      • 아동(兒童)의 사회적(社會的) 인지능력(認知能力) 발달(發達)에 미치는 어머니의 자녀(子女) 양육태도(養育態度)의 영향(影響)

        This study attempts to test the the differences between the mother`s child rearing attitude perceived by children and child`s social cognition. For the present purpose the following hypotheses are set as follows: 1. Mother`s child rearing attitude will be perceived differently by sex and grades. 2. Child`s social cognitive ability will be different by sex and grades. 3. Mother`s child rearing attitude perceived by children will influence child`s social cognition ability. 4. Mother`s child rearing attitude also will be different from social cognitive ability among sub-variables. 5. Mother`s child rearing attitude In description patterns, curiosity training, reason orientations, rule principles, impulse expression, reward and punishment, and purpose presentations will be related to child`s social cognitive ability. The above items cover hypotheses 4-l throught hypotheses 4-7. To test the above hypotheses this study utilized "Child rearing questionnaire" deigned by HongWoo Lee (1973) and tests developped by Flavell, Botkin and Fry. This study also produced contingency coefficient and gamma coeffient along with Chi square to test the significant differences between mother`s child rearing patterns and child`s social cognitive ability. The results of the study are: 1. Hypothesis 1. There is a significant difference in the perception of child rearing attitude by grades (***p .001, c=.268, gamma=.556), not by sex. 2. Hypothesis 2. was denied by grades in terms of the differences in social cognitive ability, but there was relative ablity, but there was relative relationship by sex (*p .05, c=.277, gamma=.350). 3, Hypothesis 3. Mother`s child rearing attitude perceived by children is highly related to child`s social cognitive abilitity (**p .01, c=.320, gamma=.600). 4. Hypothesis 4. Hypotheses 4-2, 4-3, and 4-6 were denied.

      • 대학(大學) Communicator의 공신력(公信力)과 학생(學生)의 정보습득(情報習得), 태도변화(態度變化)와의 상관관계연구(相關關系硏究) -건국대학교(建國大學校) 학생(學生)들의 반응분석(反應分析)을 중심(中心)으로-

        This study was aimed to find out the effects of credibility toward university administrative staff upon the efficiency of communication to the students. Recently, one of the most remarkable problems in organization has been problem of communication. Organization is created to get the job done efficiently. Communication has an important role in the achievement of that goal. Communication is made up of individual`s work with other individuals, groups, and the organization as a whole. And it can serve a variety of functions which may persuade, change attitude and inform, etc. The assurance of effectiveness and efficiency in the university communication is a vital factor in initiating and maintaining a quality of Education. So this study focuses attention on the factors for the communication effects in university organization. To find out the factors for the effects of communication, the study was conducted using bibliographical survey. Through this survey related theories, models and the related studies were drawn out. As the result of bibliographical survey, investigator had several questions such as the following: (1) Is there any correlation between the credibility of the university administrative staff and the communication effects on students? (2) Are there any differential effects of credibility by the intermediating of sox difference and educational age of students? And to solve above questions, investigator established two main hypotheses and four sup- porting hypotheses: 1. There is some correlation between the credibility of university administrative staff and the communication effects on students. I-a There is some correlation between the credibility and the information gain of student as a communication effect. I-b There is some correlation between the credibility and the attitude change of student as a communication effect. II. But there will be some differential effects in relationship to sex difference and education age. II-a Female student would be more influenced by the credibility than male student. II-b The higher division student would be less influenced by the credibility than those of lower division. To test these hypotheses, the study employed the filed survey. It was done by giving four kinds of questionnaire to Kon Kuk University Students (50 freshmen, 50 sophomore, 100 junior, 50 senior) in the first semester of 1977. The reason why investigator selected 100 junior was to compare sex differences within the same grade level. The procedures were as follows: Firstly, the credibility of university administrative staff was measured by the "Semantic Differential Scales" (15-bipolar adjectives- 5 safety, 5 qualification, 3 dynamism, 1 sociability) which were previously used by Berlo and Lemert. Secondly, investigator measured the information gain score and the attitude change score of students by giving questionnaire to high credibility group and low credibility group. Lastly, investigator calculated each measurements according to each hypotheses as follows: Hypothesis [I-a] was calculated by the correlation co-efficient between the credibility score of university administrative staff and the information gain score of student. And [I-b] was calculated by the correlation coefficient between the credibility score and attitude change score of students using the method of "Pearson". Hypothesis [II-a] was calculated by the Chi-Square (x(2)) between the credibility socre of university administrative staff and the information gain score of student. Hypothesis [II-b] was calculated by the Chi-Square (x(2)) between the credibility score and the attitude change score. And next the hypotheses [II-a], [I1-b] was calculated again by employing the 2x2 factorial analysis of Variance (F-test), such as high and low credibility x female and male students, high and low credibility x higher and lower division students. As the results of the above, initial hypotheses of this study was reexamined; (1) The hypothesis [I-a] was not supported in this study, because investigator did not find out the significant correlation coefficient the level is p) .05 (2) The hypothesis [I-b] was supported by mean score to the degree of the level of 0.01 So, the credibility of university administrative staff could influence the change of attitude of student as a communication effect. (3) The hypothesis [II-a] that female would be more influenced by the credibility than male student was not supported. F=.26 df=l p> .05 (4) The hypothesis [II-b] that higher division student would be less influenced by the credibility than those of lower division student was supported. The mean was significant at the 0.01 level. F=5.05 df=3 p> .01 Based on the above results, it was concluded that credibility of university administrative staff influences the attitude change of student in university communication, but does not influence information gain of student. Also, the credibility of university administrative staff could have less influence on higher division student than on those of lower division. But, there is no sex differences in influence of credibility.

