        관상동맥질환자의 질병관련 지식, 자기효능감, 사회적 지지가 환자역할행위에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: This study was conducted in order to determine the influences of knowledge, self-efficacy, and social support on sick role behavior in patients with coronary artery disease. Methods: The participants were 192 patients with coronary artery disease in D city. Data were collected from January 1, 2014 to April 30, 2014 using a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using SPSS/WIN 19.0 using ANOVA, t-test, Pearson correlation, and stepwise multiple regression. Results: Factors having an influence on sick role behavior were age (70 years old ß=.275, p<.001), occupation (Office job ß=-.230, p<.001), knowledge (ß=.204, p<.001), self-efficacy (ß=.188, p<.001), underlying disease (stroke ß=.142, p=.008), and family type (live with their children ß=-.128, p=.038). These factors explained 56% of the variance in sick role behavior. Conclusions: More positive knowledge and self-efficacy are needed for the sick role behavior. In addition, results of the study indicated that age, occupation, underlying disease, and family type were very important in predicting health behaviors of patients with coronary artery disease. Thus, it would be necessary to include patients" characteristics in designing an education program for people with coronary artery disease.

        대학생의 스마트폰 중독에 대한 영향요인

        목적 본 연구는 대학생의 스마트폰 중독수준을 파악하고 이에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보고자 하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 방법 이를 위하여 D, K시 소재 대학 3곳의 대학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 163부를 최종 분석에 활용하였다. 결과 본 연구에서는 대학생의 그릿, 자아탄력성, 학업스트레스는 스마트폰 중독과 유의한 상관관계가 있어, 그릿과 자아탄력성이 낮을수록, 학업스트레스가 높을수록 스마트폰 중독이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 대학생의 자아탄력성, 스마트폰 이용시간, 학업스트레스는 스마트폰 중독에 유의하게 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구는 대학생의 스마트폰 중독 문제를 이해하고 이를 예방, 중재하기 위해 영향요인을 활용한 프로그램개발과 전략을 마련하는 데 유용한 근거를 제공할 것으로 기대된다. Objectives This study aimed to identify smartphone addiction among the university students and the factors associated with their smartphone addiction. Methods We analyzed the data of 163 university students. The grit, academic stress, ego-resilience, and smartphone addiction were measured. Data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 25.0 to obtain descriptive statistics, Pearson’s correlation coefficients and multiple linear regression. Results It appeared that the average smartphone addiction score of the participants was 30.83±6.55. Their smartphone addiction was a significantly correlated with ego-resilience, grit, and academic stress, respectively. In the multiple linear regression, factors related to smartphone addiction were ego-resilience, using time, academic stress. Conclusions These findings indicate that academic stress, using time, and ego-resilience are important factors associated with their smartphone addiction. Therefore, to prevent the university students’ smartphone addiction, personal and organized efforts are urgently needed to decrease academic stress and to increase ego-resilience.

        임상실습을 통해 간호대학생이 지각하는 간호사 역할이행에 대한 영향요인

        본 연구는 임상실습을 하고 있는 간호대학생을 대상으로 그들이 지각하는 간호사로서의 역할이행정도와 이에 대한 영향요인을 알아봄으로써 향후 간호교육의 방향과 간호사 역할이행을 촉진시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하기 위한 기초자료를 마련하고 자 시도되었다. 본 연구의 대상은 D광역시에 소재하는 간호대학 2곳의 임상실습 중인 3, 4학년 간호대학생을 임의표출하였으며, 자료수집은 2017년 3월 2일부터 6월 30일까지 하였다. 연구결과, 간호대학생이 지각하는 간호사로서의 역할이행정도와 실 습만족도, 자아존중감, 비판적 사고성향과 상관성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 간호대학생이 지각하는 간호사로서의 역할이행에 대한 영향요인은 임상실습만족도, 자아존중감, 비판적 사고성향, 성별이었고 총 설명력은 47.6%이었다. 비판적 사고를 통한 간호문제해결은 자아존중감을 향상시키는 것으로 볼 수 있고, 비판적 사고와 자아존중감은 임상실습에 적극적인 참여를 유도함으로써 실습만족도를 높이는 것으로 임상실습만족도가 간호대학생이 지각하는 간호사로서의 역할이행에 가장 큰 설명력을 보였다. 따라서 간호대학생들의 간호사 역할이행을 촉진시키기 위해 실습만족도를 높이고 자아존중감과 비판적 사고성향을 향상시킬 필요성이 있겠다. The purpose of this study was to identify the factors of role transition perceived by the nursing student through clinical practice. A descriptive survey with convenience sampling was conducted in nursing colleges. Data were collected between March 2 and June 30, 2017 using a self-administrated questionnaire. Five instruments including self-esteem, critical thinking disposition, satisfaction of clinical practice, stress in clinical practice and role transition, were used and the nursing students` demographics were also collected. A multiple regression was used to identify predictors for the role transition. Mean point of perceived role transition (5 point scale) was 98.66±16.56. In a multiple regression model, high satisfaction of clinical practice, self-esteem and critical thinking disposition were significant predictors of a smooth transition (Adjusted R²=.48, F=3.91, p=.041). Above all, the most important influencing factor was the satisfaction of clinical practice. The results of this study suggest that it is necessary to study the development and operation of programs included in not only self-esteem but also critical thinking disposition that can facilitate the role of nurses as nurses.

        대학생의 주관적 행복감에 대한 영향요인

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of job-seeking stress, career decision-making self-efficacy and self-esteem on subjective happiness of university students. Methods: The participants were 281 university students in D city. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire. The data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 19.0 using one-way ANOVA, t-test, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression. Results: Subjective happiness showed positive association with career decision-making self-efficacy, self-esteem and negative association with job-seeking stress. Factors that had an influence on subjective happiness were monthly family income (less than two million won ß=-.263, p<.001, between two million won and four million won ß=-.207, p<.001), major satisfaction (very unsatisfied ß=-.221, p<.001, satisfied ß=.161, p=.003), gender (female ß=-.154, p=.005), subjective health (unhealthy ß=-.134, p=.013), and school year (sophomore ß=-.123, p=.024). These factors explained 22.6% of the variance in their subjective happiness. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that more positive career decision-making self-efficacy, self-esteem and more negative job-seeking stress were needed for their subjective happiness. This study also indicated that economic status, major satisfaction, gender, and subjective health were very important in predicting their subjective happiness. Thus, to improve their happiness, it would be necessary to consider both intrinsic factors such as major satisfaction and extrinsic factors such as general characteristics.
