        This study attempted to explore stress and coping strategies of college students and to examine their impacts on Psychological adjustment of college students. The survey data was gathered from 290 Ansung University male students.. While the levels of two types of stress, on-campus stress and off-campus stress, were shown to be moderate, the level of on-campus stress was higher than the level of off-campus stress. Three types of coping strategies were observed :"help from families and friends", "self-help", and "help from religion". In order to analyze factors that affected psychological adjustment which was defined as life satisfaction and depression, hierarchical regression were performed. The career-related stress, financial stress, value judgement stress and help from religion were found important in predicting life satisfaction of college students. Also, it was found that major-related stress, and friend relationship stress were positively associated with depression, while self-help and help from families and friends strategies were negatively associated.

        This study attempted to explore stress and social support of college students and to examine their impacts on maladjustment of college students. The survey data was gathered from 430 Hankyong University students. In daily life more students experience a moderate level of stress. While female students show higher level of the career-related stress than male students, male students show higher level of the dating-related stress than female students. Social support is not provided for at desirable level. In order to analyze factors that affected maladjustment which was defined as depression regression were performed. The major-related, carrer-related, financial stress, dating-related stress and emotional support were found important in predicting depression of college students. Rather, it was found that the types of stress were positively associated with depression, will emotional support were negatively associated.

        사회복지기관종사자의 직무요구와 직무자원이 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 직무소진의 매개변수를 중심으로

        고령인구의 삶의 질을 제고하기 위해서는 사회복지기관 종사자의 직업에 대한 만족도와 동기부여가 중요하다. 이에 따라 종사자의 직무요구 및 직무자원이 직무소진을 매개하여 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 실증연구와 문헌고찰, 그리고 면접조사를 병행하여 연구모형을 구성하였고, 구조방정식 모형의 분석으로 가설을 검증하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 직무요구와 직무자원은 직무소진 시 대비기능을 수행하였고, 직무요구는 직무소진에 부정적이었다. 둘째, 간접경로로 직무요구는 역할과부하가 직무소진을 매개하여 이직의도에 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 하위 6개의 독립변수들 중에서 사회적 지원이 직무소진에 가장 큰 영향을 미쳤으며, 그 다음으로 자기효능감과 역할과부하의 순인 것으로 분석되었다. 이외에도 본 연구는 이직의도를 줄이는 주요한 방안들을 현실적인 접근을 통하여 제시하였다. Our society has faced a number of critical issues such as the increase of nuclear family, urbanization, aging society and so forth. Such transformation of the society demands a variety of government interventions and policies, especially for the elderly people. Accordingly, social welfare facilities for the elderly become more and more important. However, it would be true that many employees in the social welfare facilities are struggling with negative job attitudes including high levels of job stress, emotional instability, customer management, burnout and others. Particularly in the social welfare area, the burnout of employees can play a critical role to understand their turnover intention. Thus, this study attempts not only to examine the impacts of job demands and job resources on turnover intention of employees in the social welfare facilities for the elderly, but also to investigate the effects of burnout as a mediator between the relationships. With the theoretical background built on Job Demand and Job Resource model, this study sets research hypotheses. On the one hand, based on Job Demand model, this study assumes that role conflicts, role overload and negative customer relationship are independent variables that negatively affect burnout. On the other hand, self-efficacy, job autonomy, and social support are set as independent variables that have positive effects on burnout based on Job Resource model. Data were collected by the self-administered survey from 652 employees who work for social welfare facilities for the elderly. After screening, 618 survey were used for data analyses. For the hypotheses tests, this study conducts structural equation modeling (SEM). The goodness of fits of the research model shows that the model fits the data well (GFI = 0.921, CFI = 0.956, RMSEA = 0.042). The SEM results find that role overload and negative customer relationship in the Job Demand model have negative effects while self-efficacy and social support have positive effects on burnout. Concerning the relationship between burnout and turnover intention, the analytical result shows that burnout has a positive impact on turnover intention. With regard to the mediating effects, SEM analysis finds that the effects of role overload in the Job Demand model and self-efficacy and social support in the Job Resource model on turnover intention of employees of social welfare facilities for the aged are mediated by burnout. Based on the statistical analyses, this study argues that social welfare facilities for the elderly should consider ways to reduce role overload and negative customer relationship that the employees perceive from their works, which can decrease burnout. Also, it is necessary that the management should understand how important self-efficacy and social support can be for the decline of burnout. Lastly, for the mediating effect, this study through SEM finds that the impacts of role overload, self-efficacy, and social support on turnover intention of the employees can be mediated by burnout.

