하천유량측정의 효율성 향상을 위한 범용 전자파표면유속계 개발

Discharge measurement during flood season is very difficult. Microwave water surface current meter (MWSCM) can measures river surface velocities easily without contacting water. This study introduces its improved version, MWSCM for general use. The existing version of MWSCM is for floods so that its applicable period in a year is short. It has been improved to extend its applicability in a year. The range of measurable velocity for MWSCM for general use is extended so it can be applied during normal flows as well as high flows. MWSCM for general use can measure the velocity range of 0.03~20.0 m s-1, whereas MWSCM for floods can measure the velocity range of 0.5~10.0ms-1. To make such innovation of MWSCM for general use, the applied microwave frequency of MWSCM was changed from 10 GHz to 24 GHz. Waveguide slot array antenna has been designed with the new development of the circuit of transmitting and receiving part. Improvement requests on the existing MWSCM for floods - weight lightening, measured velocity stabilization, self-test, low power consumption, and waterproof and dampproof - from the users of it have been reflected for the development of the new version of MWSCM.

In this study, I analyzed the narrative structure of Toward the Epitaph and studied that the function of fantasy was the overturning of reality. The fantasy was denounced in the traditional discourse of literature because it was unreal. However, recently, Many literature scholars recognize fantasy as one of fundamental impulses of literature like a mimesis. The fantasy that we can find in the narrative structure of Toward the Epitaph is not merely unreal. The fantasy breaks the barrier with reality and changes the readers` recognition of the world. In the chapter Ⅱ, analyzing the narrative structure, I deconstructed the novelistic meaning of the frame form and the quest structure. These two narrative characters render readers unable to distinguish the fantasy from the reality. In the chapter Ⅲ, analyzing the concrete function of the fantasy, I clarified that the fantasy made readers realize the colonizational situation of real world. Nevertheless, the fantasy in the text shows not only the negative recognition about the world, it also shows both the negative recognition and the indefinite reality at the same. This kind of character makes overturning of the negative world possible. From this study, I can confirm that the fantasy of Bok Geo-il`s Toward the Epitaph shows the reader that a conversion of recognition about the world is necessary. Therefore, we should understand the fantasy of Toward the Epitaph in term of `how is the reader`s recognition converted.

TV 드라마는 대중들의 선호도와 관심이 꾸준하기 때문에 현재 가장 광범위한 시간과 채널에서 방영되고 있다. 따라서 TV 드라마는 당대 대중의 욕망과 사회 현실을 가장 잘 반영하는 동시에 보편적이며 도덕적인 관습과 규칙을 희구하는 ‘현대식 도덕적 주제’를 담고 있다. 이러한 현대식 도덕적 주제를 가장 극명하게 형상화하는 소재는 바로 ‘불륜’이다. 지금까지 한국 TV 드라마의 단골 소재이자 주제로 활용되고 있는 불륜을 단순히 윤리적 측면에서 살펴본다면 대다수 텍스트는 ‘막장’ 논란에서 자유로울 수 없다. 그러나 최근 들어 한국 사회의 가족에 대한 인식 변화를 불륜이라는 소재를 통해 이끌어 내며 진정한 가족의 의미를 묻는 TV 드라마도 점점 늘어나고 있다. 불륜과 가족 해체 위기는 필연적 인과 관계에 있다. 2000년대 이후 방송된 드라마에서는 불륜으로 인한 가족 해체 위기를 크게 세 가지 방식으로 극복한다. 첫째, 회개와 용서를 통한 전통적 가족 이데올로기로의 봉합이다. 둘째, 이혼이란 제도를 통한 가족의 해체이다. 이 과정에서 불륜의 피해자들 은 배우자가 아닌 이성의 낭만적 사랑을 쟁취하거나 주체적 삶을 선택하며 가족 이데올로기에 함몰된 정체성을 회복한다. 마지막으로 『따뜻한 말 한마디』에서 구현된 실존적 관계 맺음을 통한 이상적 가족 복원이다. 현재까지도 불륜은 TV 드라마에서 끊임없이 활용되고 있다. 그러나 이를 단순히 대중의 말초신경을 자극하기 위한 소재로 설정하거나 받아들인다면 한국 TV 드라마는 제자리에 머물 수밖에 없을 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 TV 드라마의 문제점을 극복해내는 동시에 장르적 특성 가운데 일부를 규명해내는 동시에 한국의 가족 문제와 해법까지 함께 도출해내리라 기대한다. Since TV dramas has steadily had public preference and interest among the various television genres, they are being broadcast with the widest range of time and channels at present. Thus television dramas best reflects desire of the public and reality of society of the day and at the same time they include ‘the modernized moral theme’ that desiring the universal and moral customs and disciplines. ‘Adultery’ is the material that illustrates such modernized moral theme most extremely. Recently more and more television dramas are asking the true meaning of family by drawing the change of attitude in the perception of family in Korean society through the material of adultery. Adultery and the crisis of family disorganization has an inevitable cause-and-effect relationship. In the television dramas that have been broadcast since the 2000s, the family disorganization crisis is overcome in three ways largely. Firstly, it is the way of mending the cracks in the relationship according to the traditional family ideology through forgiveness and reconciliation. Secondly victim of adultery achieves romantic love with another person that is not his or her spouse and recover his or her own identity which was collapsed by family ideology. The limitation of this resolution can be overcome by the characters who choose to live a independent life focusing on themselves. Lastly, it is the ideal family restoration through building an existential relationship, which was realized in <One Warm Word>. Even now, adultery continues to be used constantly in television dramas. But, Korean television dramas cannot help remaining standstill if they simply set or take this as a subject matter for stimulating the peripheral nerve of public audience. Therefore, this study is expected to help overcome the problems of television dramas, find some of the characteristics of the genre and suggest Korean family problems and the solution for them simultaneously.

