대학구조개혁평가에 따른 재정지원제한대학의 조직 변화 분석

본 연구는 2015년 대학구조개혁평가의 재정지원제한대학을 중심으로 대학구조개혁 평가지표와 평가등급과 관련된 대학 내부조직의 변화를 분석하여 대학구조개혁평가에 따른 대학의 조직 변화를 밝히고자 하였다. 분석대상은 2015년 대학구조개혁평가에서 재정지원제한대학에 해당하는 일반대학 26교이며, 대학구조개혁 평가지표와 연계하여 기획, 교무행정, 학생행정에서의 조직 변화, 평가등급 간 변화를 비교 분석하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 대학구조개혁 평가지표와 대학의 조직 변화에서 연계성이 나타났으며, 정성지표와 관련된 조직에서 가장 많은 변화를 보였다. 둘째, 평가등급과 연계된 재정지원제한 정도가 낮을수록 평가지표와 연계된 조직에서의 변화가 두드러지게 나타났다. 대학의 조직 변화에 관한 분석결과에서 동형화 현상 이론의 적용 가능성을 탐색하고 정부의 대학평가정책이 대학현장에 미친 영향에 대한 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. This study aims to analyze the effect of university structure reform evaluation on university organizational changes related to evaluation indicators and rating focus on government funding constrained universities. It was investigated and compared with university organizational structure such as planning, academic and student affairs following the indicators and rating among 26 private 4-year universities with limited government financial aid according to the evaluation. The primary result was that there was a connection between the indicators and organizational changes, in particular, the organization structure related to qualitative indicators. And also, there were remarkable organizational changes in universities with lower limited government financial aid than higher ones. Finally, it was explored to find isomorphism from the findings and suggested that the impact of the university evaluation policy of the government on the university level.
