This article presents a unified analysis of Korean honorification morphology in the framework of Distributed Morphology (Halle & Marantz 1993). It pays particular attention to the common exponent -kkey on the nominative and the dative DPs when they are honorified and to a few verbs showing root allomorphy with such an honorified DP. It adopts Embick & Noyer’s (1999) and Choi & Harley’s (2015) mechanism of morpheme insertion in PF and Bobaljik’s (2008) idea of agreement operating in PF via feature sharing. Thus, the abstract honorific morpheme is inserted into the honorified DP in Spec-TP or in Spec-vP postsyntactically, and then this inserted honorific feature is shared with its verb head (T 0 or v 0). Then, the honorific feature conditions the choice of the suppletive forms of the nominative and dative case markers, and the honorific feature in T 0 and v 0 serves as the context for the suppletive contextual allomorphy of certain verb roots, with the honorific feature in T 0 realized as -si. Some consequences are (1) decomposition of honorific case markers -kkeyse and -kkey, (2) vocabulary insertion as feature addition (contra Bobaljik 2000), and (3) confirmation of locality of allomorphy (Bobaljik 2008, 2012).

Yoga has gradually gained popularity both as bodily and mental exercise, and recently increased acceptance as an alternative medicine, for example improving the quality of life and dealing with headache, depression, sleep disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and so on. However, yoga and medicine explain effects or mechanisms of treatment and healing differently, as they have different views on how our body works and consequently how it should be treated. Korean Medicine share some concepts with yoga, such as “qi” that can be matched with “prana”, and holistic view on our body. In this study, similar features of yoga and Korean medicine in treatment perspectives, and how treatment mechanism works in yoga and in comparison with Korean medicine. The five layers of Panchkoshas model can be explained with various five systems in Korean medicine including five “shen”, while brahmana and langana in line with managing and tonifying qi and blood in korean medicine. Also, both disciplines share in common in viewing mental problem such as anxiety and depression. Therefore, when treating patients, prompt treatment and improved quality of life can be expected if both of korean medicine and yoga practice are used.

The aim of this study is to compare current status and characteristics of hospice·palliative care in Korea with that of other countries, and discuss possibilities of Buddhism and Korean medicine in Korean Hospice Care area. Hospice·Palliative care provide physical, mental, social, and spiritual care, which focuses on alleviating pain and symptoms rather than remission of disease for terminally ill patients. Both Buddhism and Korean medicine have hospice perspective. In Korean medicine's phenomenological view, observed symptoms comprise a disease itself and strengthening Jung-Gi(正氣) is more emphasized than removing Sa-Gi(邪氣). Furthermore herbal medicine and acupuncture are adopted in hospice care in many countries due to beneficial effects on cancer-related symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite and fatigue. Buddhism and palliative care focus on the present and deal with pain in common. Especially, Taiwan shows the most active participation in the Buddhistic hospice in the world, and Buddhist mind-body meditation is remarkably studied in terms of mental and physical healing and disease prevention. While western medicine which plays a dominant role in current hospicepalliative care lacks in interests on spiritual care and quality of life of patients. Therefore, it is necessary to utilize Buddhism and Korean medicine more actively toward integrated palliative care, in order to meet the definition of hospice

본 논문에서는 BERT(Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers) 활용한 한국어 개체명 인식기를 제안한다.
