부분행렬을 사용한 행렬.벡터 연산용 1차원 시스톨릭 어레이 프로세서 설계에 관한 연구

Systolic Array Processor is used for designing the special purpose processor in Digital Signal Processing, Computer Graphics, Neural Network Applications etc., since it has the characteristic of parallelism, pipeline processing and architecture of regularity. But, in case of using general design method, it has intial waiting period as large as No. of PE-1. And if the connected system needs parallel and simultaneous outputs, processor has some problems of the performance, since it generates only one output at each clock in output state. So in this paper, one dimensional Systolic Array Processor that is designed according to the dependance of data and operations using the partitioned sub-matrix is proposed for the purpose of improving the performance. 1-D Systolic Array using 4 partitioned sub-matrix has efficient method in case of considering those two problems.

Korean private colleges under the period of Japanese control was the kernel for the educational resistance, one of the save-the-nation movements because of inculcating in Koreans the spirit of independence and self-respect under that period. Posung College Library building, erected in Commemoration of the 30th Anniversary of the Foundation, especially, was the result of Koreans systematizing ability and iron will of independence for the future generations. In this paper, an attempt to study the Korean private college libraries under the period of Japanese control is provided. The main institutions in this study are Posung College library, Chosen Christian College library (Yunhee College Library), and Ewha College Library. This study will focus to review the followings: 1. The historical background of above mentioned libraries. 2. The educational resistance under that period. 3. The comparative and analytical study of these private college libraries and Keijo Imperial University library. 4. The facilities and the basic collection development plan on the basis of presentation. 5. library services including readers services. 6. The impact of these libraries on the present private university libraries. 7. The organization and staffing pattern, and budget of these private college libraries. The followings are the outlines conclusions: 1. Korean private college libraries had been established in order to perform the educational resistance. They are one of the supporting agencies for the research activities, among the most important means of social education, and provide, no doubt, the full nutriment for hungry soul under that period. 2. These libraries have not outstripped Keijo Imperial University in collection of books as well as man power, but their collection of books coincided, in general, with their curricula, and had feature to perform the save-the-nation-movement by education. 3. The library services were appeared in the forms such as the Circulation Library, Lectures on the Use of Books and Libraries, Library Week, and Training Course for the Librarians, etc. It is thought that these activities contributed to the social and cultural development of Korea indirectly. 4. The library administration of the private colleges depended upon the director of library because of the frequent changes of staffs and the simple functional system without its middle class. 5. The Japanese Government-General in Korea gave no financial assistance to the private colleges though they were in financial difficulties more than Keijo Imperial University. 6. The ambitious ideal for foundation of universities in reality as well as in name was not achieved during that period because of the monstrous obstacle so-called the Japanese Government-General in Korea, but its ideal had a desirable effect upon these college libraries development, in particular, before and after 1935.

CRT를 사용한 잉여수계 기수확장에 관한 연구

The Extension of Base is a fundamental Method to expend the moduli in RNS(Residue Number System). RNS has the benefit of parallelism and no carry propagation at each moduli, but division , extension of base and etc. is the problem of RNS in case of the operation speed.Generally this method is applied to system using Mixed Radix Conversion. it appears to decrease the size of Arithmetic Unit, but increasing the time of operation. So in this paper, the Improved Extension of Base is proposed using Chinese Remainder Theorem. it has the comparative small size and Improved speed.

그래픽 디스프레이에 적합한 Cosine, Sine함수 발생기 설계에 관한 연구

Cosine and Sine function is widely used for the arithmetic, translation, object drawing, Simulation and etc. of Computer Graphics in Natural Science and Engineering. In general, Cordic Algorithm is effective method since it has relatively small size and simple architecture on trigonometric function generation. However profitably it has those merits, the problem of operation speed is occurred. In graphic display system, the operation result of object drawing is quantized and has the condition that is satisfied with rms error less than 1. So in this paper, the proposed generator is composed of partition operation at each ${\pi}/4$ and basic Cosine, Sine function generator in the range of $0{\sim}{\pi}/4$ using the lower order of Tayler's series in an acceptable error range, that enlarge the range of $0{\sim}2{\pi}$ according to a definition of the trigonometric function for the purpose of having a high speed Cosine, Sine function generation. And, division operator using code partition for divisor three is proposed, the proposed function generator has high speed operation, but it has the problems in the other application parts with accurate results, is need to increase the speed of the multiplication.

소(少) 제수용 잉여수계 제산 연산기 설계에 관한 연구

잉여수계를 사용한 연산기는 디지털 신호처리, 컴퓨터 그래픽 등에 있어서 여러가지 장점을 갖으므로 전용 프로세서 설계에 사용되고 있다. 그러나 크기 비교와 일반적인 제산에 있어서 단점을 갖는다. 본 논문에서 제안된 연산기는 곱의 역을 사용한 제산의 결과가 나머지를 갖는다면 현재 제수에 의해 산출된 몫의 최대 값보다 큰 값이 발생되는 조건을 반복연산의 종결조건으로 사용하였으며, 몫의 비교를 대응된 제수 값으로 대신하였다. 그러므로, 설계된 연산기는 작은 크기의 제한된 제수를 사용하는 제한점은 갖지만, 컴퓨터 그래픽의 스케일링 등에 적용하는 경우 연산기의 크기 및 속도가 우수한 제산 연산기로 사용할 수 있다.

