        간호사의 감성지능, 셀프리더십, 전문직 삶의 질과의 관계

        본 논문은 간호사의 감성지능, 셀프리더십과 전문직 삶의 질의 관계를 확인하고자 하였으며, 대상자는 부산, 울산, 경남 종합병원 간호사 197명으로 하였다. 통계분석은 SPSS/win 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 평균과 표준편차, 독립 t 검정, 일원분산분석 및 상관관계를 분석하였으며, 그 결과 감성지능 점수는 4.68/7점, 셀프리더십 점수는 3.35/5점, 전문직 삶의 질 점수는 2.98/5점으로 나타났다. 전문직 삶의 질은 공감만족, 소진, 이차 외상성 스트레스의 3가지 하위영역으로 구성되며, 대상자의 19.8%가 높은 전문직 삶의 질을 나타냈다(공감만족75%이상, 소진25%미만, 이차 외상성 스트레스25% 미만인 집단). 대상자의 전문직 삶의 질 하위요인들과 독립변수 간의 상관관계에서 공감만족은 감성지능(r=.41, p <.001) 및 셀프리더십과 양의 상관관계(r=.61, p <.001)에, 소진은 감성지능(r=-.48, p <.001) 및 셀프리더십과 유의한 음의 상관관계에 있었으며(r=-.50, p <.001), 감성지능과 셀프리더십은 유의한 양의 상관관계에 있었다(r=.66, p <.001) 이러한 결과를 토대로 감성지능 및 셀프리더십을 향상 시킬 수 있는 중재 프로그램을 개발, 적용하여 전문직 삶의 질을 향상시켜주고, 공감만족을 위한 간호조직분위기 조성을 위해 힘써야 할 것이다. The Purpose of This Study was to Identify The Relation of Emotional Intelligence, Self-leadership, Professional Quality of Life among Clinical Nurses. Participants were 197 Nurses Drawn from a General Hospital in Busan, Ulsan, & Gyungnam. Mean, Standard Deviation, Independent t-test, One way ANOVA and Correlation with SPSS/Win 23.0 Program were Used for Data Analysis. The Mean score Emotional Intelligence was 4.68/7, Self-leadership was 3.35/5. Professional Quality of Life was 2.98/5. Professional Quality of life is Consisted of 3 Subcategories as Compassion Satisfaction, Secondary Traumatic Stress and Burn out. 19.8% of The Participants Reported a High ProQOL (Compassion Satisfaction more than 75%, Burn out less than 25% & Secondary Traumatic Stress less than 25%). Compassion Satisfaction was Positively Correlated Emotional Intelligence and Self-leadership. Burn out was Negatively Correlated Emotional Intelligence and Self-leadership. Emotional Intelligence was Positively Correlated Self-leadership. On the Basis of Result, Program Development are Required to Improve Compassion Satisfaction, Emotional Intelligence and Self-leadership on Clinical Nurses.

        경력개발과 경력정체가 간호사의 경력만족에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: In this study, factors affecting career satisfaction of nurses were explored in the career development and career plateau. Methods: Participants were 143 nurses drawn from a general hospital in Busan. independent t-test, one way ANOVA and Hierarchial multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 18.0 program were used for data analysis. Results: The mean score of career satisfaction was 2.85/5, Career development was 2.99/5, and career plateau obtained 2.53/5. The extent of the career satisfaction differ according to age(F= 3.60, p=.030), marital status(t=2.42, p=.017), current position(F=6.61, p=.002), total clinical career(F=3.36, p=.023), and work unit(t=0.95, p=.029). The influencing factors in career satisfaction of clinical nurses were organizational career management, career plateau and individual career planning. R2=.415. Organizational career management was the highest significant predictor of career satisfaction(β=.325). Conclusion: Factors influencing career satisfaction were organizational career management, career plateau and individual career planning. Thus a program for career development of organization is needed.