      • 도덕성판단(道德性判斷)의 발달(發達)과 DIT에 의한 그 측정(測定)에 관한 연구(硏究)

        The purpose of this article can be stated in two ways: First, it is intended to review of congitive developmental theory of moral judgement and it`s related studies. The moral judgement theory emphasize the role of cognitive factors. It seems to offer a new perspective to the moral development and the realm of moral education. Secod purpose of this study intended to introduce the most recent tools for the assesment of moral judgement by James R. Rest`s (1979) DIT (Difining Issuse Test). This pilot study examined the availability of DIT based on the theory and the method of James R. Rest to the junior and high school students and college students of Korea whose culture is different from that of the U.S.A. There was no significant difference (by t test, P=. 10) between two "Pscores" of Korean and American students at elementary, secondary and undergraduate levels. There was significant difference at P =. 02 between two "Pscores" of Korean and American graduate students. It was concluded that this test is available for measuring moral development of Korean students. Contents of this article are as follows: 1) Motivational theory and cognitive theory of moral development (or moral education) 2) Stages of moral judgement. 3) The relationship of moral judgement to cognition, personality, social factors and action. 4) Measuring moral judgement of Korean students by using DIT. 5) Conclusion.

      • Bender-Gestalt Test와 유아(幼兒)의 정서장애(情緖障碍)와의 관계(關系)

        This study attempts to search out differences in the visual-motor perceptual ability between emotionally disturbed young children and normal young children by Koppitz`s Bender-Gestalt Test(BGT). The subjects were 36 emotionally disturbed young children and 36 normal young children, whose ages ranged from 5 years to 7 years which were selected in 4 nursery schools. The instrument used was the BGT developed by Bender. Koppitz`s Developmental Scoring System was used to score the results of the design copy by which young children was tested. The major findings of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. Significant differences are found between sampled subjects` responses and standardized subjects` responses. Sampled subjects` maturation levels are lower than standardized subjects` maturation levels. 2. Emotionally disturbed young children have immature visual-motor perceptual ability. 3. Emotional indicators and the number of emotional indicator have diagnostic-discriminative value about whether there is emotional disorder or not. 4. It may well be that emotional indicator will happen to young children with poor visual-motor perceptual ability.

        Yeats 초기시의 이미지

        When we divide Yeats’s poems into the earlier, middle, and later poems, his earlier poems may be regarded as the poems of the most gorgeous and diverse images and symbols. We can enumerate as the most dominant images and symbols in his early poems: island, tree and bird, and old man. These images reflect themes of the poems, and suggest the thoughts and emotions of ealry Yeats. Besides, they maintain a close relationship with one another. In this regard, it can be argued that the images in the poems of Yeats are explained with the help of other images in his poems. “The Wanderings of Oisin” and Crossways abound in island image, for the major themes of Yeats’s earlier poems are the forgetting and escape from the actual world, and they are products of his dreams and fantasy. The island is the place separated from the real world and it is the symbol of an imagined world. It reflects Yeats’s longing for an ideal world, his sadness toward the real world, his helplessness and weariness. Early Yeats is blind to the actual world and is absorbed in the fictitious world of myth and legends. Though sometimes there is conflict between the ideal and the real, the poet’s attitude inclines sharply toward the ideal. The tree that appears most frequently in the early poems is the Rose. This tree accompanies the most mysterious and multitudinous symbolic concepts in the early poems. It stands for poetic inspiration, mysterious and abstruse spiritual beauty, Ireland, Maud Gonne, and the eternal truth that governs the universe. The tree in the early poems is compared to personality as well. As shown in “The Two Trees”, the ‘holy tree’ symbolizes the harmony of an organism, what Yeats calls Unity of Being, while the ‘broken tree’ symbolizes the destroyed personality, and man’s inclination toward appearance and knowledge. Yeats’s ideal bird is the bird that sings on the tree and fly about in the peaceful nature. The bird in the early poems represents Yeats’s tempera-ment, his sadness toward the real world, and the ideal love. Comparing youth and old age which is one of the main themes of the later poems, “The Wanderings of Oisin” and The Rose discuss in advance a contradictory truth that wisdom comes with bodily decrepitude which early Yeats is very afraid of. The old man is described with the images of tree and bird. The old man symbolized by a ‘broken tree’ or ‘a raven on who wings/Scarcely a feather lingered’ suggests the disharmony of an organism antithetical to Unity of Being.

