        동결건조한 두유 분말의 품질 특성

        In this study, soybean is used to produce soymilk according to various extracting methods and heating time. Specifically, the soy slurry is being filtered before being heated, or heated before being filtered. Following that the soymilk produced is freeze-dried to be powdered, and then, the quality characteristics of the powdered soymilk are mutually compared to determine the applicability of various food additives. The freeze-dried soymilk powder shows 2.03~6.35% of moisture content, and in terms of unit quantity, retained more proteins, which suggests that the ratio of protein extraction is higher than any other nutrients. Accordingly, the protein coefficient is significantly higher in soymilk powder being heated and processed than in raw soybeans. In particular, protein coefficient is the highest in the soymilk which is heated for 20 minutes before being filtered (SHBF20). The longer the heating time was, the trypsin inhibitor (TI) tended to be far less active. Such an inactivation seems to be more apparent in the "SHAF" soymilk powder than "SHBF" soymilk powder. Because protein had to be denaturated by heating for soymilk, the nitrogen solubility index (NSI) of soymilk powder is decreased considerably, while the protein digestibility, water absorption, emulsification and foaming activity all increase. Oil absorption tends to decrease slightly. As discussed above, the soymilk heated for 10 minutes after being filtered (SHAF10) and the soymilk heated for 20 minutes before being filtered (SHBF20) show optimum processing conditions for soymilk powder.

        우리나라 정상인의 혈중 수은량

        Normal range of mercury contents in blood and its relationship with urinary mercury excretion were studies with 68 healthy male adults living in Seoul city, who had no obvious evidence of .either occupational exposure to mercury or therapeutic use of mercurial agents. Mercury analysis was made by means of dithizone colorimetric method with coefficient of variation of 10.9% in .an average ranging from 5.1% to 18.0%. 1. Mercury contents in normal human blood were both normally and log-normally distributed, and better fitted to the latter. 2. Geometric mean and standard deviation of the mercury contents were $24.0(log^{-1}1.38){\pm}1.66{\mu}g/100ml(log^{-1}0.22{\mu}g/100ml)$ ranging from 7.2 to 79.7 ${\mu}g/100ml$ with 95% confidence interval. 3. Mercury contents in normal human blood differed from person to person (p<0.01), and the variability of the measurements was negligible (p>0.05). 4. Mercury in the blood was contained much higher in erythrocytes than in plasma (p<0.01), showing the geometric means of $21.0{\pm}1.25{\mu}g/100ml$ in red blood cells and $14.3{\pm}1.62{\mu}g/100ml$ in plasma, respectively. 5. Mercury contents in normal human blood had a relationship of power function with mercury excretion in urine corrected with a gram of creatinine excretion per liter of urine (p<0.10).

      • Growth and Wear Tolerance of Creeping Bentgrass as Influenced by Silica and Potassium Fertilization