        임상 간호사의 감성지능, 셀프리더십, 직무착근도가 간호업무수행에 미치는 영향

        Objectives : This study investigated the influences of emotional intelligence, self-leadership, and job embeddedness on the work performance of clinical nurses. Methods : A survey was conducted with 258 hospital nurses. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 23.0. Results : The mean scores were $4.64{\pm}0.6$ for emotional intelligence, $3.41{\pm}0.42$ for self-leadership, $3.11{\pm}0.52$ for job embeddedness, and $3.49{\pm}0.51$ for nursing work performance respectively. Nursing work performance was positively correlated with emotional intelligence, self-leadership, and job embeddedness. Multiple regression analysis showed that the factors affecting nursing work performance were self-expectation, fit, understanding of self-emotion, links, self-compensation, and age. Conclusions : The results indicate that self-expectation, fit, and understanding of self-emotion are very important factors in nursing work performance. Therefore, nurse managers should enhance nurses self-expectation, fit, and understanding of self-emotion by developing various emotional sensitivity and support programs.

        일 대학 간호대학생의 핵심기본간호술에 대한 중요성 인식, 문제해결과정이 수행자신감에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 핵심기본간호술에 대한 중요성 인식, 문제해결과정이 수행자신감에 영향을 수행자신감을 향상시키기 위한 기초자료를 위하여 시도하였다. 연구대상자는 U 지역 소재 간호학과 4학년으로 임상현장실습경험이 있는 131명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 사용하여 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson 상관계수, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생의 핵심기본간호술 중요성 인식은 평균점수 4.73점, 문제해결과정 3.57점, 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감은 3.90점으로 나타났다. 핵심기본간호술에 대한 중요도 인식은 임상실습 만족도에 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 문제해결과정은 대학생활 만족도, 임상실습 만족도, 전공만족 및 대인관계에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 간호대학생의 수행자신감에 영향을 미치는 요인은 문제해결과정(β=.33, p =.001), 전공만족(β=.27, p =.019)으로 나타났고, 설명력은 15%이었다. 본 연구결과를 통하여 간호대학생의 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감 향상을 위하여 반복연구가 필요하며 간호학과에서는 대인관계능력을 향상시킬 수 있도록 실습환경의 변화와 다양한 간호상황을 제시하여 학생들이 문제를 정의하고 해결할 수 있는 교육과정 운영과 전공만족도를 높일 수 있는 프로그램 개발하는 것이 필요하다. This exploratory study evaluated various factors influencing the level of nursing self-confidence in the performance of core nursing skills among nursing students. This study surveyed 131 senior nursing students in U city with a structured self-report questionnaire analyzed by SPSS 23.0 software. The average perception scores for importance, problem-solving process, and self-confidence in the performance of core nursing skills were 4.73, 3.57, and 3.90, respectively. The most significant factors affecting self-confidence in the performance of core nursing skills included problem-solving process (β=.33, p=.001) and nursing satisfaction (β=.27, p=.019). These variables explained 15% of the total variance in self-confidence in the performance of core nursing skills. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to perform research in order to improve the self-confidence of performing core basic nursing skills among nursing students, and the department of nursing defines students" problems by suggesting changes in the practice environment and various nursing situations to improve interpersonal skills. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a curriculum that can be solved and a program to increase nursing satisfaction.

        복막투석환자의 복막염 발생 영향요인

        Purpose: This study was done to identify the effects of self-care behavior, self-efficacy and family support on the occurrence of peritonitis in patients on CAPD (Continuous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis). Methods: Data were collected from 81 patients on CAPD either as out-patients or in-patients between July and September 2004. Data were analyzed to identify relevant frequencies, percentages, averages, and standard deviations, and t-test and logistic regression were done using SPSS WIN 10.0 Results: a) Mean score for self-care behavior was 2.9 (of a possible 4.0), for general self-efficacy, 3.2 (of a possible 5.0), for specific self-efficacy 3.5 (of a possible 5), and for family support, 3.7 (of a possible 5). Family support generally showed the most positive results. b) Occurrence of peritonitis was not affected by general characteristics. c) There was a significant difference in the occurrence of peritonitis in terms of self-efficacy. Patients with peritonitis had lower self-efficacy than those who did not. d) Of the four factors reviewed in relation to peritonitis, only self-efficacy was statistically significant: an increase in self-efficacy by 1 point increased the occurrence of peritonitis by 0.90. Conclusion: Among the four factors potentially affecting peritonitis in CAPD patients, general self-efficacy was found to be the main factor influencing the occurrence of peritonitis.