In Shin Gyeong-suk`s novels, letters are used for very special applications. It is used as a means to confess innermost desires of the narrator. We can be confirmed these characteristics in Lee Jin. Because of these characteristics, Lee Jin is clearly distinguished from the other historical novel. While reading the novel, we are aware of the modernity. And, we will see such a modernity that is independent of the official historical records. Shin Gyeong-suk describe desire of modern subject by unique style of letter. According to the letter in `Lee Jin`, modernity is only the expression of desire that is not considerate of alterity. We can verify this fact that Lee Jin was not included in modern subject of `we`. Lee Jin will want to own as `we` desire. Because of this desire, she can not send a letter to the queen. But soon, she will be recognized the fact that is a spectacle of `we`. Realizing this fact, she needed to true communicate with a queen. So, she returns to their own country instead of sending the letter did not. Through these returnees, she realized that is necessary for real communication. letter are used as a means to show these enlightenment. Rhetoric of the letter that was used in the previous novel is still being repeated.

Space in modern society is governed by power and capital. A. Lefebvre said that “Space is production.”, which implicates these relationship between power and capital. The objective of this study is to look into the cultural politics of space in the novels released in the late 1960s and in the early and mid 1970s based on these recognition and understanding. The cultural politics of space approaches from three angles when it comes to space: space, subject, power. Accordingly, the cultural politics of space includes various social discourses surrounding space as well as discussions over space as a specific place. In the 1960s and 1970s with Seoul, Republic of Korea as the center, the rearrangement of space accordingto social class of space had been progressed rapidly in Korean society. The characteristics of the period is that the extension and rearrangement of space of the period, which are dubbed as political dictatorship period since development was made under militarybacked dictatorship in the name of development especially developing countries, were done via the development focusing on speed formed by power. Through these developments focusing on speed, then those who have power have appealed to the general public that the classification of space according to social class could be justifiable. They did minimize resistance against their propaganda by guaranteeing the convenience and freedom of moving. It is fallacious these propagandasincrease only culture consumption as are verified in the novels by Lee Dong Ha, Choi Il Nam, and Choi In Ho. The general public never governs space and the general public never becomes the subject of space production. They are mere a consumer who consume the space and culture produced by the governing classes. The problem is that the culturepolitics of space in the 1960s and 1970s’ novels does reveal the features until the present day with the same aspects. Therefore, the culture politics of space analyzed through this article can be defined as not a discussion about historical facts but a discussion about current situations of the culture politics of space.
