the actual vehicle by comparing. Analyzing the precious metals+transition metal 3-way catalyst substituted a part of the precious metals by transition metal with the emission gas reduction property depending on the space velocity and temperature in use of the rig equipment simulated for the automobile emission system to check the adaptability of the transition metal as an alternative material for the precious metals of 3-way catalyst for gasoline engine.
연구논문(硏究論文) : 부가가치세 환수효과와 누적효과 개선에 관한 연구

본 연구는 부가가치세의 누적효과와 환수효과를 개념적으로 검토하고, 환수효과와 누적효과를 제거하기 위한 현행 부가가치세 제반 제도들을 정리하여 살펴보았다. 또한, 이러한 부가가치세 제도들의 현황과 실태를 분석하였으며, 현행 부가가치세 제도와 선행연구들을 통하여 부가가치세 환수효과와 누적효과들을 제거할 수 있는 개선방안들을 모색하였다. 넓은 의미의 의제매입세액공제제도인 농산물 등 의제매입세액공제, 재활용폐자원 등에 대한 의제매입세액공제 및 고금에 대한 의제매입세액공제는 재화의 최종거래단계 이전 단계에면세제도가 설정됨으로 인하여 발생되는 환수효과와 누적효과를 완화시키는 제도이다. 현재 우리나라 의제매입세액공제제도는 그 공제율이 낮게 설정되어 있기 때문에 환수효과와 누적효과를 제거하기에는 불충분하다. 따라서 의제매입세액공제제도는 사업자에 대한 조세특례제도가 아니며 환수효과와 누적효과를 제거하여 부가가치세 기본구조를 충분히 구현하려는 제도적 장치이기 때문에 동 공제율은 상향조정하여야 할 것이다. 현행 부가가치세법상 원생산물의 ‘본래의 성질이 변하지 아니하는 정도’의 원시적인 1차 가공을 거친 것을 미가공 농산물 등으로 분류하도록 규정하고 있는데, 이러한 과세여부 판단 기준은 실무에서 상당히 모호한 판단기준이며, 1차 생산물은 가공의 정도 및 방법이 일정하지 않기 때문에 공산품과 같이 표준화된 기준으로 판단하기 어렵다. 따라서 농산물 등에 대한 과세여부의 판단규정을 재정리하여 실무에서의 조세 마찰요인을 감소시킬 수 있도록 명확하고 상세히 구분하여야 할 것이다. 최근 금융위기 이후 국가채무의 급속한 증가로 국가 재무건전성이 심각하게 악화되고 있으며 미래의 경기하강에 대한 불확실성이 장기적으로 노정되어 있는 현실을 고려하여 볼 때, 이러한 부가가치세 누적효과와 환수효과를 제거하기 위한 의제매입세액 공제율 등 개선방안은 앞으로의 급격한 세수감소 등을 충분히 감안하여 신중히 검토되어야 할 것이다. In this study we conceptually review the catching-up effect and cascade effect for value added taxes, and is considered to summarized current comprehensive systems for eliminating the catching-up effect and cascade effect for value added taxes. And also we analyse the provisions and the actual patterns of value added taxes, and search the improvements for eliminating the catching-up effect and cascade effect through the current system and a priori researches for value added taxes. Presently, the provisions value added taxes are inadequate to eliminate the catching-up effect and cascade effect because the credit ratios of the deemed input tax credit for value added taxes are settled very lower. Therefore, these ratios must be adjusted to upstream because the deemed input tax credit is institutional devices for realizing enough fundamental framework on the value added taxes through the eliminations of the catching-up effect and cascade effect for value added taxes, and is not tax advantages system for the business man or groups. According to current law of value added taxes, the unprocessed products of agriculture, etc. are ruled to classified the things that were passed the primitively first treatment. Therefore, must be clearly improved to prescribe the judgment standards with respect to the unprocessed products of agriculture, etc.
