        Reinforced concrete materials, which have revolutionized modern architectural culture, have contributed greatly to the creation of new modern architectural spaces by leading the development of construction methods along with steel and glass materials. But now, It is necessary to search for various building materials because there are ① excessive weight of structures, ② difficulty in irregular space, and ③ difficulty in supporting flexible space and facilities. Increasing the active degree of human freedom in terms of light, view, privacy, etc. by supporting the rotation of buildings with lightweight building materials will have a positive improvement effect on the monotonous emotion and disconnection of mankind. If green mold and double composite mold injection technology are applied, performance such as airtightness and waterproofing increases along with productivity, so it can be used as a variety of building materials. In particular, by creating a space inside the member and injecting a fire extinguishing agent harmless to the human body, the fire extinguishing agent bursts out when a fire burns and the finishing material itself becomes a fire extinguishing device, so the wall or ceiling material can play the role of a sprinkler.

      • 내진성능평가에 따른 정밀안전진단 및 내진 보수보강 조치의 개선방안 연구

        For an earthquake-safe urban environment, the Republic of Korea conducts seismic performance evaluation in accordance with laws and guidelines to assign safety ratings and implement necessary management measures such as repairs and reinforcements. In the seismic performance evaluation result, structures lacking in preparation for earthquakes are prioritized and classified into measures such as repair, reinforcement, or careful observation to respond to physical risks such as earthquakes. Such repair and reinforcement work is not a one-time thing, but it is necessary to further enhance the effect through continuous follow-up observation. In this study, the location of the vertical and horizontal displacement measuring part of the construction part is displayed so that the post-construction status of the reinforcement construction part can be visually checked by identifying the problems in the process of post-monitoring in 2022 for the maintenance and reinforcement work of local governments' public facilities carried out in 2021. We propose a plan to institutionalize the installation of, inspection tools, and crack gauges at certain locations in the construction department, and to have facility managers periodically inspect and manage them with a smartphone program or the 'Facility Autonomous Safety Inspection' app.

        Using artificial intelligence(AI) and drones for fire suppression will enable efficient suppression of fires by increasing initial fire response capabilities while shortening time through ① quick fire recognition, ② accurate identification of ignition sources, and ③ precise spraying of fire extinguishing agents. Existing fire extinguishing facilities such as sprinklers have a problem in operating after a significant portion of the fire has spread, but the fire extinguishing drone equipment inside the building precisely and closely sprays a small amount of extinguishing agent at the beginning of the fire for early suppression before the fire spreads. It is advantageous. The problem of damage caused by malfunctioning of sprinklers due to incorrect fire detection is not serious in the case of spraying a small amount of fire extinguishing agent by drone equipment for indoor fire fighting, so it is appropriate to improve the atmosphere to actively utilize the automatic fire extinguishing function linked to the detection system. Even in the case of a fire outside a building, such as a forest fire, the drone quickly arrives at the scene at the beginning of the fire and provides the AI system with visible light, lidar, and infrared sensor data obtained based on accurate location information to reduce time delay, thereby determining the cause, size, and spread route of the fire. is promptly predicted and positive for effective suppression.

        The modular method and artificial intelligence technology is effective in designing "5-SUS Architecture"(5-Suggestions for the Ultimate Space). The injection molding batch production is very superior in terms of precision and productivity compared to the general construction method. In the blow mold injection, which is a method of molding by blowing in the wind, it is possible to mold the entire unit space of a considerable size. Mold manufacturing technology made of aluminum, which is inexpensive and time-saving, rather than steel or graphite molds, has been developed and can be applied to the production of small amounts of modular building materials. When a unit space is produced in a factory using the modular method, it is effective for ① freedom of space direction ② variability of space division ③ elasticity of wall finish ④ cleanliness and safety of the built environment ⑤ intelligence of information communication. The convergence application of modular construction methods and artificial intelligence technology can accelerate the design of the ultimate architectural space that reflects the free emotions of human beings.

        건축물에서의 평상 및 비상 겸용 소방시설 설치 활용 방안

        각종 재해와 재난에서 생명의 안전을 확보하고 재산을 지키는 소방시설은 건축물에 있어 매우 중요한 기능이지만 재해, 재난이 자주 발생하지 않는 까닭에 실제 건축설계와 시공에 있어서는 비용만 많이 들고 효용은 별도 없는 것으로 간주 되고는 한다. 건축물에서의 소방시설이 쓸데없이 돈만 낭비되는 것으로 오인되는 문제를 개선하고 초기 투자와 유지보수 모두에 적극성을 가지도록 하려면 소방시설을 비상시와 평상시에 모두 효용이 있도록 하는 것이 필요하다. 연구자는 아래의 가지 상비 겸용 소방시설을 시민들이 자발적으로 안전하게 6 갖추고 능동적으로 점검 유지하는 문화를 만들어가는 출발점이 될 수 있을 것으로 제안한다. ① 소화설비: 외부 벽면용 스프링클러 장비를 벽면 녹화용 조경수 공급설비로 겸용 활용 ② 경보설비: 시각자동안내, 관심사항 안내 등 일반 및 비상정보 AI자동안내 설비로 활용 ③ 피난설비: 옆으로 밀리거나 접혀 올라가는 벽체 등 공간활용 및 피난기구로 겸용 활용 ④ 소화용수설비: 친환경 빗물 이용 중수도 시설, 지하수 활용 히트펌프 등으로 겸용 활용 ⑤ 소화활동설비: 소화활동설비인 제연설비를 감염병 바이러스 방제용 설비로 겸용 활용 ⑥ 레독스흐름전지: 비상용 전원 공급설비와 심야전기축전용 에너지 절약설비로 겸용 활용 Firefighting facilities that secure life and protect property from natural and man-made disasters are a very important function in buildings, but because such disasters do not occur frequently, firefighting facilities are considered to be only expensive and practically useless to construct buildings. In order to improve the misconception of citizens who believe that firefighting facilities in buildings are only expensive and useless, and also to be willing to invest money in both installation and maintenance, it is important to ensure that they make full use of firefighting facilities everyday in both normal and emergency situations. In this paper, I propose that the six firefighting facilities for both regular and emergency use can be a starting point for creating a culture where citizens voluntarily equip safety facilities and actively inspect and maintain them. ① Fire-fighting equipment: The sprinkler equipment for the external wall is used as a facility for supplying landscaping water for greening the wall. ② Alarm facility: Used as an AI automatic guide facility for general and emergency information such as automatic visual guidance and information on concerns. ③ Evacuation facility: Space utilization such as a wall that is pushed or folded to the side and used as an evacuation device ④ Fire extinguishing water facility: Combined use as a heavy water facility using eco-friendly rainwater and a heat pump using groundwater ⑤ Extinguishing facility: The ventilation facility, which is a fire extinguishing facility, is used as a facility for controlling infectious diseases and viruses. ⑥ Redox flow battery: Used as both an emergency power supply facility and an energy saving facility for late-night electricity storage.

