본 연구의 목적은 해양필지의 구획, 경계설정, 해양등록번호의 부여, 면적단위의 선정을 검토한 후, 해양필지정보(등록객체)의 재구성으로 보다 현실성 있는 해양등록부의 설계(안)을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위한 조사방법은 문헌조사와 전문가 인터뷰, 현장조사를 통하여 수집하였으며, 접근방법은 서술적 접근방법과 비교론적 접근방법, 현상학적 접근방법을 병행하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 해양관리를 위한 공부운영 현황을 검토한 후 그에 따른 한계와 문제를 도출하고, 이를 해결하기 위해 해양등록부의 작성의 필요함을 제기하였다. 둘째, 해양등록부 설계를 위한 필수적인 정보라고 할 수 있는 해양필지의 구획, 경계설정, 해양등록번호의 부여, 면적단위 등의 등록방법을 제안하였다. 셋째, 본 연구의 목적인 해양관리를 위한 해양등록부 설계(안)을 제시하였고, 더불어 해양등록부 관리체계인 시스템의 구축 방향을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to present a realistic design of Marin Public Records based on the reconstruction of marine parcel information(registration object) by reviewing division of marine parcel, determination of boundary, designation of marine registration number, and selection of area unit. Survey was carried on through collecting both the primary data by expert interview and field survey and secondary data by literature review; For this study, descriptive, comparative, and phenomenological approaches were applied in parallel. The results of the study are as follows : First, there were limitations of current studies on Marine Management deduced (deduced : o, deducted : x) from reviewing them. Therefore, the necessity of designing Marine Public Records was suggested to resolve the problem. Second, it is suggested how to divide marine parcel, determine boundaries, designate marine registration number, and register area unit which are essential for making Marine Public Records. Third, the form of Marine Public Records was presented for marine management which is the purpose of this study; In addition, the direction for constructing Marine Public Records Management System was suggested.

This study was aimed for investigating the walking participation of korean youth and identifying their subjective status according to walking participation. The data was extracted from the 2014 Korean Youth" health Behavior Web-based Survey and analyzed by complex sample design, frequency analysis, t-test with complex sample chi-square test and general linear model(p<.05) using SPSS ver.22. The results of the analysis can be summarized as the following. First, walking participation was higher on following factors in general characteristics.; male in gender, first and second year of both middle school and high school in grade, small and medium-sized cities in size of cities, middle school in school levels, Seoul and Kyung-ki in province. Second, youth who participate walking showed positive higher score on all factors of subjective status.