      • 일반병동과 특수병동 간호사의 전문직 자율성과 전문직 자아개념 비교

        Purpose: to compare of professional autonomy and the professional self concept between general nursing unit nurses and special nursing units nurses(from now on, the two groups nurses). Method: Data were collected from 117 nurses working in general nursing units and 99 in special nursing units at 3 university hospitals in B metropolitan city from July 20 to August 3, 2011. The instruments used for this study were made by Arthur(1990) and Schutzenhofer(1983). The data were analyzed for χ2-test, t-test, ANOVA & Scheffe s test and Pearson s correlation coefficient, using SPSS PC+ Program. Results: First, there was no significant difference in the professional autonomy between the two groups nurses(>.05). Second, there was no significant difference in the professional self concept and all sub domains between two groups nurses(p>.05). Third, the professional autonomy of general nursing units nurses was no significant differences according to any variables. Professional autonomy of special nursing units nurses was had differences significantly according to the age, education. Fourth, the professional self concept of general nursing unit nurses had differences significantly differences according to age, education, number of children, duration of total career, duration of present unit career, position and satisfaction on nursing profession. The professional self concept of special nursing units nurses had differences significantly differences according to age, education, marital status, number of children, duration of total career, duration of present unit career, position and satisfaction on nursing profession. Fifth, the statistical relationship between profession autonomy and self concept in general nursing units nurses was found as positive correlation(r=0.559, p<.001). And in special nursing units nurses was r=.564, p<.001). Conclusion: There were no significant differences in the professional self autonomy and self concept between the two groups nurses. And Professional autonomy and self-concept of general and special nursing units nurses showed significantly positive relationship. Therefore, it is needed to develop programs which can improve professional autonomy in order to improve the professional self concept of special nursing unit nurses.

      • 간호사의 조직 몰입 관련 요인

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the relative factors of organizational involvement among hospital nurses. Method: The subjects were 250 registered nurses working 3 hospital in Busan. Data were obtained by self-reported questionaires from the 10th June to 30th June, 2009. And data were analyzed using SPSS/PC Win 16.0 program and frequency and percentage, t-test, ANOVA and Sheffe s test, pearson s correlation and the stepwise multiple regression were used. Result: Mean of internal marketing was 69.49(range of scale: 25-125), job satisfaction was 60.56±9.25(도구범위: 20-100), job stress was 100.60 ±17.93(range of scale: 45-180), Organizational involvement was 47.78±6.84(range of scale: 15-75). There was significant difference by the educational level(F=3.21, p=.042), religion(F=3.30, p=.021), position(F=5.837, p=.003), career length(F=2.642, p=.035). Relative factors influencing the organizational involvement included Internal marketing which had the highest explanatory power of 37.6% and next, Job satisfaction, Age. They accounted for 47.5% the organizational involvement totally. Conclusion: The factor related to organizational involvement involved Internal marketing, job satisfaction, and age. Thus it is needed to improve the Internal marketing, job satisfaction and Age for hospital nurses.

        병원 간호사의 조직몰입 영향 요인

The influencing factors in organizational commitment of hospital nurses were job satisfaction, internal marketing, and age. R²=.503. The job satisfaction has the highest significant predictor of organizational commitment, Conclusion: The influencing factors on organizational commitment were job satisfaction, internal marketing and age. Thus it is needed to improve the job satisfaction and internal marketing of hospitals' nurses and to provide care and support to younger nurses.