갑상선(甲狀腺) 기능저하증(機能低下症) 환자(患者) 1례(例)에 대(對)한 임상적(臨床的) 고찰(考察)

Tyroid gland is the biggist endocrine organ which is located in front of trochea. The role of the thyroid gland in the total body economy comprises the synthesis, storage, and secretion of thyroid hormones, which are necessary to growth, development, and normal bodymetabolism. Hypothyroidism is the state of a dificiency in the secretion of Thyroid hormone. This may result from idiopathic myxedema, or distruction or removal of thyroid, or goiter, or thyroid adenomas. Hypothyroidism corresponds to thick lips, dry skin, puffy eyelids, coars hair, megaloglossia, and pudgy hands etc. On one case of Hypothyroidism who was hospitalized for the chief complaints of fatigue, general weakness, coldness, edema in head, neck site, lumbago. I diagnosed this case as dificiency of Qi and blood(氣血兩虛) or dificiency of warm-Qi in spleen and kidney(脾腎陽虛). And then I used Moxa treatment to increase Qi and blood, and Acupuncture treatment to reduce shoulder and neck pain, lumbago. And Herb-med is used to increase Qi and blood, and recover of general condition. As a result, this patient got better more quickly.

Sex Differences in Gut Microbiota

Humans carry numerous symbiotic microorganisms in their body, most of which are present in the gut. Although recent technological advances have produced extensive research data on gut microbiota, there are various confounding factors (e.g., diet, race, medications) to consider. Sex is one of the important variables affecting the gut microbiota, but the association has not yet been sufficiently investigated. Although the results are inconsistent, several animal and human studies have shown sex differences in gut microbiota. Herein, we review these studies to discuss the sex-dependent differences as well as the possible mechanisms involved.

육미지황탕(六味地黃湯)이 Alloxan으로 유발(誘發)된 생쥐의 당뇨병성(糖尿病性) 신증(腎症)에 미치는 영향(影響)

This study was done to investigate recovery effects of YJT, which has been used clinically in diabetes therapy. Mice were administerd Alloxan to induce diabetes. There body weight and kidney weight changes, BUN, creatinine, glucose, total protein and ALP activity in serum, urinalysis, excretion volume of Na+, K+ in urine were measured. The results were as follows: 1. Increase in body weight and kidney weight and the ratio of kidney to body weight of YJT treated group showed similar results with those of normal group. 2 The BUN, creatinine, ALP activity levels in serum of YJT treated group were similar with those of normal group. 3. The glucose level in serum of YJT treated group was better than that of control group 4. The result of the urinalysis in the group of YJT was almost same as that of control group The above results suggest that YJT partially improves the function of the kidney.

우리나라 공동주택의 리모델링 활성화를 위한 제도 개선 방안

1999년 현재 총 주택 재고 1천 백만 호 중 공동주택은 약 $57.5{\%}$를 차지하고 있다. 대부분의 공동주택은 공용부분에 대한 극히 부분적인 유지보수와 개별세대를 위주로 리모델링이 이루어지고 있어서 관리의 효율성이 낮고 사회경제적인 낭비를 초래하고 있다. 정부에서는 ‘주택건설촉진법'과 '공동주택관리령'을 제정하여 공동주택을 효과적으로 관리하기 위한 노력을 기울이고 있지만 운영상 많은 문제점이 나타나고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여, 이 논문은 문헌조사, 설문 및 면담조사를 바탕으로 우리나라의 공통주택관리방식, 금융$\cdot$세제상 지원, 특별수선충당금 적립, 자재품질 및 설계기준 그리고 리모델링 관련 법령 측면에서 공동주택의 리모델링을 활성화할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. In 1999, a residence stock amounts to 11 million units and apartment housing holds 57.6 percent of the residence stock. Without proper remodeling for apartment housing, a significant portion of them would be expected to be demolished shorter than their life-time due to socioeconomic reasons. Apartment housing is maintained depending on government regulations such as 'Housing Construction Promotion Code' and 'Apartment Housing Maintenance Ordinance'. However, there are many problems with implementation of them. In order to solve the problems, we focus on the remodeling system that includes Maintenance of Apartment Housing, Finance and Taxation, Special Repair Appropriation Budget, Resource Quality and Standard Plan, and Remodeling associated with the code. And this study, which being compared with the foreign remodeling system, presents the improvement scheme of system for apartment housing remodeling. This study aims to promote remodeling apartment housing and provide the suitable scheme for remodeling activities.

인공신경망기법을 이용한 중심차수벽형 석괴댐의 정부침하량 예측

In this study, the settlement data of 32 center cored rockfill dams (total 39 monitored data) were collected and analyzed to develop the method to predict the crest settlement of a CCRD after impounding by using the internal settlement data occurred during construction. An artificial neural network (ANN) modeling was used in developing the method, which was considered to be a more reliable approach since in the ANN model dam height, core width, and core type were all considered as input variables in deriving the crest settlement, whereas in conventional methods, such as Clements's method, only dam height is used as a variable. The ANN analysis results showed a good agreement with the measured data, compared to those by the conventional methods using regression analysis. In addition, a simple procedure to use the ANN model for engineers in practice was provided by proposing the equations used for given input values.