        경찰공무원의 워라밸이 우울 및 불안에 미치는 영향

        일과 생활의 균형에 대한 사회적 관심이 증대되고 있다. 경찰공무원의 워라밸에 대한 연구동향은 여타의 직군에 비하여 소극적으로 이루어진 경향이 있다. 그런데 경찰직무의 특성을 고려하면 경찰공무원의 워라밸은 관리가 필요한 영역이다. 불가피하게 야기되는 우울, 불안등의 정서상태가 직무스트레스를 유발함으로써 워라밸을 위협할 수 있기 때문이다. 이 연구는 경찰공무원의 워라밸이 우울과 불안에 미치는 영향을 실증하는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 경찰공무원을 모집단으로 설문조사를 실시하여 다음과 같은 분석결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 경찰공무원의 결혼여부에 따라서 워라밸의 차이가 있다. 기혼이 미혼에 비해 워라밸이 유의미하게 높았다(P<.05). 남녀의 워라밸은 동일한 수준으로 나타났다. 맞벌이 가정의 경우도 차이가 없었다. 둘째, 계급에 따라 통계적으로 유의미한 워라밸의 차이가 나타났다. 평균으로만 보면 순경의 워라밸이 가장 높았다. 셋째, 우울과 불안을 종속변수로 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과 워라벨이 높을수록 우울과 부불안이 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 연령이 높을수록 우울은 증가하였다. 인구사회학적 특징에 해당하는 성별, 결혼, 맞벌이, 근무연수, 계급은 유의하지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 워라밸의 선행연구들의 연구결과와 일치하는 결과였다. Social interest in work-life balance is increasing. Research trends on the work-life balance of police officers tend to be passive compared to other occupational groups. However, considering the characteristics of the police job, the work-life balance of police officers is an area that needs management. This is because, inevitably, emotional states such as depression and anxiety can threaten work-life balance by inducing job stress. The purpose of this study was to demonstrate the effect of work-life balance of police officers on depression and anxiety. The following analysis results were derived by conducting a survey using police officers as a population. First, there is a difference in work-life balance depending on the marital status of police officers. Married people had a significantly higher work-life balance than unmarried people (P<.05). The work-life balance of men and women was found to be at the same level. There was no difference in the case of dual-income families. Second, there was a statistically significant difference in work-life balance according to class. Third, as a result of multiple regression analysis of depression and anxiety as dependent variables, it was found that the higher the work label, the lower the depression and marital anxiety. Depression increased with age. Gender, marriage, dual income, working years, and class, which correspond to demographic characteristics, were not significant. These results were consistent with the research results of previous studies on work-life balance.

        Last Poems에 나타난 Yeats의 정치적 주제

        When we say that the poems of Yeats’s are political, they are concerned mainly in literary politics. The political themes in his poems are based on his belief in the creative leading roles of literature and arts, that refined cultivation of literature and arts and their support will surely prevent spiritual corruption of a nation or an age. Just as in the earlier and later poems of his, literature and love are contrasted with politics in his “Last Poems”. Viewed in political terms, his poems are reflection of his discontent with the political reality of Ireland, his disillusionment to the political leaders and Government of Ireland that could not accept his ideals of literary politics, and his recognition that political activity makes life poor and miserable. So, main currents of his political poems are related to dissuasion of political activity. Though Yeats often insists that life and poetry should not have anything to do with both politics and ideology, that is to say that both politics and ideology should be excluded out of the domains of poetry as well as life, we can easily recognize his poetry is, ironically, very political. For his poems imply or contain his discontent with real politics, his hatred of democracy and materialism, his deep interest in aristocracy and eugenics, and his emphasis on the political leadership of Anglo-Irish Protestants. Yeats consistently reveals his political concerns through his poems and especially in his last poems expresses his attraction toward the politics of conservative and heroic powers. In conclusion, it can be said that as revealed in his “Last Poems”, Yeats’s political and literary ideals became fixed respectively as aristocracy and the longing toward a heroic and epical world, because of his firm belief that, in the modem society which respects democracy and materialism but ignores the idealism of literature and arts, man cannot overcome his commonness, impotence, and spiritual corruption.
