노인대상 12주간 균형능력 향상 운동이 계단 내리기 보행 시 주요 관절각 및 지면반력 변화에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of balance ability improvement exercise program which applied to the elderly people for increasing balance, stability and range of motion. Ten elderly people and ten university students were recruited as the subjects. Kinematic data were collected by seven real-time infrared cameras while subjects walk stair descent as a pre-test. Korean folk dance exercise program was applied to the elderly for 12 weeks. Same experiment on stair descent walk was performed as post-test. Results indicated that CM movement and selected joint angle patterns of elderly group after treatment changed to the similar patterns of young group. However, ankle joint angle and vertical GRF of elderly group after treatment also increased compared to those of the elderly group before treatment. This might be explained by the fact that elderly used a different walking strategy which maximize support base for increasing stability. Overall, these results indicated that the exercise treatment may affect to adapt and improve the gait pattern of stair descent of elderly people.

As a part of development of Korean K2 main battle tank, embedded training computer to be operated in the main equipment, which makes it possible to train without a special-purposed training simulator, was adopted for tank combat training. The category of embedded training of Korean K2 main battle tank includes driving training, gunnery training, single tank combat training, platoon level combat training, and command and platoon leaders combat training. For realization unit level tank embedded training system, the virtual reality was utilized for real time image rendering, and network based real time communication system of K2 tank was utilized for sharing status information between tanks. As a result, it is possible to train themselves on their own tank for enhancing the operational skills and harmonized task with members.
보행속도가 비만인의 하지관절에 미치는 영향 - 과체중과 비만인 중심 -

본 연구의 목적은 일반 비만인그룹과 과체중(씨름선수)그룹간의 4가지 보행속도에 따라 발생되는 보행의 매개변수들을 알아보고자 한다. 보행속도는 1.21 ±0.02m/s. 1.47±0.02m/s, 1.81±0.03m/s, 2.10±0.04m/s 4가지의 보행 과제를 주어 실시하였다. 분석변인으로는 지지기 동안으로 하지관절의 시간, 각도, 그리고 근전도를 분석하였다. 또한 비만인그룹과 과체중그룹 간의 단계별 보행속도에 따른 변인들의 차이를 분석하기 위해서 tow-way ANOVA(2(RG)×4(RM))를 실시하였으며, 분석을 위한 모든 유의수준은 α=.05로 설정하였다. 지지기의 시간, 각도, 하지근육의 근전도의 통계적 결과를 요약하면 비만인그룹과 과체중그룹간의 단계별 보행속도에서 지지기의 시간에서 유의한 차이가 없었으며, 발뒤축접지시 발목관절각과 무릎관절각에서 집단내 상호작용이 유의한 차이(p=.022, p=.031)를 보였으나 집단 간에는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 발가락들림기시 발목, 무릎, 엉덩이관절각 모두 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 단계별 보행속도에 따라 하지근육을 평균 근활성도를 살펴보면, 대퇴직근(RF), 외측광근(VL), 내측광근(VM), 전경골근(TA), 비복근(MG)에서는 집단 내와 집단 간에 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 그러나 대퇴이두근에서는 집단 내 상호작용(속도×그룹)에서 유의한 차이(p=.024)를 나타내 보였다. 이상의 연구결과를 종합해본 결과 단계별 보행속도에서 지지기의 비만인그룹과 과체중그룹 간에는 큰 차이를 보이지 않은 것을 발견할 수 있었다. The purpose of this study is to analyze variants of the walking by four different walking speeds between obese groups: one group is an obese group of lay people, the other is an obese group of Ssirum players which is named as an overweight group for convenience not by body mass index. Four different walking speeds are 1.21±0.02m/s, 1.47±0.02m/s, 1.81±0.03m/s, and 2.10±0.04m/s. Analyzed variants of the walking are time, angle, and EMG pattern of lower extremity joints in the stance phase. We applied tow-way ANOVA(2(RG)×4(RM)) and p value was α=.05. There was not statistically significant difference of time of the stance phase between the obese and overweight group. At heel contact event of the stance phase, angle values of ankle and knee are statistically significant within each group(p=.022, p=.031) but not between groups. At toe off event, angle values of ankle, knee, and hip are all insignificant. Mean EMG muscle activity of biceps femoris is a statistically significant interaction(speed×group) between two groups(p=.024) and the others of rectus femoris(RF), vastus lateralis(VL), vastus medialis(VM), tibialis anterior(TA), and medial gastrocnemius(MG) muscle by the acceleration of walking speed were not significant both within each group and between groups. In conclusion there is no significant difference in the stance phase between the obese and overweight group by the acceleration of walking speed.
