돈분뇨 발효액을 이용한 녹색꽃양배추 및 양미나리 관비재배 실용화 연구

돈분뇨 발효액을 이용하여 녹색꽃양배추, 양미나리 관비재배 효과를 검정하고 이때의 적정 액비농도를 구명하고자 돈분뇨 발효액을 5, 10, 25 그리고 50배 희석(Ef. 5, Ef. 10, Ef. 25, Ef. 50)하여 시험한 결과는 다음과 같다. 작물 재배 후 토양분석결과 두 작물 공히 산도 및 칼륨은 액비농도가 진한 Ef. 5 처리구에서 낮았으나, Ef. 25, Ef. 50 처리구에서는 높았다. 반면 전기 전도도, 인산, 유기물함량, 그리고 질산태 질소는 액비농도가 낮은 Ef. 50 처리구에서 낮았으며, Ef. 5 처리구에서는 높아지는 경향이었다. 식물체 분석은 두작물 공히 총 질소는 액비농도가 진해짐에 따라 식물체내의 농도가 증가되었다. 유효 인산은 처리구에 관계없이 큰 차이가 없었다. 생육과 수량을 살펴보면 녹색꽃양배추의 경우 엽장, 엽폭 및 초장은 Ef. 50에서 생육이 가장 좋았다. 화뢰고와 화뢰폭은 액비농도가 낮은 Ef. 25와 Ef. 50 처리구에서 큰 것으로 나타났으며, 화뢰중 또한 무거웠다. 양미나리 는 엽장에서 Ef. 25와 Ef. 50 처리구에서 컸으며 ,수량은 관행대비 Ef. 25와 Ef. 50 처리구에서 각각 2배 증수되었으나, 고농도 처리인 Ef. 5에서 큰 폭으로 감소되었다. 이상의 결과 녹색꽃양배추 및 양미나리의 관비재배시 발효돈분뇨의 희석농도는 25∼50배가 적정한 것으로 나타났다. This study was carried out to optimize the fertigation method using fermented swine liquid manure for the growth of two western vegetables, broccoli and celery. Plants were grown in a rain-shelter house and fertilized with a range of dilutions(efflux 5 dilution=Ef. 5, efflux 10 dilution=Ef. 10, efflux 25 dilution=Ef. 25, and efflux 50 dilution=Ef. 50) of the liquid manure or with conventional application of N : P2O5/ : K2O = 200 : 70 : 500kg/ha for broccoli, 250 : 210 : 240 kg/ha for celery as controls. After harvest, soil pH and K content decreased after using a high concentration of the liquid manure, Ef. 5, than after treatment with weaker concentrations at Ef. 25 and Ef. 50. On the other hand, soil electrical conductivity, content of P2O5/, organic matter, total nitrogen, and NO3-N at Ef. 5 increased as concentration of swine liquid manure increased. After harvest, available P2O5/ in plant tissue did not differ significantly between any of the treatments. In broccoli, the lower concentration (Ef. 50) of swine liquid manure increased flowering over the other treatments, perhaps because the level of absorption into the plants is higher with lower concentration. The amounts of K and Ca in plant tissue were greatest after Ef. 25 and Ef. 50 treatments. Plant growth was best at Ef. 50 in broccoli, head height, head width, and head weight were the best with Ef. 25 and Ef. 50 treatments after harvest. In celery, leaf length was greater after Ef. 25 and Ef. 50 treatments than any other treatments. Total yield of celery of Ef. 25 and Ef. 50 treatments was twice that of conventional cultivation. On the other hand, yield severely decreased after application of high-concentration treatment at Ef. 5. In conclusion, fertigation of swine liquid manure, diluted in the range of Ef. 25 to Ef. 50, could improve yield and quality in broccoli and celery.

Recently, with the increasing power demands, characteristic of superconductor using Fault Current Limit (FCL) is studied to reduce the increased fault current. In order to use the characteristics of superconductor at critical current during a fault current, a method to reduce the fault current is studied. However, the encountering problems are expensive equipment, cooling system, etc. For cost savings, the FCL was proposed in resulting from the use of superconductor. A high-speed interrupter is apply to the FCL. During normal operation of the system, FCL is disconnected from the grid. When a fault occurs, FCL is connected to system.In this paper, limitations of the fault current were analyzed in case of occurring a line-to-ground fault that was the most faults in system. As a result when superconductor fault current limit (SFCL) was applied, the fault current was limited and not significantly different. Besides, the use of SFCL with the fast response resulted in preventing the spread of a fault and improving reliability of power system.