        본 연구는 규산과 칼리 시용이 골프장 그린용 크리핑 벤트그래스 잔디의 생육과 품질 그리고 내답압성에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 실시되었다. 먼저 규산과 칼리 시용에 따른 잔디반응을 살펴보기 위해서 필드조건에서 잔디품질, 뿌리길이, 잔디밀도와 건물중을 평가하였다. 다음으로 답압빈도에 따른 크리핑 벤트그래스의 잔디생육(뿌리길이, 잔디밀도, 건물중)과 잔디품질 및 토양경도를 조사하였다. 마지막으로 30일간의 답압처리조건에서 규산과 칼리의 내답압성 시비효과를 평가하였다. 규산 및 칼리 처리에 따른 잔디뿌리생육에 있어서 규산을 증가함에 따라 뿌리길이가 증가하였다. 크리핑 벤트그래스의 답압빈도에 따른 잔디품질은 1일 2회 처리구가 가장 우수하였으며, 7회 처리구는 무답압 처리구보다 우수하였다. 그러나 15회 이상 답압 처리구는 잔디품질이 월등히 저하하였다. 30일간의 답압처리시 규산 및 황산칼리의 시비효과는 잔디품질 향상 및 뿌리생육 증진효과가 있었다. 규산과 칼리를 처리하였을 때 잔디품질이 대조구보다 각각 6.38%, 10.25% 상승하였으며 규산과 칼리를 혼용 살포하였을 때 가장 잔디품질이 좋았다. 잔디 뿌리길이는 규산을 살포하였을 때 가장 길었으며 대조구보다 11.4%가 길었다. 따라서 답압이 예상되는 골프장 그린용 벤트그래스에서 잔디의 내답압성 증진을 위해서는 규산과 칼리의 시비가 효과적이었다. The study was conducted to know whether turfgrass wear tolerance, growth, and quality could be improved by the application of silicon and potassium. First, turf responses to silicate and potassium were evaluated by several parameters such as, turf visual quality, root length, shoot density, and dry weight under the field condition. Second, turf responses to traffic frequencies were examined by turf growth (root) length, shoot density and dry weight) and soil hardness under the field condition. Finally, under traffic stress condition, the effects of silica and potassium application on wear tolerance were evaluated through the methods described above. Creeping bentgrass (Agrostis stolonifera) rooting were significantly improved by silica. The root length was enhanced by an increase in potassium silicate application. Certain level of light traffic is beneficial while frequent traffic cause serious adverse effect on visual quality of bentgrass. Under a traffic stress condition with 10 times of footing a day for 30 days, silica and potassium increased turf visual quality by 6.38% and 10.25% respectively when compared to the control. Silica and potassium treatment on trafficked plot increased turf visual quality by 11.4% and 10.2% respectively in comparison with the control with significant reduction of wear injury from the traffic. A co-application of potassium silicate with potassium sulfate provided the enhanced visual quality of turf as compared to application of silica or potassium fertilizer, respectively.

        〈방귀쟁이 며느리〉 민담의 ‘이인성(異人性)’에 관한 소고(小考) - ‘분뇨서사’의 맥락에서 본 ‘방귀담’의 신성성(神聖性) -

        본고는 오랜 동안 전국적으로 널리 퍼져 전승되는 〈방귀쟁이 며느리〉 민담에 관한 연구이다. 〈방귀쟁이 며느리〉는 ‘방귀’라는 서사 속 소재로 인하여 소화(笑話) 내지는 재담(才談)의 성격을 지닌 설화로 이해되어 왔다. 최근 연구자들은 〈방귀쟁이 며느리〉 속 주인공의 특별한 재주인 ‘폭발적인 방귀’가 거인설화, 거인여신의 흔적임을 주목했다. 연구자 역시 이러한 선학의 시선과 궤(軌)를 갖이 하되, ‘가정’이라는 공간 안에서 ‘며느리’라는 위상(位相)을 지닌 존재만 갖고 있는 독보적인 능력을 ‘이인성’과 ‘신성성’의 범주로 파악하여 이해를 시도했다. 기록서사에서는 남들보다 우세한 재주를 지닌 존재를 ‘이인’으로 그려내는 것이 보통이다. 그러나 구전서사에서는 남들보다 미련한 존재가 보다 우세하게 그려지기도 한다. ‘집’이라는 가정의 핵심 상징을 무너뜨리는 파괴력을 지닌 ‘방귀’는 결코 긍정적인 재주로 보기 어렵다. 악취는 물론 물리적인 파괴성질과 폭발력을 갖고 있어 가정공간을 배경으로 한 가족서사에 있어 ‘엄청난 방귀를 뀌는 며느리’는 우세한 재주이기 보다 미련한 재주로 파악될 것이다. 그럼에도 그녀의 능력은 구전서사 속에서 긍정적인 재주로 전환된다. 그녀의 능력이 도리어 가정수호에 활용되는 기회를 얻기도 하기 때문이다. 따라서 ‘방귀쟁이 며느리’는 그 능력의 긍정적 인정으로 말미암아 ‘이인성’을 지닌 이인으로 이해된다. 똥, 오줌, 방귀 등을 소재로 삼은 ‘분뇨서사’의 맥락에서 〈방귀쟁이 며느리〉 민담은 ‘신성성’을 지닌 방귀담으로 오랜 인기를 얻어 왔다. 이야기가 주는 웃음의 활력은 가정 내에서 갈등관계일 수 있는 시아버지와 며느리의 관계를 보다 유연하게 해주는 서사적 장치로 활용되었을 것이다. This thesis is a study on the popular story of 〈Farting Daughterin-law〉, which has been widely spread throughout the country for a long time. 〈Farting Daughterin-law〉 has been understood as a narrative that has the characteristics of humor or jokes due to the narrative material of "farting." Recently, researchers noted that "explosive farts," the special talent of the main character in 〈Farting Daughterin-law〉, are traces of the giant myth and the giant goddess. Maintaining the trait of the previous studies, the researcher tried to understand the story in the category of ‘different personality’ and ‘sacredness’ identifying the genuine status of a daughter-in-law in the space of a ‘family.’ In most documentary narratives, it is common to describe a person with superior talent as a ‘different person.’ However, in oral stories, foolish people are described as people superior to common people sometimes. It is hard to see "farting" as a positive talent due to its destructive power that destroys the key symbol of a family at ‘home.’ Because fart has a physically destructive function and explosive power, ‘excessively farting daughter-in-law’ is identified as a foolish talent rather than a superior talent in the space of family stories at home. Nevertheless, her ability turns into a positive talent in oral narratives. It is because her ability sometimes makes a chance to protect her home. Therefore, the ‘farting daughter-in-law’ is understood as a person with ‘different personality’ due to the positive recognition of her ability. In the context of ‘human excreta stories’ which are based on poop, urine and fart, the farting daughter-in-law stories have become popular as fart tales with some ‘divinity.’ The energy of laughter given by the story would have been used as an epic device to make the relationship between a father-in-law and a daughter-in-law more flexible, which, otherwise, could be a conflict in the family at home.

