This study focuses on what factors influence the job satisfaction of KNR. For solving this research question, three important factors affected job satisfaction are selected through literature review : harmonics communication, fairness of personnel management, satisfaction of human relations. This study tests that the cognitive degrees of above factors are defending on different personal characteristics, and also searches the relationship between job satisfaction and the three factors. This study makes the hypothesis based on a conceptual model elicited from the outline of the previous study. To verify the hypothesis, using SPSS WIN 7.5 package is practiced.

우리나라는 300km/h 고속철도를 건설하여 운행하고 있다. 고속철도는 운행 소요 시간의 단축으로 시간가치의 상승과 편리성이 증대되었으며, 그 결과 이용객이 대폭적으로 증가함과 동시에 지역경제발전에도 기여하고 있다. 한편, 우리나라를 찾는 외국여행객도 점점 증가하여 연인원 1,000 만 명을 넘어섰다. 특히, 지속적으로 늘어나는 중국관광객을 수용하기 위해서도 관광벨트와 연계된 교통수단이 필요한 시점이다. 따라서 지역의 균형발전과 관광자원을 고려한 고속철도 네트워크를 구상하여 제시하고자 하였다. Korea constructed 300km/h high-speed railway, and currently in operation. This high-speed railway shortening the running time to rise of time value and conveniences. As a result, railway passengers are greatly increased, at the same time, contribute to the development of the regional economy. On the other hand, visit Korea"s foreign tourists are also gradually increasing, already exceeded 10 million in a year. In particular, for accommodate consistently increasing Chinese tourists, it"s time for necessary transportation in conjunction with tourism belt. Therefore, the proposed highspeed railway network was considering the balanced regional development and tourism resources.
철도기관사의 신념수정에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

Belief revision involves integrating new information with the current belief. It is a ubiquitous human activity. A critical feature of belief revision lies in its sequential nature. Railroad system can be described as organic. Engine drivers take a great role in this system. Recently, Hogarth and Einhorn(1992) have posited a belief-adjustment model for updating beliefs. Based on a sequential anchoring and adjustment strategy, the model is important for decision makers. The sequential nature of information processing is affected by some task variables. The purpose of this study is to examin factors which influnce on the Enginr Driver's belief revision process. The factors are the order, experience and task. To establish transportation system in railway focusing truly, we should plan route and invest continuously to consider the means of railway’s functional sides. And it should be inter-modal system. Therefore this study concentrates on high-speed railway and considers the construct of transportation system in railway focus on the supplier aspect.

Railroad started from invention of stream locomotive at the beginning of the industrial revolution. Development of diesel and electric locomotives in railroad induced science and technology since the industrial revolution. Korean high-speed train so-called high-speed train project is localized 86.7%(compared to price) 92%(compared to number of parts). This technology has been contributed to KTX since 2004. High-speed railway was developed to integrated system which is contained high technology such as civil mechanical and electrical technology. This effects to advanced technology across the board science technology industry. High-speed railway is fast safe comfortable eco-friendly as next generation's representative transportation. Furthermore it is inaugurate the era of the new railroad. Korea is opened the high-speed railway following Japan France Germany Spain. Korea became the fifth nation of the high-speed railway. It joins the rank of developed countries operating at the speed of 300km/h. Especially KTX is emerging as advanced transportation with reducing logistics costs significantly due to time advantage and transportation revolution. The purpose of this study is to present the strategy through internal and external railway market's analysis for Korea railway system's globalization expansion(overseas expansion).

This study is made to link up the policy analysis theory flame and practice concerning the analysis of railroad tourism resources development policy and propose an alternative to feasibility for railroad tourism resources development policy in general. The specific objectives to achieve the purpose of this research are as follow; First, In consideration of railroad tourism resources development policy and theory of policy analysis idea and goals, for analysis of railroad tourism resources development policy analysis are to be instituted more systematically. Second, the theory of railroad tourism resources development policy analysis will be made more systematic and use it as basis of the said analysis for further.
안전성 고도화를 위한 융합-가변형 전차선 검측시스템의 구조

지금까지의 전차선 검측 시스템은 검측차량을 이용하여 검사구간을 주행 한 후 결과를 산출하였다. 이것은 아열대기후로의 변화에 인한 자연 환경의 급변과 450Km/h급 고속철도 차량의 등장으로 변화가 요구된다. 이에 고속 주행환경과 노반정보를 반영하는 융합?가변형 전차선 검측시스템의 구조를 연구하였다. 기존의 시스템은 전차선에 한정하여 마모의 정도를 판단하였다. 이에 비해 본 논문에서는 검지를 위하여 참조하는 정보를 검측대상의 영상정보에 추가하여 음향정보를 융합하였고, 지형정보에 따라 검지빈도와 정밀도를 가변적으로 적용함으로써 시설물 검측에 대한 기본적인 모델을 제안하였다. Almost all existing inspection methods for catenary system have relied on dedicated track inspection cars. Two factors make it necessary to modify the conventional method: First, the climate has become increasingly similar to that of a subtropical area. In addition, high speed trains have been developed that can run as fast as 450Km/h. This paper presents a visual catenary inspection system structure that incorporates roadbed information for high-speed running environments. Conventional catenary inspection systems determined the degree of wearing only for the trolley wire. The facility inspection system presented in this paper on the other hand utilizes visual and sound data of inspection targets and adjusts inspection frequency and sensitivity depending on the geographic data.
