        광선추적법 기반의 적분구 분석 시뮬레이터에서 OpenMP 지시어를 이용한 속도 향상 및 몬테카를로 방법의 무작위성 보장

        광선추적법을 기반으로 하는 적분구 분석 시뮬레이터의 계산속도를 향상하기 위하여 OpenMP 지시어를 이용한 병렬처리 방식의 시뮬레이터를 개발하였으며, 몬테카를로 방법의 무작위성을 보장하기 위해 병렬 난수 발생기인 RngStream 패키지를 활용하였다. $10^7$개 이상의 광선 수를 사용하여 0.5%의 오차 범위에서 적분구 이론식과 일치하는 결과를 얻을 수 있었으며, 스레드 수에 따른 계산속도 향상 효과를 확인하였다. 또한 적분구 문제에 관한 공간반응분포함수(spatial response distribution function)을 전산모사하여, 기존 문헌의 결과와 일치함을 확인하였다. In order to improve the calculation speed of an integrating-sphere simulator based on a ray-tracing method, parallel processing with OpenMP directive was implemented into the simulator and the randomness of Monte Carlo method was guaranteed by utilizing a parallel random number generator. It was confirmed that simulation results obtained with more than $10^7$ rays showed good agreement with theoretical results within the error range of 0.5%, and that the calculation speed improved as the number of threads increased. Finally, the spatial response distribution functions of a real integrating sphere were simulated and compared with previous results.

        조갑 진균증의 원인균 및 배양법에 관한 고찰

        This mycological and cultural investigation was made in 86 cases of onychomycosis diagnosed on positive KOH wet mount at Chosun University Hospital from October, 1989 to February, 1990. The results were as follows : l. The ratio of male to female was 1.2:1. According to Zaiass classificat.ion, distal subungual onychomycosis (DSO) was the most predominant type(79 cases) and others, in decreasing frequency, were superficial white onychomycosis (SWO) (Fcases), total dyst,rophic onychomycosis (TDO) (1 cases, and proximal subungual onychomycosis (PSO) was not. found. 2. In DSO, isolat,ed fungi were T. mentagrophyte(31 cases), i'. rubrum(23 c<ses), saprophyt.es(7 cases) and C albicans (5 cases). In SWO, 2 species were isolated, which were T. mentagraphytes (5 cases) and saprophyte (1 case). C. albicans was cultured in one case of TDO. 3. Eight cases of iisolat,ed sapr ophytes were Aspergillus ( 5 cases), Scopulariopsis (1 case), Hormodendrum(1 case), and Cepalosporium(1 case). Saprophytes were tound only in toe nails. 4. Uo saprophytes were isolated from coexisting skin lesi.ons. Among 10 cases of coexisting tinea manus and/or tinea corporis, T. rubrum were cultured in 8 cases. 5. The positive rate of culture by two different sampling methods and media was as follows : On Sabouraud glucose agar media, it was 47.7% (41 cases) by clipping methodand 40.7% (35 Cases) by file-method. On dermatophyte test medium, it was 43.0 (3'7 eases) by cliipping method and 45.3% (39 cases) by file-method. It seem that the selection of sampling site is important in increasing the positive rate in culture of onychomyc.osis. (Kor J Dermatol 29(1): 50 55, 1991)

        AlN 기판을 이용한 RF 고전력 증폭기 모듈

        In this paper, a high power RF amplifier module using AlN substrate of high thermal conductivity has been proposed. This RF amplifier module has the advantage of compact size and effective heat dissipation for the packaging of high power chip. To fabricate the thru-hole and scribing line on AlN substrate, the key parameters of $CO_2$ laser were experimented. And then, microstrip lines and spiral planar inductors were fabricated on an AlN substrate using the thin-film process. The fabricated microstrip lines on the AlN substrate has an attenuation value of 0.1 dB/mm up to 10 GHz. The fabricated spiral planar inductor has a high quality factor, a maximum of about 62 at 1 GHz for a 5.65 nH inductor. Packaging of a RF power amplifier was implemented on an AlN substrate with thru-hole. From the measured results, the gain is 24 dB from 13 to 15 GHz and the output power is 33.65 dBm(2.3 W).

