        Fe7Se8 의 결정학적 및 자기적 구조

        57Fe을 첨가해서 제조한 준 강자성물질 Fe7Se8 에 대해 4 K에서 450 K에 이르는 온도구간에서 뫼스바우어분광 실험을 실시하였다. 3세트의 6개선 초미세자기장 특성이 나타났고 이것은 자기적으로 서로 다른3가지 사이트로 구성된 초격자 결정으로 특징 지울 수 있었다. 저온 영역에서 나타난 결과를 보면 “3c” 초격자 모형과 잘 일치함을 알 수 있었다. 130 K 온도에서 Fe7Se8 의 전기사중극자분열 값의 갑작스러운변화는 스핀회전이 갑작스럽게 발생하는 것을 나타낸다. 이와 유사하게 Fe7Se8 의 초미세자기장 값의 온도의존성을 보면 130 K온도에서 스핀회전과 연관되어 갑자기 변화하는 것을 알 수 있다. Fe7Se8 의 이성질체이동 값은 3사이트 모두 +2가 철을 나타내었다. Fe7Se8 의 결정구조는 직육방 결정구조를 나타내었다. Mössbauer spectra of ferrimagnetic Fe7Se8 prepared with enriched 57Fe have been taken at temperatures from 4 K to 450 K. Three sets of six-line hyperfine patterns were obtained and assigned to three magnetically nonequivalent sites of a superstructure of the crystal. The results obtained in the low-temperature region are shown to be consistent with the “3c” super structure model. An abrupt change in the quadrupole shifts near 130 K for Fe7Se8 suggests that the spin-rotation transition proceeds abruptly. The isomer shifts for Fe7Se8 indicate a ferrous character for the iron atoms at all three sites. Similarly, some bumps, which are related to the spin rotation, in the temperature dependence of magnetic hyperfine fields for Fe7Se8. Fe7Se8 are found to have a orthohexagonal crystal structure.

        A Comparative Quantitative Analysis of the IDEAL (Iterative Decomposition of Water and Fat with Echo Asymmetry and Least-squares Estimation) and the CHESS (Chemical Shift Selection Suppression) Techniques in 3.0 T L-spine MRI

        This study was conducted on 20 patients who had undergone pedicle screw fixation between March and December 2010 to quantitatively compare a conventional fat suppression technique, CHESS (chemical shift selection suppression), and a new technique, IDEAL (iterative decomposition of water and fat with echo asymmetry and least squares estimation). The general efficacy and usefulness of the IDEAL technique was also evaluated. Fat-suppressed transverse-relaxationweighed images and longitudinal-relaxation-weighted images were obtained before and after contrast injection by using these two techniques with a 1.5T MR (magnetic resonance) scanner. The obtained images were analyzed for image distortion, susceptibility artifacts and homogenous fat removal in the target region. The results showed that the image distortion due to the susceptibility artifacts caused by implanted metal was lower in the images obtained using the IDEAL technique compared to those obtained using the CHESS technique. The results of a qualitative analysis also showed that compared to the CHESS technique, fewer susceptibility artifacts and more homogenous fat removal were found in the images obtained using the IDEAL technique in a comparative image evaluation of the axial plane images before and after contrast injection. In summary, compared to the CHESS technique, the IDEAL technique showed a lower occurrence of susceptibility artifacts caused by metal and lower image distortion. In addition, more homogenous fat removal was shown in the IDEAL technique.

        산조인의 진정및 향정신작용에 관한 연구

        A water-soluble basic extract was obtained from Zizyphi spinosi semen and tested on its sedative and psychotropic activities. In a 2.2m $\times$ 2.2m $\times$ 0.8m open-field, the effect of the extract on unlearned emotional responses of mice was determined. Intraperitoneal injection of 5mg/kg, 10mg/kg, and 20mg/kg of the extract caused to show less often the frequency of ambulation, rearing and exploration and more the frequency of lying and sleeping than that of placebo control, meprobamate and chlordiazepoxide treated groups. In a standard shuttle box, the effect of the extract on learned emotional responses was determined. Intraperitoneal injection of 10mg/kg of the extract caused to show less conditioned response, secondary conditioned response and defecation than either placebo control or pre- and post-treated sessions with the extract throughout the acquisition and extinction of conditioned avoidance response. Intraperitoneal injection of 10mg/kg of the extract showed similar sedative actions with that of 1.25mg/kg of chlorpromazine. The extract shows major tranquilizer-like effect as chlorpromazine.

        The dependence of the Mo¨ssbauer lineshift δ in oxygen ferrite-spinels on the free parameter of the structure u is considered. The mutual disposition of the lines for the A and B points in the spectrum depends significantly on the oxygen parameter u. Within the framework of the field theory of ligands, theoretical dependences are obtained for the difference in the shifts Δδ^RA ≡ δ^B-δ^A as a function of u, at various values of the lattice parameter a. This difference is expedient for comparison with experimental data, since it does not depend on the choice of radiation source and scarcely depends on a. The available experimental data for ferrite-spinels with Fe^3+ ions at points A and B agree with the results of the calculations. In particular, the trend of the difference Δδ^BA to sign reversal with rise in u is confirmed. According to the results of the calculations, sign reversal should be observed at u= u_cr=0.3845 for the case when a=8.30A˚.
