무기체계 내장형 소프트웨어 신뢰성 향상을 위한 MAAB 스타일 가이드라인 영향성 연구

In this paper, we introduce that MAAB style guideline has effects on the codes generated from Simulink models for static and dynamic software testing, when weapon system embedded software design and implementation are performed using the model based method. As showing the effects, MAAB guideline is helpful for defect prevention related with coding rules and run time errors associated with the DAPA weapon system embedded software guide. Thus, we check related items between MAAB and DAPA software reliability testing including static and dynamic analysis. And then we propose the criterion to select proper items from MAAB for DAPA guideline and show how to verify the relationship and the effects on reliability of models in Simulink. In addition, we show the needs for clear logics in conditional block models or statements and simple complexity models for Simulink model based design.
외부환경에서 칼만필터를 이용한 리더-추종 이동로봇 연구

본 논문에서 구현된 이동로봇은 칼만필터에 의해서 보정된 GPS(Global Positioning System) 위치정보와 블루투스 통신을 이용하여 분산 제어를 통한 리더 추정과 이동을 한다. 본 논문에서 Leader 이동로봇은 GPS와 지자기센서를 이용하여 목적지로 이동한다. Follower 이동로봇은 블루투스 통신을 통해서 Leader 이동로봇의 위치정보를 수신하여 Leader 이동로봇을 추종한다. 그리고 Follower 이동로봇은 자신의 위치정보를 자신의 GPS로부터 수신한다.
비행조종컴퓨터 소프트웨어 기반 고장허용 설계 기법 연구

소프트웨어 기반의 고장허용이란 장비의 일부분에 소프트웨어 고장이 발생하더라도 허용할 수 있도록 장비를 설계하는 것을 의미한다. 고장허용을 위한 설계 방법은 크게 하드웨어 기반 고장허용 설계 방법과 소프트웨어 기반 고장허용 설계 방법이 있으며, 시스템의 특징에 따라 적절한 방법의 고장허용 설계 방법 선택이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 하드웨어적으로 이중화로 구성된 비행조종컴퓨터의 소프트웨어 기반 고장허용 설계 기법에 대하여 기술하였다. 소프트웨어 기반의 고장허용 설계를 위하여 소프트웨어 고장을 분류하고, 고장에 대한 검출 방법을 설계한 후, 고장발생시 복구 방법을 설계하였다. 설계된 방법의 유효성을 확인하기 위하여 전용 소프트웨어 시험 환경을 통해 설계된 소프트웨어 기반 고장허용 설계의 타당성을 검증하였다. Software based fault tolerance techniques are designed to allow a system to tolerate software faults in the system. Fault tolerance techniques are divided into two groups : software based fault tolerance techniques and hardware based fault tolerance techniques. We need a proper design method according to characteristics of the system. In this paper, the concepts of software based fault tolerance techniques for Dual Flight Control Computer are described. For software based fault tolerance design, we classified software failure, designed a way for failure detection and the way of recovery. Eventually the effectiveness of software based fault tolerance techniques was verified through the Software Test Environment(STE).

Our country has enought about quantirative extension and qualitative change of administration because of necessity of governmental role which must achieve the prompt growth and stabilization of economy. Because both quality improvement of public officers in charge of administration and voluntary participation intention are indipensable for the effective performance of administrational functions and development of a nation. Morale is vlountray participation intention about one's business. Taking into consideration the influence that proper compensation plans might exert on the morale of public servants, higher officials have to make some upward changes in the compensation system to a level that can be on a par with that of other companies. Various methods for that goal, including many kinds of allowances, can be considered so that public servants can have a secure life and devote themselves to their work. By the way, it is one the common truth that the corruption of public servants is widely spred in underdeveloped countries. The effects of corrpuion are summarized as following: wasting of national resources, weakening the smooth function of government, disobedience of law and order. And it undermines the security of the present government, et cetera. Thought the corruption might have indirectly contributed to the growth of economy, but its dysfunction is greatly harmful to the national development. The form of official's corruption can be divided (1) Corruption for living (2) corruption for amassment of wealth (3) corruption for power, in have, it is prescribed that (1),(2) are usually arise in lower officials and (3) is usually arise in higher officials. Most to the officials are living under the general living cost. When we compare rising prise and pay increase, the eatter cannot compensate the former. The salary of public officials has to be raised more highly than the prise-rise and must be raised with the level of big enterprise. But the civil service pay increase plan has not been successfully performed. Since it is defrayed from the tax revenues, the Government couldn't execute its payroll policy beyond the limit of the relevant fiscal year budget.

Lately the need of the career civil service system is placed emphasis on public administrative nations. The career civil service system is defined the day-to-day administrative work of government is definitely made a career civil service, by this we mean that steps shall be taken to make public employment worthwhile life work to young men and women of capacity and character and with opportunity of advancement through service and growth to posts of destination and honor. And the profession of civil servant in public Administration become a important concern of public administrative nations. The most important and obvious conditions of modern public administration has been the tremendous expansion of government functions. And the very size and technical character of modern bureaucracy resulted from this condition make the matter of responsibility all the more vital. For more than a century, a most troublesome dilemma of democratic government has been finding how to reconcile a skilled, professionalized public service with responsibility to the public. For this purpose, administrative responsibility of government bureaucracy are reviewed and solutions are proposed in this study.