        지방자치단체 행정서비스헌장제의 고객지향성 분석

        고객지향적 정부구축을 위한 행정개혁 전략으로 도입된 행정서비스헌장제는 고객에 대하여 분명한 서비스의 기준을 제시함으로써 서비스의 수준을 사전 예측할 수 있게 하는 고객지향행정을 추구함과 동시에 서비스 제공기관의 성과를 측정할 수 있게 하는 행정서비스 품질관리전략으로 그동안 괄목할만한 양적 성과를 이룩하였다. 그러나 제도의 도입 및 추진에 따른 성과에 대하여는 부정적인 평가와 긍정적인 평가가 동시에 존재하고 있다. 이러한 배경에서 본 연구는 행정서비스헌장제를 운영하고 있는 지방자치단체를 대상으로 제도의 운영을 통해 행정서비스의 품질이 얼마나 고객의 요구나 수요에 부합되도록 이루어지고 있는지, 수요자인 주민과 공급자인 공무원을 대상의 설문조사 결과를 중심으로 행정서비스헌장제의 고객지향성을 실증분석하였다. 분석결과 고객과 공무원의 인식에는 일정부분 차이가 있었으며, 고객보다는 공무원의 인식이 오히려 저조한 경향을 나타냈다. 또한, 물리적 환경 개선 등의 하드웨어적 변화는 크게 인식하고 있는 반면, 제도의 가장 중요한 의미인 고객의 권리 측면에 있어서는 상대적으로 저조한 인식을 나타내고 있었다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 향후 행정서비스헌장제의 적절한 권리를 위한 시사점을 제언하였다.

        In the case of oral will, one’s last will and testament is done when the testator is on the brink of passing away, so that his capability of oral statement or its very existence comes into question. Oral statement means in conveying the testator’s last intent by verbal. In order to secure the testator’s real intent, the testator is supposed to directly convey his free intention in front of witnesses or a notary. Whether the testator’s intention is described in an ambiguous language, with the help of an interpreter or a doctor, by a mere gesture or through the judgement of witnesses or a notary comes into question. According to the analysis as to the judicial precedents of public certificate will or oral will, failing to answer questions in a verbal way or showing a mere positive or negative sign by gestures when the testator leaves his last intent is not recognized as good as having an oral statement by the civil code. The testator need not state the whole intent of his testament. And when a third-party person prepares a draft and makes a general statement overall, it is recognized as good as having a clear intent of the testament. It is actually necessary to judge whether the oral statement is valid, taking into consideration the background, motive and rightfulness of the testament rather than the mere existence of verbal statement. Besides, it is not deemed inappropriate to omit some parts of the oral statement or change the order of verbal statements when the true intent of the testator is correctly described with regard to the content and the testator himself gets involved with writing a will of his own free intent, viewed from the entire process of making the will. If an interested person deeply involved with the content of the will writes it himself, hindering the true intent of the testator from being secured, it is necessary to seriously consider whether to recognize the oral statement. It should be construed as valid, though, for another person to write a testament, when it merely helps secure the clarification of the statement. A disease often reduces the testator’s capability of discernment or judgement by far. According to some judicial precedents of a patient’s oral will, the question of whether he is capable of making a will is closely related to the ability of an oral statement. When a disease reduces both the physical and judgemental ability of the testator so conspicuously as to make him unable to declare his intention even by gestures, his ability of a will comes into question. When taking into consideration whether a patient is able to make an oral will, it should be examined in relation to the question of his discerning capability to make a will, since the substantial judgement as to the oral will depends on testator’s ability of making a will regardless of the existence of verbal expressions. The question of whether the testator is capable of making a judgement, a discernment or a ability of will closely related to the ability of oral statement. Since a will is based on the assumption of the testator’s discerning ability, it should be deemed invalid when he lacks enough judgemental ability so conspicuously. An oral will is a system that is recognized as a special method of making a will with ease when the testator is unable to make a holographic will. It requires standard procedure of oral statements however. I think, therefore, people with hearing and speaking disabilities consequently cannot execute these types of will. It is thus necessary to be considerate of people with hearing and speaking disabilities, so thar they could execute a oral will by allowing interpretations and approving the contents of the will to the testator and witnesses through readings and interpretations.

      • 食生活科 學生의 血淸內 Vitamin A 및 Carotene 含量調査

        식생활과 학생의 영양상태을 조사하기 위하여 혈액내 Vitamin A 및 Carotene의 농도를 측정하였다. 결과는 Vitamin A와 Carotene은 거의가 다 적당량 이상을 갖이고 있었다. 앞으로 우리 학생들의 철저한 영양조사를 할려면 계절에 따른 변화와 Vitamin A 및 Carotene외 Vitamin와 Riboflavin, Thiamine N'-methylnicotinamide 같은 것을 같이 조사하였으면 좋을 것 같다.