        연구논문 : 화장품 판매원의 서비스 품질이 브랜드 만족, 신뢰, 애호도에 미치는 영향

        The study intended to identify sub-level of service quality of cosmetics salesperson with women university students with high purchasing rate for cosmetics and through empirical analysis, investigate influences of cosmetics salesperson’s service quality on satisfaction, trust, and brand loyalty in integrated way. As a result of study, tangibles and trust among sub-level of service quality affected brand satisfaction and trust; trust and empathy affected brand loyalty; satisfaction affected trust; satisfaction and trust affected brand loyalty. Soit could be known that there was difference in influences on brand satisfaction, trust, and loyalty according to sub-level of service quality of cosmetics salesperson. This study would provide basic material useful for establishing differentiated sale service strategy for sales increase and competitiveness for a company by substantially investigating influences of service quality of cosmetics salesperson on consumer’s behavior.

        이률곡(李栗谷)과 Bruner의 교육관(敎育觀) 비교연구(比較硏究) : 오늘의 학교교육(學校教育)에서 보완(補完)되어야 할 문제(問題)를 위하여

        The most important things in school education are the problems to teach student what and how. There are two main opposing standpoints in deciding the content of education that students will be taught according to educational aim. One is the standpoint of subject-matter curriculum to teach knowledge, culture and truth, etc. The other is experience-centered curriculum to make students master utility, adaptability, and activity. Recent educational programs have been made with discipline-centered curriculum such as subject-matter curriculum. Of course, in this curriculum intellectual education is important but students, ability to discovery, spirit of inquiry, structure of knowledge, intuitive thinking, nature of knowledge, and internal reward are more important. Knowledge of natural sciences, above all sorts of knowledge, makes human living more convenient and more wealthy. Also it has great meaning in strengthening the national detensive power. Powerful countries are those to teach students higher scientific technique. Recent age have developed mechanical civilization swiftly and have become individualistic, and difficult factors such as threat of war, diverse pollutions and lack of resources have been threatening the existence of human being and human beings survival itself. In the oriental Confucianism the educational ideal has more importance on harmonious human relationship for human beings. Like the critics of C.E. Sillerman and Ivan Illich current education must overcome dehumanization in school. On the view of this aspect, Yi yool-kok s educational idea will help us to establish new aim of education. The theory of Yi yool-kok resembles that of J.S. Bruner that supports the discipline -centered curriculum except expression differences. Especially it has close likeness to J.S. Bruner s theory in putting the importance on discovery and inquiry and causing the internal motivation. In conclusion, we will have to accomplish knowledge education and scientific technique education on the base of humane education.