        In this study, the utility of evacuation facilities and fire extinguishing facilities, which are areas to be applied urgently in the combined use of firefighting facilities, was examined, and possible measures were proposed in connection with variable architectural elements. From the perspective of general citizens, the owner of the building, evacuation facilities and fire extinguishing facilities are very important facilities in case of emergency, but in reality, the installation of the facility is intended to ensure that there is no problem with approval for use by the minimum installation specified. I am not getting drunk. In the variable architecture, the degree of variable type considers the ease of maintenance, the convenience of space change and utilization, and the linkage and harmony with the entire facility plan, but it is a more important design idea of the variable architecture, which presupposes variability that can respond in case of an emergency. I need it. In evaluating the economic feasibility of flexible buildings, if the effectiveness against disasters is considered an important factor in the judgment, it is expected that the time of revision and reorganization of related laws and regulations will be accelerated along with the improvement of citizens awareness. Reflecting the deep interest in the safety of parents of older generations, it is necessary to promote the fast track pilot project to install evacuation facilities and fire extinguishing facilities of elementary school buildings for full use. In other words, we propose the design and construction of a model school building that is easy to evacuate and evacuate by increasing the usability as a multipurpose classroom by expanding and changing the space with a variable wall in normal times, and by opening the entire wall in case of emergency. In addition, in the event of a fire that spreads while climbing on the exterior wall of a building while installing and using a water spraying facility for an extended branch-type exterior wall for cleaning glass windows or walls in a school building, it can be used as a fire extinguishing facility for the initial extinguishing of the highest performance. It is necessary to provide an opportunity for the transformation of consciousness.

      • 재난 재해 대응의 효율성 제고를 위한 선진 설비시스템 연구

        Since we started installing sprinklers in buildings 200 years ago, our human efforts to respond to disasters have continued, even to modern automatic firefighting equipment. However, at the current point of opening the age of artificial intelligence, it is necessary to improve it to more advanced building system. It should be developed one step further from the level of helping evacuation by delaying the spread of fire by using non-combustible or flame-retardant finishing materials or by displaying or broadcasting the evacuation route. Now, this researcher proposes the advanced system with the following functions: ①Improvement of initial firefighting capability, ②Use of fire extinguishing agents for each stage or area of fire, ③Application of artificial intelligence, ④Prevention of damage from malfunctioning sensors, ⑤ Response to fine dust and infectious diseases, ⑥External influence prevention Building system, ⑦Redox secondary battery system for buildings.

      • 건축물에서의 소형 레독스2차전지시스템 구축과 분산형 ESS로의 활용 방안

        In this study, the current status of the redox flow battery technology, which has been developing in the commercialization stage, was investigated. ① We took one step closer to securing long life by solving the problem of precipitation of vanadium ion solid crystals through nitrogen bubble washing and draining. ② It was confirmed that the method of using the redox flow battery as a distributed ESS by solving the problem of electrolyte leakage with the heterogeneous injection technique is practically reasonable. In addition, it is possible to secure price competitiveness through a mass production system, and both safety and efficiency can be improved by applying AI (artificial intelligence) technology to battery management (BMS) and output support (PCS) technologies. If the suitability of the redox flow battery is verified in a small distributed ESS, it can be applied to a large ESS. It is expected that Koreas battery technology will expand to the fixed-type market following the mobile type.

        염해를 받는 RC구조물의 내구수명 평가에 관한 확률론적 연구

        Chloride attack of concrete structure is a primary factor to deteriorate concrete structures durability. For this reason, recently many researches of chloride ion penetration and diffusion have been conducted. But it is difficult that verification of accuracy of predicted durability of RC structures because chloride ion diffusion coefficient is diversity according to equivalent age, composition, environment. In this research, it can be produced a accuracy of durability life prediction through reliability assessment and propose a prediction method of chloride ion diffusion coefficient of concrete applied assessment program of reliability. By way of this, we make test materials using different admixture and calculate chloride ion diffusion coefficient by RCPT test at each equivalent age. On the basis of this result, we indicate reliability prediction formula through reliability analysis for durability life design using Montecarlo method. And we verify propriety through comparing and analyzing of this proposed formula with investigation data of chloride ion diffusion studied the inside and outside of the country.