In this paper, to improve the efficiency of pressurized pneumatic grit conveying for ship block open blasting process. Pressurized pneumatic grit conveying is defined as the transportation of grit(abrasive) in a compressed air flow. Total Pressure loss in flexible hose for pneumatic conveying is sum of pressure losses due to gas and grit and needle type pressure transmitter for measured perssure loss. haracteristics of grit open blasting by pneumatic conveying were studied experimentally. Studies variables were blasting nozzle ID, length and ID of flexible hose, grit flow rate, flow rate and pressure of transport air. It was experimentally proved that optimal open blasting condition and cost effective operation regarding grit blasting obtaining a high qulity surface preparation(Sa 2½)

세계는 글로발리제이션이라는 거대한 변화의 과정을 거치고 있다. 무역의 자유화는 물론 자본, 인력, 정보, 문화의 보드레스화현상이 그것이다. 이러한 글로발리제이션이 우리나라 도시화에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있으며 이에 따른 문제점과 과제와 전망을 살펴보고자 한다. 한국의 도시화는 대도시의 비대성장, 대도시권의 형성과 공간적 분극화현상, 도시의 국제화와 도시구조의 변화의 과정을 겪고 있다. 이러한 글로발리제이션에 대한 도시화의 파급과 영향은 긍정적인 측면과 부정적인 측면을 동시에 지니고 있는 바 대도시 인구집중현상의 가속화와 지역격차의 증대와 같은 부정적인 측면이 있는가 하면, 도시경쟁력의 강화와 도시구조의 재편성을 촉진하는 긍정적 측면도 있다. 이에 대한 정책적 대응과 전망으로서 대도시권 관리체계의 신속한 도입, 국제적인 경제적 경쟁력 강화, 지속가능한 도시개발개념과 기법의 도입, 도시 인프라 투자재원 조달의 다원화, 지역간불균형 발전의 시정과 초국경적 도시연대 개발과 기능적 통합이 이루어져야 할 것이며, 도시행정개혁은 물론 시민사회의 출현이라는 흐름을 적극적으로 받아들이는 정책적 전환이 요구되고 있다.

Pharmacokinetics of a new capsaicin analog, DA-5018 were evaluated after a subcutaneous injection or topical application of ^(14)C-labelled or unlabelled DA-5018 to rats and rabbits. After subcutaneous injection of ^(14)C-labelled or unlabelled DA-5018, 0.5 mg/kg (equivalent to DA-5018) to rats, the plasma total activity peaked at 2 hr with the terminal half life of 5.34 hr, however, unlabelled-DA-5018 peaked at 1 hr with the terminal half life of 1.26 hr. Moreover, the AUC (0.726 versus 0.233 ㎍ hr/ml) and MRT (7.82 versus 3.55 hr) increased significantly based on total radioactivity compared with intact DA-5018. Above data indicated that DA-5018 is extensively metabolized in rats and the terminal half- life of the metabolites) had a longer half-life than that of DA-5018. The cumulative percentages of biliary excretion of dose after subcutaneous injection of [^(14)C]DA-5018 was 40.2%, however, the value was only 2.14% when unlabelled DA-5018 was injected. After topical application of 0.1% or 0.3% ^(14)C-labelled or unlabelled DA-5018 cream, 500 mg/kg to rats, the plasma and tissue concentrations except applied skin were under the detection limit. After consecutive 7 days topical application of unlabelled DA-5018, 0.1% and 0.3% cream to rats, the plasma concentrations were also under the detection limit. But the urinary excretion of DA-5018 was significantly increased by repeated topical administration. After topical application of unlabelled DA-5018, 0.1% and 0.3% cream to rabbits, the plasma and urine concentrations were under the detection limit. Above data indicated that the skin permeation of DA5018 was lower and the metabolism of DA-5018 was higher in rabbits than that in rats.