        스마트팩토리 확산을 위한 비파일시스템(None File System) 기반의 차세대 데이터보호에 관한 연구

        연구목적: 우리나라 최근 4차 산업 혁명의 핵심 기술인 인공지능(AI), 사물인터넷(loT), 가상현실(VR) 등을 제조 환경에 반영한 스마트공장 도입이 활발히 추진되고 있다. 그러나 기존 운영체제 기반의 파일 시스템에서 발생하는 각종 문제점을 해결하고자 비파일시스템 기반의 데이터보호 기술을 연구·검증하고자 한다. 연구방법: 본 연구에서는 운영체제에 의해 식별되거나 제어되지 않는 보안저장부와 디지털 키 값의 입력에 따라 보안 저장부를 활성화할 수 있는 방법연구와 BIOS 동작 시 연결을 위한 입출력 정보만 제공하는 제어부를 설정하고 보안 저장부의 활성화에 따라 제2 메타 데이터를 사용한 맵핑 동작을 수행할 수 있도록 비파일형태의 구조를 연구함. 연구결과: 첫째, 비파일시스템 기반의 보안 저장부의 생성과 데이터 입출력 시 데이터 손상 여부를 샘플 데이터의 해시함수 값과 일반 저장부 및 보안 저장부의 해시함수 값을 비교하여 일치하는 것을 확인하였음. 둘째, 보안 저장부의 데이터 보호 성능 실험에서는 원본 파일의 해시함수 값과 랜섬웨어 활동 이후의 일반 저장부와 보안 저장부의 해시함수 값을 비교하여 악성코드인 랜섬웨어로부터 데이터 보호 성능을 확인함. 결론: 본 연구는 국가적으로 추진하고 있는 스마트팩토리 구축 사업을 통해 기업에 도입되고 있는 정보시스템 내의 중요 데이터를 보호하기 위한 새로운 개념의 데이터 보호 기술을 구현하고 실험하였다. 정보보안의 목적인 중요 데이터의 보호를 위해 기존의 저장 개념과 달리 파일 시스템에 비의존적인 비파일 형태의 보안 저장부 생성기술을 구현하였고 그 안전성을 검증하였음. Purpose: The introduction of smart factories that reflect the 4th industrial revolution technologies such as AI, IoT, and VR, has been actively promoted in Korea. However, in order to solve various problems arising from existing file-based operating systems, this research will focus on identifying and verifying non-file system-based data protection technology. Method: The research will measure security storage that cannot be identified or controlled by the operating system. How to activate secure storage based on the input of digital key values. Establish a control unit that provides input and output information based on BIOS activation. Observe non-file-type structure so that mapping behavior using second meta-data can be performed according to the activation of the secure storage. Result: First, the creation of non-file system-based secure storage's data input/output were found to match the hash function value of the sample data with the hash function value of the normal storage and data. Second, the data protection performance experiments in secure storage were compared to the hash function value of the original file with the hash function value of the secure storage after ransomware activity to verify data protection performance against malicious ransomware. Conclusion: Smart factory technology is a nationally promoted technology that is being introduced to the public and this research implemented and experimented on a new concept of data protection technology to protect crucial data within the information system. In order to protect sensitive data, implementation of non-file-type secure storage technology that is non-dependent on file system is highly recommended. This research has proven the security and safety of such technology and verified its purpose.

        FT-ICR 질량분석기의 신호 충실성 향상

        For efficient noise reduction in a Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance (FT-ICR) mass spectrum, a new algorithm was proposed. The suggested algorithm reduces white and electrical noise, and it improves signal-to-noise ratio. This algorithm has been optimized to reduce the noise more efficiently using the traces of signal level. The algorithm has been efficiently combined with derivative window to improve the resolution as well S/N. Time domain data was corrected for DC voltage interference. tⁿ window was applied in time domain data to improved the resolution. However, tⁿ window can improve the signal resolution, it will also increase the noise level in frequency domain. Therefore, newly developed noise reduction algorithm will be applied to make a balance between resolving power and S/N ratio for magnitude mode. The trace algorithm can determine the current data point with several data points (mean, past data, calculated past data). In the current calculations, we assumed data points with S/N ratio more than 3 were considered as signal data points. After the windowing and noise reduction, both resolution and signal-to-noise ratio were improved. This algorithm is applicable more efficiently to frequency dependent noise and large size data.

        항생제 내성 Enterococcus faecalis에 대한 감태(Ecklonia cava) 추출물의 항균 시너지 효과

        With continuing demand for the development of new, effective and safe therapies, an investigation was carried out to test the efficacy of an antibacterial agent derived from marine edible seaweed. The methanolic extract of Ecklonia cava from marine edible seaweed evinced potential antibacterial activity against Enterococcus faecalis. Among five solvent-soluble fractions of E. cava methanolic extract, the ethyl acetate soluble extract (EtOAc) exhibited the strongest antibacterial activity, with a MIC value of 128 μg/mL against E. faecalis strains. Furthermore, a synergistic antibacterial effect between an antibiotic and the EtOAc fraction was assessed using fractional inhibitory concentration (FIC) indices. A combination of ciprofloxacin and the EtOAc fraction resulted in a ∑FICmin range of 0.188 and ∑FICmax of 0.508 to 563, suggesting that the ciprofloxacin-EtOAc fraction of E. cava combination resulted in an antibacterial synergy effect against E. faecalis.
